The workers have the worst attitude that I've ever seen! If you don't want to come to work stay home! The workers have zero customer service! The place was nasty just like the workers! read more

The intense craving for Kentucky Fried Chicken struck, so we bought a to-go order to eat at home. Two words: deliciously filling. We shall return! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. 1. The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. 2. Even on a to-go order placed 25 minutes in advance, the food was not ready. In fact, when I arrived the staff was nowhere to be found, and I waited nearly 10 more minutes to be addressed once addressed, I was told to order would take 16 minutes to cook! What?!? I placed the order, now 30 minutes ago, ONLINE and received a notification that it was ready. Terrica is the location manager and has her contact information proudly posted for you to call as discuss issues/concerns, however she does not respond. Awful location that should be SHUTDOWN! read more

I have been coming to this location here lately and have not been disappointed until last night on 10/24/23 at 9:06pm. I ordered in the app and made my way to the Hack Cross location and my order wasn't available nor would they substitute to it. So I made my way back today and spoke Ms. Keisha(District Manager) and Ms Arlene and they both were so accommodating and apologetic about my experience and fixed my order. Now this is how you treat paying customers and keep them coming back and keep employees employees!!!!!! read more

My spouse for the last two weeks went to this location around 4:30 pm. Takeout order. They either cooked in old oil or over cooked the fried chicken. The chicken was dry out with no taste. Come on you guys! We pay hard earned money for bad customer services. We have no time to go back to your store for a replacement. And maybe or maybe that we are not the right color that we get the bad pieces of chicken that should be thrown out for bad quality. KFC regional manager or headquarter. Please review. read more

No inside seating. Out of extra crispy chicken every time. Order mild get spicy. Sides are okay but yet to get right or good chicken. Popeyes from now on. read more

I visit this location most often. The food is generally good. Friendly staff. I do have a problem ordering the chicken pot pie. 1 out of 3 times they have it.knowing this, tonight before heading there, I called, the phone went to fax every time. I drove on there. Encouraged by my daughter. It's Saturday night. You should be good. No, once again "I'm sorry we are out" wth!! Why???? read more

KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Memphis, Tennessee

Don't come here unless you're desperate to drown your sorrows in cheap mashed potatoes. This is the slowest drive thru experience I've ever had. And with zero apologies or explanation (or warning, for that matter.) Aside from that, this is standard kfc. It's a good alternative to taco bell but it's still fast food. read more

This was the best KFC that I have been to in Memphis thus far!! It was clean and the service was superb! Shout out to my cashier Ms. Joyce she was incredible. She was very polite and helped me choose what I wanted to eat which was the Nashville chicken (AWESOME). She made sure that I was taken care of and didn't need anything else. The food was hot and delicious. I will definitely come back. read more

Horrible experience. Either the food is good and the attitudes s*ck or vice versa! NEVER a good experience. Today I was served a thigh that had clearly fallen into the heating elements of the grease bin. Call and call and they have nerve to not answer. It's ok though, I KNOW what a bad review can do for a business. read more

KFC - Burnt thigh that was turned face down in my box to "fool" me...smh - Fast Food Near Me - Memphis, Tennessee

I went through the drive to order because it was cold. I usually go inside to order. After I received my order with my seniors discount and $1 contribution to ? Server asked, I gave, I opened the box and glanced at my order. On the surface the chicken looked good. Never just look at your food without opening and moving it turn it over and look well. When I got home I found 2 thighs one over cooked greasy and more of the back than thigh. The drum stick was over cooked too. One of the thighs in my 3 piece meal was decent. The vegetables were decent. KFC was horrible to me that day. Shame on them for such blatant disrespect. Fried Chicken is my favorite food. I will probably go again as it is in the area where I live. I enjoy it when it is decent. This is not the first time I have had a portion of meal 'distorted'. I stopped going for several months and decided to try the restaurant again. read more

The prices have gone way up and the size of the pieces are smaller. I was just charged over $7 for 6 hot wings and a small slaw. The wings are very small pieces...85 cent per piece, not a whole wing! I am done with these overpriced places. No senior discount, nothing. You can get a full meal for $4.99 at Captain D's just down the street. read more

Owner's should be mortified over customer service and manager behavior! Ordered $47.18 online, picked up at drive-thru. They had forgotten my gravy and of course I only realized when I got home. I called to talk to them, they simply said you can come pick it up, no apology or ownership of mistake and was a bit rude which made me say that they should deliver it. The manager, I assume, said "You want me to deliver it?!". I said they could call Grubhub to deliver it at which point she hung up on me. I went to the location to pick it up, after waiting in line for over 8 minutes, asked for a large Pepsi to compensate me for my inconvenience, the manager (same voice as person on phone) was annoyed and rude and told the attendant to give me a medium. So in other words, my inconvenience of having to drive back to the store, wait in line and drive back home during my lunch hour, wasn't worth the extra $0.02-$0.03 for the larger drink I requested. I feel sorry for anyone that works for her and if I were the owner and found that out, would order immediate training to correct the behavior. read more

Do not buy food nor visit this location. I am not normally this pessimistic but I have to warn the public. The people are nice about 60% of the time between shifts, but the food is always either burnt, stale, or just plain disgusting. I am a nice fellow, so I gave this place at least 5 tries on different shifts but the results were always the same. My wife and I literally were trapped in their awful drive thru line for over twenty minutes because of how slow and unorganized they were and we missed a very important appointments that day. The parking lot is a disaster, the food is even worse, but for goodness sake, at least take out the trash and clean the walls and floor. The interior has not changed since the late 80s or 90s and it doesn't appear as if it has been cleaned since then either, the food is overpriced and non of the employees knew how to use the coupons or vouchers which were brought in. read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered a single meal on a Sunday night. Was told to pull around to front. I did. The address is Winchester, so I pulled up to the side that faces Winchester. 30 minutes later, many cars in the parking lot honking horns and flashing their lights into the restaurant. People are angry and screaming through the glass door. I call them and i was told that my meal would be right out. 30 minutes later no meal. I have been here an hour now. I recall the manager, and am told that I didn't park in the front, the front faces a gas station, not the very major road that is the address of the place. Obvioulsy I am miffed and I tell him that clearly they are not bringing me my food, and since I've already paid I have been ripped off and would be calling the corporate office. He hung up on me. I called the 1-800 number and am told that the manager will get a hold of me in the next day or two, which of course didn't happen. Paid, never received my meal. The thing is I work at a large pair of urgent cares right down the street and we often order from them. Guess what, no more orders. Now maybe you can provide decent service to the few customers that you have left! read more

The girl that was taking the drive thru orders was so rude and unpleasant that I didn't even order. I drove off and will never know if the food is good at this location because I will not ever go back. read more

I don't know what the problem is with the workers at KFC,but twice within a week at this location and the store on Highland both of my orders from each location had items missing. It wasn't worth driving back to either location,I guess you need to have them to count out loud to make sure your order is right. One more thing I notice some workers are not aware of the company's coupons and promotions, they seem lost when you present one to them. read more

I ordered an 8 piece mixed bucket of original chicken! asked for the fresh chicken, I got home and looked inside I had 2 breast 2 thighs and 4 legs. and 1 of the legs looked a week old and half eaten! which indicate the chicken was not fresh nor did I get offered if I like to substitute my wing for legs! the service at that location is always subpar and below standards , I tried to give them a second chance! but that location leadership is to unprofessional and it shows in the food and service read more
