Neither I, nor my family members, have really had any terribly bad experiences here. Sometimes this store has to scrounge up the correct change when we pay with cash. When this occurs, it's usually during the weekend. So, we try to have small denominations of currencies with us when we order food here. Most of the employees are friendly, polite, and sweet to us. Maybe it's because we're regular customers, or that the folks who work here are basically just nice people? this is absolutely the worst taco bell I have ever been to. i don't expect much because it is fast food, in memphis at that. but once we walked in we were completely ignored, i can look past that i understand people have bad days. we order on the kiosk, chicken quesadilla easy jalapeño sauce, cheesy bean and rice burrito, and nachos fry's. my quesadilla was barley even warm, and had EXTRA jalepeno sauce, nacho fries came right out of the freezer, or had been sitting in the fridge atleast. cold as they could be. my friend ordered dipping sauces w her quesadillas and they LOADED them onto the quesadillas instead of portion cups like normal. cheesy bean and rice burrito was ok.. also to mention.. we had maybe all together 4 little pieces of chicken on both quesadillas. i absolutely DO NOT RECCOMEND. save yourself the time a day and find anywhere else to go. i'm from west memphis and our taco bell NEVER disappoints. i think they need to take some pointers. read more

After attempting to order two customized items last week, we received severely incorrectly made items; the total of the order was over $25, the most I've ever spent at Taco Bell, which prompted me to contact the names of managers left in the bag. Rude employees, messed up order multiple times, acted like I was trying to get 2 free tacos on a $40 order. I had a car full of 4 of us and tried to go in but the lobby was closed and asked if I could do multiple orders in the drive through since we were all going to separate hotel rooms. Had to repeat each item multiple times. The order on the screen was finally right and they asked me to pull around. When they brought out order they brought no drinks. I also mentioned we were missing 2 tacos and employee said my #6 chalupa meals didn't get tacos with it but they are pictured on the menu and every other Taco Bell has them in that meal. When I drove back through eating my chalupa they said you are eating the tacos now when it was clearly a chalupa. I would give this a zero if it were possible. My order is never right when I go to this location. Even when I go inside, they mess up my order. Tonight, I ordered a ton of food (I'm feeding six adults), and they got my order wrong again. I used the kiosk and didn't get a receipt. Their soda fountain was out of Diet Pepsi and Pepsi Zero. I went to the counter to notify them their sodas were out. The associate said, "They are not mine, but I'm aware." He did not attempt to correct the issue and made no apology. So I couldn't drink the soda I paid for. I got home and was missing two large items - a Nacho Bell Grande and an Enchilada Burrito. I didn't discover I was missing anything until I got home because they dumped all my items into one large bag. I had to drive back to the restaurant. They offered to replace the items, but they still failed to get it right. They replaced the Enchilada Burrito with nachos. I will not return to this location. The Collierville location ALWAYS gets my order right. read more

At the moment only the drive thru is open here due to Covid-19. They have free Wifi here. As far as service goes, it usually not very good because of the attitude of the employees. Drive thru takes forever. Good is pretty good usually. read more

Last time I checked, when a restaurant closes at 2am, customers are served until 2am. While I cut it very close, pulled to the drive up at 1:55am...no one on the speaker so pulled up to the window. The employees saw me and just ignored me so starting honking the horn. This guy points to the hours on the window and says they're closed. When I inform him that it was 1:57, he again says they're closed and shuts the window. So either he doesn't understand how time works or just completely lazy. Terrible service. Only had one good experience the past 5 times I've been to this location. I typically go around midnight which I know is late but their open until 3. One time they said they were out of lettuce and cheese. How does that happen. Last night when I went the lady said they were cleaning the grill and couldn't make quesadilla's for the rest of the night. They didn't close for another 3 hours. If I could give one star, I would. I keep trying to give this location a chance to change my opinion. Unfortunately, Everytime is a bad experience. They always have a terrible attitude. IF they're even open at all, they are consistently claiming to be out of multiple menu items ex: Mexican pizza and Crunchwrap. They have claimed to be only selling tacos and burritos. One a most recent visit, we ordered a cool ranch taco along with our regular taco supremes since it was being taken off the menu and there was very little of anything on it. Always out of something or giving me the complete wrong order. I say cheese quesadilla, then service steak... i say 3 hard tacos. They service 3 chicken tacos...i say cheesy Gordita crunch. It's steak with no sauce in it. People work at this location that don't care about their job or customer service. Either charge more for a taco and get better service or close down.
