The owner, i believe his name was Jesse, politely said "yeah of course no problem, hope you have a great day!". Now had I not had the previous experience, perhaps this would have been nothing to praise, but I certainly wanted to give credit to this owner as I had already witnessed a much different reaction to a similar circumstance. Being kind and professional to even those who don't patron your business is a recipe for success, and I wish this franchise and this business great success in the future.
