We ordered the shrimp basket, hamburger, Philly, and the buffet, of course. We were 2 couples. I was so happy to be able to get some good southern cooking for my party. Everybody loved there food. Flavors were all good. Servings were good size. The service was excellent. The price was right. Very affordable. We had a corner both with a view of the lake. Awesome. I recommend

The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and made you fill like home. Our waitress checked on us and made sure we had what we needed. Also the atmosphere seemed different, the restaurant is very clean, inviting, new view on the pond/lake. Today 06/17/26 the food was the main disappointment. Pray we caught them on an off day.

This is one of my favorite fast food places in the south!…read more Everything is soooo fresh! This time I enjoyed the chicken club sandwich combo with a sweet tea. Let's start with this delicious sandwich...first of all the tenders they use for the sandwich were on point! The bacon was evenly spread and I can say I tasted bacon in every single bite! The lettuce and tomatoes were super fresh and to top off this greatness it was all between buttery Texas toast!! This delightful sandwich was accompanied by so equally delightful crinkle cut fries which were seasoned to perfection! Now the only thing that wasn't award winning in this situation was the "sweet" tea...it just wasn't ghetto (sweet) enough for me lol. Since we are in the south my expectations for the sweet tea are high af which is why I couldn't give this place that 5th star. Though I'd like to give it 4.5! Zaxby's keep up the great job and step up your sweet tea game!

It was plenty of food, but it made the sandwich a bit dry, which is not common as we have had plenty of sandwiches in GA and they tend to be pretty wet. The sauce was good, then again we needed more than usual because of the meat ratio. You live and you learn type of situation for me. The fries were good, and the mac was tops.

The service specifically from two individuals that work here was really bad, they were impolite. On several occasions when I've asked for certain items they tell me that they're out of them, not sure if that's true or they just are too lazy to make something specifically off the menu. Menu? Not sure. I pretty much now go into claxton to the dairy Queen because I've had a lot of negative experiences here. Who manages this staff who is in charge while these people are on duty? Do they not see their behavior who is held accountable for these people who behave rudely and are not polite to customers. They act as if they don't want to be there and it's too much work to wait on you and take your order. I'm way too old for teeny boppers acting like this. Why do people not want to work anymore?
