I went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered a family meal which is already super expensive. Dezirae (cashier) asked if I wanted to make a donation and get a coupon book. I said NO thanks. What does she do? Adds it to my $50 dollar order. I didn't notice until I got home. Beware that they aren't adding contributions on your behalf without you knowing. Super shady. Also our food was not very good, KFCs standards have gone downhill especially for the price. I will never eat here again. read more

placed an order online today and received a pick up time of 12:55pm. Arrived at 12:50pm (a little early) and no one was there and the drive thru was empty so I drove thru to the order speaker. stated my name and stated I placed an order online for take out. the employee said they still working on it and to park and come inside to the pick up counter. I ordered one of there deals, 2 chicken sandwiches,2 drinks, 2 sides, 4 tenders and a free drink for spending over $10. From the time I placed the order it took twenty minutes to get this! and nobody was there!! 1st issue - poor service. it gets better. The girl getting my order together was working like a chicken with her head cut off! couldn't find this or that and taking to herself or me I think. finally she gave me my drinks and a bag which I saw her pack of the two sandwiches two sides and two sauces. I said my order comes with 4 tenders too! she looked at the screen and said your right let me get those for you sorry. she gave me the tenders and I asked her I need a spoon for the Mac & cheese, napkins and straws for the drinks. she said there in the 1st bag. late already to meet my wife at her work for her 30 minute lunch I took offf. we open the bag to find NO napkins spoon or straws! we ate in the parking lot and used a towel that I use to wipe my windows with to clean our hands and face from the spicy sauce and oil from the fries! after the ecrewed up lunch with my wife I went back to complain. talked to the girl that filled my order and told her what happened and she said sorry and gave me the straws napkins and a spoon. so I asked for the manager who was this little girl. stated this employee said she put them in the food bag and she didn't do it. couldn't eat my Mac & cheese didn't have a spoon, had to use a dirty towel to wipe the sauce and oil off our face and hands and no straws for the sodas! sitting in my wife's works parking lot it was a mess and a cluster f#@k!! all the little girl manager could say was "I'm so sorry it sometimes happens when we get busy " I said that's all you have to say? I stated this is unbelievable and pointed to the big girl employee that filled my order and said she needs to be trained better, and you just lost a customer! the manger needs to be re-educated in customer service. these people are morons! they keep this up I can't see KFC staying open muck longer at this location. I hope this review gets to the owner so he can fix his staff and operations. read more

Ordered a 3-Piece Tender Meal and received Hard Extra Breaded Tiny pieces of Chicken. Dry and Tasteless, 3-Tablespoons of Gummy Macaroni &Cheese served Cold. A Biscuit 1/2 the size they used to be. Root Beer was good, skipped the packaged cookie. For $8.39 it was unbelievable. Understand the Cost and Supply of food but the Quality & Amount was less than a kids meal. Staff always friendly and drive thru went fast maybe due to food cooked way to far ahead for the low quality I received. Wouldn't recommend. read more

It's been a long time since I stopped for KFC lunch and was I ever let down. I got a 3 piece but she said, I'm out of original thighs, is crispy okay. I said okay. I got home to find a wing and a breast (I like dark meat), a tiny biscuit and 4 oz of mashed potatoes and it cost $13! Snit or get off the pot, KFC or your days are numbered. Btw, the $1.25 chicken littles I liked were $3.59. I can go to Kims and get a 100% better meal for $7.50! read more

This KFC is much like all the others, fast service and good crew gets the order right and everything packed well, does a good job. The problem isn't them- it's the chicken itself, it has a bad smell when you bite into it seriously it smells like it's been soaking in a dirty toilet. Believe it or not good chicken isn't supposed to stink, I couldn't eat the white meat but the dark meat seemed to not be that way as much. And the breading is so thin it's more like baked chicken- my problem is I remember how KFC used to be, and this now is so bad compared to what it was. Really shameful. The only thing that's more is the price, everything else is so much worse. Except the potatoes and gravy- That's pretty much the same as it ever has been. KFC should just get a gov contract to make MRE for the ARMY and just quit public restaurants. read more

This place is filthy ! Came in 5 minutes after they opened the floors were sticky and food was all over the floor and tables had food on them from the night before. This place needs a good scrub down inside and outside. The staff was friendly but I just couldn't get past the dirty dinning room. I can't imagine how dirty the kitchen is. read more

I never thought i would never rate a kfc a 1 star as most kfc s least the food is good but in this case i would give no stars if i could. It as not only me that had issues but others as well as we sat and ate hearing others come up to order. Most were, when they were given their orders,things were missing or wrong such as no honey and butter with the biscuit or wrong type of chicken as in white vs dark, I ordered dark got white and no honey or butter. Not sure if it was the wrong temperature at which the chicken was fried but coating was not sticking to the skin fell off in tasteless clumps and the skin was raw just about. usually can take the skin with the coating off as it is together and its a nice crispy morsel to eat but not this time and the chicken and coating was tasteless.the potatoes were lumpy with little gravy and tateless so actually i will rate it a 0 no stars as cant above i wl never go back to that kfc ever again and oh btw my friend too got the same horrible service and food. read more

I have no idea what happened to this place, but every time we go there we run into the same issues, poor service, and terrible food. More than half of the people there don't even care about they're jobs, or the quality of they're food. We also keep going back hoping the chicken will be better the next time we go, but it has seemed to get worse and worse every single time. I recommend not going here unless you truly have a DEEP craving for chicken like I do sometimes. I've been a customer for almost 20 years. But no more. I usually ordered only breast meals, but I have to tell you, after you start eating the breast, the inside turns an ugly BLACK. At least on five occasions. So the price is too high for a scary meal. The employees couldn't explain why it was black inside the breast. And I really miss the corn-on-the-cob. Bummer. read more

This is the best KFC I have been to in many many years. The staff were friendly and quickly took my order, even when I was after a family ordering $65 worth of food. My wife and I got our food quickly and were impressed both by the speed and the freshness of it. This KFC should be gold plated by the corporate office and used as a model for how other KFC's should be. If you want some chicken, this is the place to go for sure. read more

I bought 2 orders of wings and they were terrible. The little bones inside were shattered and broken in all the wings. They were oddly shaped and the meat was tough. After trying to eat a couple, I was so sick to my stomach I couldn't go on. My company refused to eat one. It was bad quality and I'm so disappointed. I went to this KFC and the service was horrible. The lady at the counter named Amber was extremely rude and wasn't very helpful at all. She hurried us and acted annoyed with us the whole time. We were there maybe two minutes at the counter and she was rude he whole time. I was looking forward to a nice meal without any hassle. I will never go there if she is working again. The place was filthy with food on the floor behind the counter and the drink dispenser on the counter was dripping tea. The help was not doing the food orders in the order they were taken and they were out of part of the food items by the time they got to my order. I was offered another item instead and when we got home the food order still wasn't all there. I wish there was another KFC in the area. read more
