It's not often that you get to write a positive review about a fast food restaurant but I finally am getting my opportunity. We went there late last nigh around 11 pm. In the drive through the person taking our order has to explain that they were out of several items and that a cook didn't show up for the even so they had a limited menu. It turned out to be the manager of the restaurant taking orders and doing some limited cooking. The food is not five stars (let's be honest here), but the customer service was outstanding. And in a time where quality customer service seems to be a rarity, this was a welcome surprise! read more

Pretty disappointing. When I got home and took the chicken out of the bucket to serve dinner, a huge amount of the fried coating had fallen off and was stuck in the bottom of the bucket. It looks like they're putting piping-hot chicken straight into a closed container, where the steam makes the breading soggy and causes it to peel off. KFC fried chicken should be crispy, not half-naked by the time you get it home read more

We did the 8 pcs for $10 Tuesday special. I asked for all drumsticks, so I agreed to wait while they cooked them. Those were far and away the best KFC I have ever had in 65 years. I wonder if I can snag that again next time!!! Excellent! read more

8 pcs for FOR $10. I asked for mostly drumsticks and was told that it not up to me what I want ,You have to take what they give on this deal .I been going here for 15 year, almost ever day with good service , ever one known me, In the last 6 month with new people , The friendly service is no more. read more

Stopped in for a Spicy Chicken sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the French fries. Better than both McDs and BK. Nice bathrooms.

Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal with a side of Mac and a lemonade with some ranch and kfc sauce to dip in. Got fries instead of Mac, Pepsi zero instead of lemonade, and no dipping sauce. Maybe if the 2 grown men would stop dapping each other up and throwing up gang signs they would make my order correct. News flash working part time at KFC as a grown man isn't "gangster". I would say pick up a wrench and go work a real job but they probably walk there after selling there 99' civic for $950 on Facebook Marketplace to pay there baby mommas child support. The giant LED kfc bucket in the dining area lowkey cool tho. read more

WHERE THE CHICKEN???? This review is not about the taste, how clean or friendly staff is...this is the downsizing of the chicken KFC has chosen to use. I got the $20 fill up.. the problem is the size of the chicken won't fill you up. Each piece was under 5 inches in length. I had one leg and finished it in 3 bites. This seems to be a common theme with KFC. Will not be going to any KFC until they buy a better quality of chicken in size. My suggestion is on Monday's Albertsons has cheap chicken dinner meal for half the price. Friday's Safeway has the same deal. Their chicken is just a tasty and twice as big as what you would get here. Don't waste your money on chicken here... Albertsons or Safeway it better UPDATE. I posted this on Twitter also and within 30 minutes I was in contact with customer service. Have a voucher coming. Let me be clear the size of the chicken is not the local store issue. This is a corporate office issue. The store can only buy from Corp office. The local store is great, Corp office needs to change what they are buying and sending out to the store for the consumer read more

Just want to give a huge thank you and shout out to this KFC/A&W for their outstanding customer service, and willingness to accommodate me. I'm normally not one of those people who demand for something that used to be on the menu, but ever since I've tried the caramel cheese curds, I haven't been able to stop getting them. This is coming from a guy who ate KFC maybe once a year. Now I go once a month lol The KFC/A&W in Clackamas has an employee that works the drive-thru speaker (not the sweet young girl at the window; some older rude woman) that even though they have hot caramel, refused to do anything to get me a side of it to dip my cheese curds in. She says there is no hot caramel button. I even offered to buy a sundae and put the sauce on the side. She kept telling me no, and as a friendly guy who works food industry (server/bartender), I couldn't wrap my head around why they couldn't charge me for it if they have it? So for the 5th time, I drove to THIS KFC/A&W location to get my cheese curds with a side of Caramel. They happily charged me for the sauce and gave it to me. So amazing job on the great service. I really really appreciate it! read more

Got the worst wings I've ever had in my entire life just now. Like so bad I threw them out after a few bites. Nice waste of $6.99 if you're ever wanting to throw your money away! Thanks! Won't be back.. read more

I usually go here and get corn dog nuggets but the last two times I switched it up and got the spicy mac n cheese and the first time I received it not spicy and only four pieces of chicken and this time the Mac n cheese was FILLED with grease. The service is alright but there's no quality check before letting stuff go out ? I went in around 2pm 6/10. read more

I'd like to apologize in advance to my wife because I may have taken a year off my life choking down the doublicious chicken sandwich today. I was hungry and this KFC was close and well...is there really any excuse for ingesting a fried piece of plastic disguised as a chicken patty? Right...not great, but on the bright side...the staff was really nice read more

They were so nice and kind. They put so many extra sauces in our order too lol. They communicated well & it was an overall enjoyable experience coming here. I've never been a big fan of KFC but the way they conducted themselves was so refreshing and nice. I would definitely come back. read more

