I'm not sure what the problem was, although there were many of them. First of all we had to sit in the line for over a half hour waiting for our food. No one ever bothered to let us know that there wasn't any chicken when we ordered. A simple sentence like it's going to be a while would have been helpful. I feel that the fact that two of the managers were sitting in a car smoking instead of in the building working might've also been part of the problem. When we finally received our food and got home to eat it we noticed that the chicken was pretty porion quality. I've had better chicken from Dierbergs deli. The pieces were strangely cut and fried. I really wish there was a closer alternative so we had a choice. read more

Food was very poor quality. I bought 10 chicken strips and they were dry, overcooked and looked like irregular pieces of nuggets. I did not eat them. I was very disappointed for the price I paid. I will not patronize this location or any other KFC again for that matter. read more

Picked up a bucket last night and opened it once I got home. What a disappointment. The chicken was over cooked, almost burn. I'm not sure if was the cooks fault or if sat under the heat lamp all day. The person who put it in the bucket knew all to well that it wasn't fit to sell but did it anyway. Oh my. Got to this restaurant at 7:30 PM. There were 14 cars in the drive through, so I decided to go inside to order. Kid taking the orders was very nice, but they were clearly struggling in the back. There were other people who had been waiting for 20 and 30 minutes when I ordered. Someone's order had gotten messed up so another customer came back and one of the workers in the back actually got short with the customer. Then that worker went back and started yelling at the rest of the staff. Incredibly unprofessional!! All in all I waited 45 minutes for my food which was just a 3-piece combo and a Famous Bowl. Then the order was missing an item and had an item in it that I didn't order. Only two employees were wearing gloves. What a mess! read more

No stars lower Came through drive thru....placed my order 3 different times..... the girl working the drive thru keep repeating it back wrong.....no where did I order Mac and cheese or gizzards....so I am stuck in line since no way to bet out of line so I wait 10 mins in line get to the window the girl opens it and I ask for a manager....well some guy who looks like he hasn't showered in a month....I tell him the issue and place the order at the window....he closes the window and turns to the register then turns back smiling and asks me what sides I wanted again and 10 seconds after I just told him....i ask for the owners name and phone number to call them he closes window then opens it back up and says her name is Kim but can't give me the number then he says he doesn't even have it...after he just said he can't give it to me....I told him he was a friggin liar and left....we normally go the several times a month....this store used to be great service and food but has turned to crap lately.....sadly I will go to another store.....they need to gut this one and rebuild with better customer service. read more

Sooooooo dirty! Do not eat here. So angry I spend money for my family to eat here. So bad I took pictures. Dirty tables, extremely dirty kitchen, they forgot items in our order. Trash can was being covered by a food tray. My husband went up to get a box when we were leaving and they wouldn't wait on him. They were not short staffed there was like 6 people working. Here's the problem. When closing time approaches, they start shutting things down and begin to clean-up. Yet, there is still a half an hour left for customers to buy food, which they never have. KFC is a name familiar to all of us. Its been a household name for as far back as many of us could remember. As far as the quality of the food that is a place that they need to reevaluate. The pieces of the chicken are small and the coating was not entirely coating the chicken. It was soggy and just warm. As far as the sides they were excellent and fresh. Bu the bisquits seemed to have lost their punch! they are extremely small and not flacky. they were dry from sitting in the heater. Service is weird, the manager is the one doing all the work and the cooking while young and new employees are taking care of the customer. This is silly, the manager should be dong the job of a manager! focusing on the guest and the food going out. Working in the back reminds of the old saying "You can't drive the bus from the back seat"! The restaurant was clean and well set, except for the bathroom "men's" it had no paper towels and did need attention. read more

Extra crispy chicken was soggy , the pieces are small and unrecognizable as chicken pieces , food was not well cooked and KFC is just getting worse and worse. Great service today by the young man running the drive-thru window but the food didn't quite meet their new mantra of improved quality. The chicken strips have become chicken fingers and the pot pie that my wife ordered had a sizeable bone in it. I understand things happen but you have to do better than this. This is the worst chicken place there is, tonight we gave it one last time and to no avail, we ordered after the other 6 people in line already waiting for their food had ordered, the person behind the register was new to say the least and with as many people there you would think they would have given him some help, but no. So we ordered and while we were waiting for our food which took around 15 minutes, we watched a male employee with hair longer than most females with no hairnet or anything carrying a tray of chicken to the warmer and had a piece of chicken fall off on the shelf, as he grabbed the chicken and was putting it back on the tray I spoke up and told him not to put it back on there, so as he stood there with the tray another piece was beginning to fall off so he used his bare hand which he just wiped on his filthy pants and put the piece of chicken on the tray, I spoke up and the employee said he didn't do it because I spoke out loud, and another customer who was still waiting for his food ,spoke up and said he seen it also, the employee quickly went to the back of the store, when we finally received our food ( ordered the $5 fill up 3 tenders) they were the smallest pieces of chicken ever, while we were there 3 other people came back in that had ordered in the drive through and had to get some of their orders that they didn't get, one person got 2 buckets of chicken and they didn't give her any biscuits what so ever and she was upset, another customer came in and said that his wings were so small , he couldn't tell if there was any meat on them, the employee at the register even said "wow that is unacceptable", now how bad is that!
