Worst customer service. The drive through was cutting me off while trying to order and had a very rude attitude.

Wild Wing Cafe - Wings

Wild Wing Cafe

Been to Wild Wing cafe of Statesboro dozens of times with groups, in twos, and with the family and…read morehave never, ever had an issue that was not corrected when addressed. The only negative thing I can say about the WWCafe is I do miss the live music. Food is always great. The baked Spinach Dip is great, but they did used to give you more. The serving bowl has become a shallow saucer. Chicken feathers are the way to go if you are not wanting to gorge yourself! Burgers and salads have always been great. Regular fries or sweet potato fries are always hot and fresh. Dipping sauces great, and the wing sauce selection is fantastic. There are some many good flavor combinations that you can have a different sauce every time you dine there. Don't sit there talking and drinking, well after your food has been delivered, and then expect it to still be hot when you finally decide to get around to eating it. Cannot understand the keyboard warrior snowflakes who get on here and bash restaurants, yet they never once asked for a manager to rectify their issue while they are present. Good managers in restaurants will bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your food and your experience. However, they are NOT mind readers. And true many don't get around to every table, BUT THEY SHOULD. HEAR YE, HEAR YE! MANAGERS DO YOUR JOB, VISIT WITH YOUR GUESTS DURING THEIR MEAL!! However customers should not get on here and bash any restaurant, and I'm not defending, nor do I work at a restaurant. However, just saying, it is your money, your time, your experience, SPEAK UP DURING THE VISIT, not hours, days, or weeks later on a computer! If you give the staff and management a chance to correct the issue in real time, you improve the experience for everyone. Good Managers can turn your feedback into real-time teaching moments for their staff. Bashing via electronic post after the fact does nothing constructive. You are not going to harm their business. There are too many positive people in the world!! Just my two cents!

First time visiting NCR while coming to Swainsboro to support my Mom on a new adventure…read more Upon entering their establishment, they were very welcoming and appears to have rooted themselves in the community as the locals knew them well. There was a customer who one of the cooks knew well since she asked about a guy. On a food, the previous reviews on the food being good is definitely 5 stars. My family pretty much all went for the rice dinners with wings but some of them did get veggies. Everything was hot and cooked well. I would highly recommend NCR. If there is something I would recommend them iterate is the Rice with Wings large dinner comes with 3 wings and I ordered an addtl wing for $1. I would recommend they say 2 drumlettes and a wing instead of saying wings as I thought it was an entire wing which I associate with a drum, wing together. Anyway still great location and if I'm ever here again they'll always get my business.

This is just an average China Buffet with your average buffet layout. General Tso chicken is OK but…read morea strong soy taste that could grow on you but in no way spicy (and it should be). The Sesame chicken has that the same strong soy flavor and the Coco shrimp is actually good but not as good as the New China buffet in Macon. So here is my dislikes: with the saucy chicken dishes on the buffet, too much of the syrupy sauce makes the chicken pieces loose their crunch from being fried and that's just a shame! The hot/sour soup was just awful and what is French toast doing on the lunch buffet?

I've been here a couple of times for my boyfriend who usually likes to come here for gizzards, but…read morethis was my first time having a plate of my own, & let me just say, I honestly couldn't even finish my plate. I got the lemon pepper wings and they literally might as well be called "high blood pressure wings" here at this place. The facility is a little hole in the wall type joint (which is okay with me because that's usually where you can get some of the best food) and i can say that I'll give a star because I can see that they keep the place clean. However, I didn't like the fact that you're already paying $12 for some baby sized wings and then $1 extra for fries (which are regular crinkle cut fries from the grocery store and should already come with the $12 plate of tiny wings they give you), anyhow they happened to be the best thing on my plate, btw the fries are regular and low grade & mine at home taste better. It was also extremely disappointing to have to pay extra for ranch & hot sauce (which should come free with a plate of wings) & I was even more disappointed that we paid for hot sauce and I'm thinking it would be like the good Asian restaurant hot sauces and it was disgusting, it tastes like a sweet tangy barbecue hot sauce and I could not even eat it with anything on my plate. The ranch is also disgusting taste like some packet ranch that was thrown into a container. Overall the food was just nasty and overly salted.

When the waitress…read morestarts to suggest changes to your order, ie, salad instead of fries, more chips & salsa - they should also tell you that there is a charge for it. I had a mushroom cheese quesadillas & it came with chips & salsa. Since the person I was with was also eating the chips & salsa I asked for more. No problem until we got the bill. The "suggestions" cost extra, and we were charged for the additional chips and salsa. If that's their policy okay, but please let the diners know ahead of time. Also, my quesadilla consisted of 3 pieces. Every other place I've ordered one there were 6 pieces & I took 3 home for the next day. Also, I'm considered tiny - 4'11", about 108# & 3 pieces was not enough food.

Most recent trip a lady at the GSU football game recommended it. Me and my two alumni buds opted to check out. It has a decent outdoor area and an interior that reminds me of Taco Mac. Atmosphere was good and our server was great. The Buffalo chicken artichoke dip with points was the only thing I enjoyed food-wise. The fried green tomatoes weren't really seasoned and the tequila lime chicken sammie wasn't anything to write about. Ordinary. I guess if you're a college student, this place will suffice for price, food proportions and atmosphere. I do like it's not a chain and always want to support local. Average, however. Maybe I need to try a different menu item ...

The mac and cheese was fine but not great, the brunswick stew was watery, and the banana pudding was super liquidy and tasted like sunscreen (my husband said soap lol). The portions are also TINY for the price. Staff was nice but we will not be back.

You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. The gals working at the counter were very friendly. My daughter ordered a catfish po-boy and I got a dinner portion of their Lo Country boil. I should have had the lunch portion as I ended up taking half of it home. The lo country boil was the classic shrimp, sausage, red potatoes and corn. It was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of kick. The cocktail sauce served with it had a perfect amount of horseradish. We also shared an order of "firecracker" shrimp. So tasty. My daughter reports her sandwich was tasty if a bit bready. The portion of catfish on the sandwich was plentiful. Sally Mae's is just off the interstate and worth seeking out if you are in the area.