Friendly service but unless you like mushy greasy chicken id try somewhere else. Chicken wasn't raw but the breading was. Not worth the $40+ for the family meal read more

They have messed up my order WAY too many times, I ordered a medium mac and cheese, and they gave me a SMALL MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY!!!!! I drove 45 minutes to get their Mac and Cheese, and they messed up my order!! They better start checking what they are giving people because this is NOT ok!!! read more

We ordered a plain cheese burger and paid for a plain cheese burger and then they gave us a papa burger with tomatoes and everything on it. We took it to the front and they said that the cheese burger has that stuff on it. Okay? And the picture on the menu clearly doesn't have all that on it, but they kept telling us it had it. We ate it but it was frustrating to be treated like we were crazy. I tried to do the survey on their receipt to let them know about this issue but the receipt didn't have a code and the site said our receipt wasn't valid. So here I am on Yelp! Anyways. That was frustrating read more

Never got served! Not one of the workers even acknowledged that we were standing there. There was one employee on her cell phone and hanging signs in the windows. She looked at us and then turned around and continued to talk on her cell phone! An Uber driver comes in and they had his order ready to go! When we walked out, nobody even said a word to us, they never acknowledged us at any time! Will never go back there again! Very friendly people serving well. I got a chili cheese dog just for fun. I liked it. Bathroom was clean, and they were open during normal business hours. Simple things like smiles, and a clean place are very important. read more

Food is what you expect - cooked a while ago, sitting in a warmer waiting for some poor schlub to come and order it. Staff eating just on the other side of the counter is gross. The place wasn't particularly clean and like all KFC, I felt their prices are high for what you get. I was overcharged and had to point it out twice to get that resolved. read more

So it's a long day at school and I was thinking " I really wanna it some chicken". So I headed to the nearest KFC with a smile cause I was gonna get some chicks. So I asked for a famous bowl and it took like 2 minutes so I was like "very nice". But the cheese wasn't melted and I was heated!. And it only had a little bit of chicken and it just looked like a Volcano that erupted a lot of gravy. So I was like okay whatever... it's bulking season. So I kept eating and then I found a hair and I was like nope. This kfc sucks. read more

The chicken was awful. It was all mushy and stuck together. By the time I peeled off the mushy coating there was hardly any chicken left. Plus I gave them a coupon for white and dark and when I got home it was all dark meat. This review is for the KFC in Oregon City on main street. I don't know why it says California. read more

The chicken is mushy and sticks together in one lump of grease and peeled off mushy "breading" staff are unapologetic, not offering a refund or voucher, no receipt given with order, so once we got home....had to go back, etc.....cold grease congealed on chicken, corn, ended up paying 66$ for a pile of inedible great MESS!!! went to this place last night and ordered some chicken 3 piece and they gave us a good size breast, and a very very little leg and a very very very little wing lol i took it up to the counter and said something and they were very rude and said oh well thats what you ordered so i just said well thank you... your going on yelp i paid 26.00 for everything that was crazy for a couple nuggets lmao...not again... read more

I love the sugar cane soda! Yumm! The fried chicken is nothing to be played with. They go above and beyond to make sure there chicken wins the platter! I love there chicken it is epic. I think they even beat Popeyes. KFC is legend! read more

What I like the most at KFC is the chicken potpie. It's really big and a good price and very filling. I love the yummy crust!

Call ahead, or be prepared to wait. I'm not sure what food they actually have ready should you order at the drive-thru. Your best bet would be to treat this as a sit-down restaurant where you order at the counter. I watched the other night as every car in succession (3 of them) joined two others already waiting by the front door for the food they ordered. read more

So I just bought another meal forgiving KFC for the brown cabbage cole slaw I received last order. I think this particular location holds their sides for way too long for shelf life. They need more earlier "sell by" dates.. The potato wedges taste like they dont change deep fryer oil often stale too. Biscuits are delicious as always. I recommend driving down by the river to try your luck at that location read more

I haven't been to a KFC since they stopped selling the grilled chicken, but I decided to stop and pick up lunch on my way back to work. I ordered the K16 (chicken breast meal) and added a mac n cheese. Drove back to work to start my lunch. Opened my meal and saw I had a chicken thigh- not a breast in my meal box. I was not very happy. I didn't have time to go back and correct the problem. So I fed the chicken to my boss's dog. The portions on mash potatoes and the mac n cheese are much smaller than they use to be. My mac n cheese wasn't even full. The biscuit was also over baked. Very let down on the quality of their food. I will not go back again. read more

I stopped there for a quick lunch recently. They were pretty busy but the service was fast and friendly. I thought the 2 pieces of chicken I ordered were on the small side but tasty. My sides tasted like they are supposed to and tasted fresh. I would stop by again if I am pressed for time because even though they were busy I got in and out fast. read more
