Just not very happy I just stopped by this subway today. Online it says they are open until 9pm, and I showed up at 5:54pm, took a couple minutes to park, get my things together, then I finally try going inside at 5:57pm. But the open sign is shut off and it's now closed at 6pm (actually a few minutes before). Places I worked before stopped business no earlier than the time shown, but often accommodated people that came within a few minutes of closing. Just disappointed. read more

I'm really not a typical "Subway" fan, but since the local City Subs was closed on Sunday...I had no other choice. This Subway was nice and clean. Super fast and friendly service. They actually knew what they were doing and got the job done. I ordered the 6" veggie. Bread was fresh and soft. All the veggies looked pretty good except for the lettuce. Why is it so hard to find a Subway that has really FRESH lettuce? Why does the lettuce always look like crap? Maybe if it wasn't shredded? Anyway, overall it was your typical Subway. read more

We decided to give Subway a second chance. We ordered online and went over for the drive up pick up. Then waited. I finally went in to inquire I was given some attitude about how busy they are. Waited ten more minutes to get lame sandwiches that were not given the right condiments. One sandwich was extra meat and cheese. This sandwich was so thin and sad that it was far below the quality or any other sandwich maker in town. read more

the best subway i've ever had. i haven't been here in awhile, but i remember it always being the best. every other one i go to has one poor person working and mid sandwiches. but this place... is the god of all subways. the cookies are excellently soft and crisp. the dr. pepper has the perfect amount of bite; the lemonade is the best. i don't know how they do it... the sandwiches were expertly made by a hardworking team of 4-5 workers. perfectly made, no complaints at all. teamwork was excellent and you could tell that communication is a priority. the newly designed interior reflects the hard work put into this fine establishment. the cool air conditioning on a hot day was the cherry on top of this sweet surprise in the middle of nowhere Coos Bay. Visited this location with my wife and son. My son is in a wheelchair and we depend on the handicap access locations. While leaving Subway, I pushed my son in his wheelchair down the ramp. The transition from the ramp to the parking lot left a substantial lip that about caused my son to spill out of his chair. This lip is not as prominent while going up the ramp. This is not safe! Had a female employee serving my mom today. Absolutely rude and zero care in making the order. This was not the first negative encounter with the employee - so she clearly does not like her job. I would recommend either revisiting her customer service training OR finding another job where she doesn't have to work with the public. read more

The two workers were incredibly rude to me on Tuesday evening 4/6/21. I have really bad anxiety and I was crying because I was having a really awful day and I thought I'd stop for a sandwich. When I went in subway literally both workers made comments about my tired appearance. The female made a comment on it once because I didn't immediately understand that I had to go around the wall partition to get in line. Then the guy asked if I wanted coffee multiple time and said my eyes had dark circles and my eyes were red and was incredibly rude when I refused. Not only does crying make your eyes red but I have genetic dark circles. I've had dark circles since I was a child and they get worse when I can't sleep from anxiety and when I cry. Though to be honest I'm not sure why either of these employees felt the need to mention anything about my appearance because that seems wildly inappropriate. It made me feel really uncomfortable and upset and I left without my sandwich bc I was going to start crying again. I'm not sure what I did to warrant being treated like this. I was polite and kind. I said please and thank you when they were making my sandwich. Edit: I just spoke with the manager and she was rude as well. I wanted to share how I was made to feel and she told me "it seems like your anxiety just got the best of you because I've never had complaints about them" and later said "I'm sorry you were offended but I don't have time to talk to you on the phone all day" and sort of raised her voice and asked if I wanted the workers fired...no....All I wanted her to do was acknowledge that how I was spoken to was wrong. Place is clean. Got a foot long meatball and Italian BMT wrap and everything was made great. I was very worried after reading reviews about this place but whoever the girl who is working tonight (02/27/19 around 8pm) kicked ass. My food was fine but the way the worker treated the elderly couple in front of me was horrible. They ordered gluten free sandwiches and "Wyatt" was very annoyed by that. As he was making their sandwiches a buzzer meaning the bread was ready to come out of the oven went off and he stated that it was a horrible time to have to make gluten free sandwich. The lady ask if he had guacamole and he said "no" but when the couple behind wanted guacamole he went in the back and got it. He was rude while making my sandwiches also. And after the first couple had paid he informed them that he had forgotten to ring up the extra for gluten free and he woul have to write a not e for the manager and it would come out of his money. So the lady politely pulled two more dollars out and have it to him. He was just rude and not friendly. I eat at this subway 3-4 times a week but I will not be going back read more

Understaffed. Used same dirty knife to cut all our different sandwiches. Bread and cookies underdone. Went overboard on the condiments so the sandwiches were just dripping. Gave us 2 napkins and when more staffing showed up and I asked for more later they were very rude and it was like there was a napkin shortage and I was taking napkins from other people plus they were too busy on their phone to help other customers read more

Just left with a sandwich for my coworker and a chopped salad for myself. After thinking over my experience today I decided it warranted a remark. I handed my professional sandwich maker a note with my coworkers order. He basically snapped at me that he couldn't read it. OK, maybe some people can't read... Before I could read it to him he said I don't have my glasses on. He proceeded to keep going. I don't know if the goal was to make me feel bad.... but he said I don't need glasses to make sandwiches, So I leave them in the back. Keep in mind the tone and dirty looks Im getting. OK, so I read it to him. Every line that I read he had a question about. Still trying to make me feel bad? Then I ordered my chopped salad. It was barely chopped and had no dressing on it when I got back to work. I told him specifically what kind I wanted.
