They had gluten free options which is a game changer for my husband who has celiac. They were also able to make some substitutions for certain items like the switch from regular noodles to rice noodles to make something gluten free. Friendly service! I got the brisket ramen (not gluten free) and my husband got the pork shoulder rice bowl. Everything was on point and if we lived here, we'd be at this place every day and it would certainly be a problem. Pin drop this place and prepare to give them 5/5 starts

The dumplings here are absolutely delicious!…read more The xiaolongbao have incredibly thin skins and are filled with rich, flavorful broth. The boiled dumplings are clearly handmade--you can taste the freshness of the dough. The pork and cabbage filling is clean, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The pan-fried buns are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with a generous, flavorful meat filling. Every type of dumpling has its own unique flavor, and with each bite, you'll think, "This one is my favorite!"--until you try the next one. This place is truly a hidden gem for dumplings in Eugene.

The service was fast and efficient and the food came out fairly quickly as you might expect. Lots of flavors and spice in the dishes. The Kung Pao Chicken was probably the only dish I wasn't impressed with out of our order. It was just kind of strange. The Dan Dan Noodles were delicious and the dumplings, pork buns, all delicious! It's a fairly small place, so plan to wait if you are there during peak times. But it's worth it!

I decided to deviate from the phở this time and chose the vermicelli with steak and pork. My friend ordered the phở with steak and brisket. Daisy convinced us to get some sushi too, so we ordered a shrimp and crab roll. I enjoyed my noodle bowl, but I did find it a bit too oily at the end. I think they may have dumped the fried meat in with all the oil too. Otherwise it was tasty with the added pickled carrots and daikon. If we come back again, I'll go back to getting the phở. My friend enjoyed her phở. She reported that the broth was tasty. I'm not a big sushi eater, but the roll was good. Nothing that blew away my taste buds. The restaurant was busier this time (Friday night), so that's great for them!

All have been some of the best in town. I am cautious about trying pho in a new place so asked the server many questions. I ordered it and was very happy. The flavors were balanced well and the broth had a silky texture. It's a definite reorder. Though, the house lo mein is so outstanding it's hard to order anything else. It is a 6 star rating! There is a good amount of meat plus, perfect noodles and sauce!! Service is 5 stars. They are wonderfully kind and so knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. This is a fantastic place to try when you're in Roseburg!! The only negative is the ambiance isn't much. It's plain and not warm looking. Everyone is so nice that you feel happy you're there.

We were absolutely craving Thai food during our August anniversary trip and were passing through…read moreCoos Bay on our way down the OR coast. EZ Thai came recommended during my Yelp search. We came in mid afternoon, so it wasn't the busiest time of day, but there was still a small handful of people dining in. I loved the decor of the restaurant and we were quickly seated at a table near the back by the kitchen. We were handed the regular menu and the lunch special menu, even though by the time we arrived it was technically past the lunch special cutoff time. I noticed that there wasn't much of a price difference between the lunch special menu and the regular menu, and there also weren't many items to choose from the lunch special menu, so it was in our best interest to order from the regular menu. I went with the Pad Peth while my husband went with the tom yum noodle soup. We both went with a spice level of 2, since there was a literal warning on the wall telling people that they were not responsible for incorrectly ordering a spice level. I also ordered a Thai tea. It didn't take very long for our food to arrive, and we were starving. The portion sizes were appropriate for the price, and the flavors were absolutely on point for Thai food. I was honestly keeping my expectations low given that we were in Coos Bay, but I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and deliciousness of our food. I also loved that my Thai tea did not come mixed, because I love mixing my own Thai tea and watching the milk swirling through the tea. I've never had Pad Peth before, as I rarely see it on menus at other Thai restaurants, but it's definitely a dish that I would order again. My dish came with the perfect amount of rice as well. My husband loved his tom yum noodle soup. I had a sip of his broth and it was delicious and perfectly spicy. EZ Thai is definitely on my list to return to the next time we visit the OR coast!
