Asked For a double cheeseburger meal with a large Coke and a courtesy cup of water, no ice and a six piece chicken nugget . I received , Cold rubbery, french fries cold to the touch chicken nuggets a cup of ice with some water lol and a medium Coke asked for the Coke exchange for a large and they gave me a Mr. pip up on speaking to the manager, who is a cute little short haired, heavy set now. Heard my concerns and turned and said something to somebody and then I waited thinking they were gonna get me something new. I asked her are you getting me new chicken nuggets? She threw her hands in the air and looked around. She's like well I guess somebody's gonna go and I said wow great customer service skills specially for a manager. This is going on yelp and she still didn't address my concerns in anyway she did however tell me that well I'm doing this order here Like she can't multitask or something. She should probably be demoted if she cannot multitask ridiculous. Worst service at a McDonald's I've ever experienced and I'm 58 so I've been there a few times. read more

Had ordered quarter pounder with cheese. Two bites in and saw that the meat was not cooked. The center of the patty was cold. I call and the manager offers to replace it. I request a refund. The manager was smug when I came into the store with my raw burger, gave me $5.90 refund and assured me all the other patties were fully cooked. I think the whole order should have been refunded and a more sincere apology could have been provided. Will not be returning to this McDonalds in the future. After biting into cold raw meat, I don't think a McDonald's will ever seem appetizing. read more

Tonight is the second time I've eaten at this McDonald's. I'm not really a fast food girl and when I do eat fast food, it's typically not from a fast food chain. However, I came through town last September during the Round Up. I had trouble finding someplace to eat because most places were closed, and those that were still open, were packed. Using Google, I found out that McDonald's was open and that it had a pretty high rating. So I stopped by to get something to go. The food and service were excellent. I returned tonight under similar circumstances in that most restaurants were closed and I needed to get back on the road quickly. So, I decided to visit again. This time, inside. I was very impressed with the service, interior, cleanliness, and food. Both times, I felt as if my food had been cooked to order. If you're looking for an affordable and fast meal in Pendleton, you should definitely consider this location of McDonald's. The owner, manager, and employees are doing an excellent job! Ray Kroc would be proud! read more

The manager Jaden is an absolute awful representation of the store. He hung up the phone while I was trying to figure a situation out, while being super short and rude the entirety of the phone call. I understand everyone is short-staffed and things are stressful right now, but he should NOT be representing your company in that way. I understand a lot of what he was defending and voiced that in the phone call, but he showed absolutely no kindness the entire interaction. Very frustrating overall and didn't even get my food. Definitely will be going to the McDonald's in mission from now on, even with the extra distance. At least their customer service is on point and always respectful! read more

Again this McDonald's branch also offers standard menu. I quite like their seasonal promotion of butter milk mixed chicken burger. It is consist of full Brest of chicken. Customer service is great. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Passing thru town for breakfast at the drive-thru. Not only did it take them forever to get our order ready, but they screwed up our entire order. They failed to give us the free items that we ordered off the buy one get one free menu, but instead of giving us ketchup as requested for our hash browns, they gave us 3 mild picante sauces and ZERO ketchups. I don't know if it was because English was their second language and that's why they didn't get our order right, or if they are just incompetent. read more

Ordered from them multiple times and with every order it's never the food I asked for. On delivery platforms such as Doordash that was newly introduced to our rural area recently, they practically refuse to accept the orders on the tablet and make it so ordering food never happens and I'm having to wait a week for 30 dollars to be put back into my account. (which is harrowing considering I'm a young adult just trying to eat some good food while I have the money to do so) Recommend that you guys pay better attention to customer care as you are losing so many right now because of the inconveniences that never seem to change or get better. read more

I have stopped at this McDonalds multiple times on road trips. Hands down one of the best McDonalds out there. Very clean inside. The drive through is a long line but for good reason. Every time I have stopped the food is always hot and crisp and tastes good. Highly recommend stopping if you're in need of fast food in the area. read more

Don not eat at this McDonalds. The absolute worst interaction you could imagine was had, the barley stock any of the advertised products. And when asked to be compensated for the poor service and lack of advertised items. We were asked by the manger "Samantha" to leave and were forced to back out of the drive through. On the plus side Wendy's is only 1 block away! Save your time and money and go there! read more

Beware travelers with kids -- this McDonalds no longer has a playland. We stopped here hoping to give our toddler a chance to stretch his legs during a long travel day and found that this location has a fancy new design, but no play land. read more
