Tiffany needs to be fired. She's rude to her own staff and to customers. I order a cheese quesadilla and ended up with a chicken quesadilla for my picky 3 year old. Not a big deal, I asked if they could take the one I got and just replace it. The sweet person at the front was very accommodating and apologetic, HOWEVER Tiffany told the cashier no, they cannot remake it. So, I said okay what is your managers name and she told me. Once I asked for that the manager decided it was a good idea to give me what I asked for, and a free taco. She did not address me personally she sent cashier to do it. She was back there screaming at people for drinking water on the job and down right rude. Her entire staff was uncomfortable just working with her. This is the most disgusting Taco Bell I have ever been to: 1. They told me I HAD to order from the kiosk - and they did not provide sanitizer - disgusting! 2. I went to wash my hands after touching the kiosk screen - and the restroom was out of paper towels, so I went back out and grabbed a bunch of napkins to dry my hands after washing them. There was a bunch of napkins in the trash, so obviously the hand towels had been out for some time. 3. There was NOT ONE clean table in the whole restaurant, I picked the least dirty/disgusting one. 4. There was trash in three areas on the floor. 5. The trash bin at the main entrance/exit was full and overflowing. The person who told me I had to order from the kiosk and who built my food, took a break while I was there, she just went and sat at a table and started scrolling on her phone. No attempt to clean or assess the mess of the dining area. Nope, won't be back and I'm planning on calling to complain to Taco Bell corporate. read more

Okay, so first of all, they have gotten rid of everything that I used to order for my wife and myself, but after that, it doesn't get better. This review has been a long time coming, I guess I had to give them 3 years to see if I'm crazy. Every single visit, literally every visit they manage to mess up the order. I know it's not the people at the window, it's the kitchen staff. With 3 years of evidence I can day without a doubt this is a matter of management and ownership not doing their part by training the staff to pay attention to what they are doing. Either that or they understaffed to save money and these poor people cant keep up. Remodeled, raised prices, reduced item size and still greed leads to a crap experience every single time. If you own this location dont blame your employees, blame yourself, you're the one who has been failing. read more

The cleanest Taco Bell I've been to in Oregon! My order was correct, and the staff is very nice and courteous!

There's a big banner on the side of the building saying inside dining is open. However, there's a small hand-written sign on the door that says the dining room is closed due to maintenance (not COVID). Fine. I'll get in the exceptionally LONG drive through line. Tried to order online to make it faster, but it oddly says that's not possible because the location is closing soon. Weird, but whatever. Then, when I finally get to the order speaker - after more than 20 minutes in line - THEN I'm told they have no ground beef (along with a bunch of other stuff). Seriously?!? You couldn't have written that on the sign you put on the door? You couldn't spare a person to step out every so often and explain that to the 25 cars in your drive-through line? Un-fecking-believable! What an absolute waste of time. read more

North Bend Taco Bell ran out of beef, they charged us an extra $10.80 to have chicken substituted and did not tell us we were getting charged. So, for the 12 taco party pack and one cola we were charged over $30.00 They did not get our order right completely skipping our burrito supremes. And the girl at the window slammed the window in my face and refused further assistance to rectify their mistakes. I had to go into the lobby and demand my money back...which I did receive eventtually...the young man behind the counter was at least helpful. But, I will never go back to this location... read more

Went to dinner last night and 2 of 3 tacos had maybe a teaspoon of meat. Not very good. My burrito was good.

Constantly forgets items and drinks from orders. Takes longer than usual for orders to be made, like 30 minutes for a mobile order.

No receipt, didnt get all our food, burritos made very poorly. The people working weren't very friendly at all. I wouldn't suggest this place to eat. read more

I loved Taco Bell for quite a while. Until we brought home loaded potato grillers that were loaded with not sour cream but some sort of mentholated deep heating rub. We were sick for days. My husband took them back but the manager didn't understand him. He went to the police station who advised him to contact the health department, which he did. We also contacted Taco Bell corporate and got a voice mail that when we called the number back no one answered. Not even our money back! However we froze the tainted burritos and are contacting attorneys. Stay away from this Taco Bell if you value your health! read more

Horrible service. We bought 4 soft tacos but got 4 bean burritos. We called and the person on the phone was so rude he didn't hear what the predicament was, instead he tried to assume what needed to be said and just hung up. This is on drive thru order, reciept says we ordered burritos when we didnt, somehow what they hear and what they enter into their computers are different. read more
