the kfc on mchenry ave in modesto is the worst place i ever been too , they dont even deserve a 1 star, i went there ordered a 8 piece family meal, i had to wait there was no biscuits ready, so the young lady told me 16 minutes , i waited 35 min. and i was sitting waiting there was a young lady on top of counter were the food was with spray and a rag cleaning the over head where the food was and some of food containers were open. so unsanitery , and i did not realize they had already bagged my food , and it was just sitting there untill the biscuits were done ,she put them in bag, so i asked the young lady was my food just sitting there and she replied yes,so i asked corporate number, she went to the back office were another young lady came out and i asked her for corporate number she told me to go on line, then asked for her name and she said she didnt have to give it to me, and i said so how do i know who i was talking to, again said she did not have to give me her name it was law, no one in there did not have a name tag. by the time i got home food was cold,i will never go there , the girl i talked with said she was manager, this was the second time i had a bad exsperience, read more

Worst store i have ever been to.I have been there 4 times and every time they dont have any white meat at all.doesnt matter what time of day it is there always out of food. I ordered a 8 pc and there was no problem. Then the cashier tells the next customer there out of white meat. I go back to the counter ask if they were out and she says yes we are.I ask why she didnt tell me when I ordered,she didnt respond.I then asked for a refund.the manager was standing at the register she looked at me and said it will be a few minutes as she was busy. My husband and I had dinner here he ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders and I had the zinger. Our order took forever and when we did get it both his tenders and my sandwich the chicken was cold and dry! The only good thing that came out of our experiment was the customer service. I called in special order 30 min before the time I needed it & I told them when I would be there to pick it up. They told me it would only take 20 min. When I arrived 30 min later they said it would be 13 more min! I was on my lunch hour & that is why I called in the special order so I didn't have to wait! Last time they told me to call first so I tried but they didn't answer the phone. I love their chicken but how could a chicken place not have chicken? I had the same experience with wait time, only I had to wait until the cook got back from break. There were several cars parked out in front waiting for their orders. So I waited over 1/2 hr while he cooked chicken for all of us. I can't believe this place is still in business! read more
