Might be the slowest KFC I have visited. Not terribly busy but sheesh!! Food was fine. Bathroom was not pretty. Good luck

I often stop at the KFC in Metter, GA. Its a combo of KFC and Taco Bell. Whenever I order from KFC my food is fresh, hot and very good. Not the same for the Taco Bell at this location. I'm not sure why but anything I order from TB is never prepared the right way. I've now learned to go to a real TB for their food. Anyway, Today I ordered KFC new Classic Chicken sandwich and its SO crispy and delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, soft toasted bun with pickles and mayo. I highly recommend it. They have a spicy version but I didn't get that one. read more

I went through the drive through and a guy took my order. First thing I noticed right off the bat was this mans attitude. I, being the polite person that I am, ignored it and kept going with my order. By the end of it all, I had to repeat what I wanted to drink 3 different times. I asked for extra sauce AND pickles on the side, but when I got my bag, neither of the extra items were in my bag... I won't bother going back to this place of business.. Does not matter if they are short staffed or not... They even accommodated their workers by shutting the dining area down... Poor workers and poor management all around IMO... For a kfc this is by far the best one I have ever come across. The service was friendly, the food was fresh and pippin hot when it came out. I never had hot kfc mash potatoes until today. Worst customer service. The drive through was cutting me off while trying to order and had a very rude attitude.

We were told we would have a 40 minute wait to receive food (we ordered a sandwich and side). I saw 7 customers ask for refunds because they had been waiting 20-40 minutes for food. Employees and manager were yelling at each other. We eventually just left. read more

Worst service ever. Waited 15 min on my order then it was messed up. Went to tell them, they said no problem and waited another 8 minutes while they took care of every single order waiting before they made mine. I will never be back and I suggest unless you want the worst restaurant staff I've seen in a while don't go back. Even when I walked up to the counter they just looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me with wrong order in hand until I said something to them. Incompetent idiots. read more

Worst service in awhile. Come in to order some crispy chicken.... Was told it will be 20 minutes, asked what chicken was ready and was told a couple pieces of original. It has been a few years since I have been to KFC and it will be a few years until I come back. Chicken was tough and stringy and the staff at the KFC was rude and slow. They were not very busy at 9:30 on a Saturday and I stood at the register waiting to order for about 5 minutes. The staff was moving in slow motion. When I finally got my order they did not give me a fork so when I went back to the counter one two staff members ignored me and the other said "what so you want" like I was bothering her. We ordered from the KFC side and enjoyed our food from our parked car in the parking lot. The young employee with a grey wig and blue contacts was spraying down all of the tables and chairs with a mild bleach concoction. The thing was, she sprayed down the whole restaurant instead of one table at a time. I wiped the liquid off of my table and chairs and noticed that her spray was discoloring the chairs. She said it wasn't possible and that it wasn't bleach but then a few minutes later came back over to us and said we should be thankful that she was bleaching the chairs because most employees don't clean at all. She was very aggressive and made me uncomfortable. Plus the bleach smell was very unappetizing, so we ended up asking for our food to go. The girl behind the counter became disgruntled when asked to box up the food instead, so we actually brought the tray of food out to our car. The first girl behind the register never smiled and was overall unpleasant. We are traveling through and will definitely choose to eat elsewhere the next time we come through. The employees have abominable customer service at this location. It seemed like the entire shift today was young kids. read more

The sweet girl at the counter was trying her best and the cooks would not stop arguing, and the place was packed as all get out. Everyone was irritable and the orders were backed like crazy. And the floor at the drink machine was covered with water, and they were out of everything. Would not recommend to anyone in the area. read more
