Neither I, nor my family members, have really had any terribly bad experiences here. Sometimes this store has to scrounge up the correct change when we pay with cash. When this occurs, it's usually during the weekend. So, we try to have small denominations of currencies with us when we order food here. Most of the employees are friendly, polite, and sweet to us. Maybe it's because we're regular customers, or that the folks who work here are basically just nice people? Anyhow, we'll keep coming back, as it's an uber convenient location. note to Yelp: It would improve your credibility if you would, once-and-for-all, correct your long-standing misspelling of Winchester Road. Zero stars. This location is horrible now. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and two crunchy tacos. And I got a bunch of cold soft tacos and my Baja blast is on its last leg looking like carbonated water mostly. Nothing tasted good. Owners for this location need to clean house. read more

Unfortunately, this location is not able to follow along with customizations. After attempting to order two customized items last week, we received severely incorrectly made items; the total of the order was over $25, the most I've ever spent at Taco Bell, which prompted me to contact the names of managers left in the bag. I was told I could return and get replacement meals, which I did tonight. Unfortunately, the items were made incorrectly again, so I will not be returning to this location again. It's embarrassing to ask for customizations multiple times and feeling like a Karen just to get what you paid for. Positives being that they are mostly respectful and were able to make basic orders fine, from our past experience. read more

Rude employees, messed up order multiple times, acted like I was trying to get 2 free tacos on a $40 order. I had a car full of 4 of us and tried to go in but the lobby was closed and asked if I could do multiple orders in the drive through since we were all going to separate hotel rooms. Had to repeat each item multiple times. The order on the screen was finally right and they asked me to pull around. When they brought out order they brought no drinks. I also mentioned we were missing 2 tacos and employee said my #6 chalupa meals didn't get tacos with it but they are pictured on the menu and every other Taco Bell has them in that meal. When I drove back through eating my chalupa they said you are eating the tacos now when it was clearly a chalupa. Why would I try to get 2 free tacos on a $40 order and take the time to drive back through if I was in the wrong. There is a lack of training and customer service at this location read more

So y'all okay with feeding people old food?? And not putting everything in the bag as well? Tacos soft, nachos soft, meat old! No sauce in the bag. If I didn't get it delivered I would've gotten everything replaced or a refund. Highly displeased. I would give this a zero if it were possible. My order is never right when I go to this location. Even when I go inside, they mess up my order. Tonight, I ordered a ton of food (I'm feeding six adults), and they got my order wrong again. I used the kiosk and didn't get a receipt. Their soda fountain was out of Diet Pepsi and Pepsi Zero. I went to the counter to notify them their sodas were out. The associate said, "They are not mine, but I'm aware." He did not attempt to correct the issue and made no apology. So I couldn't drink the soda I paid for. I got home and was missing two large items - a Nacho Bell Grande and an Enchilada Burrito. I didn't discover I was missing anything until I got home because they dumped all my items into one large bag. I had to drive back to the restaurant. They offered to replace the items, but they still failed to get it right. They replaced the Enchilada Burrito with nachos. I will not return to this location. The Collierville location ALWAYS gets my order right. read more

At the moment only the drive thru is open here due to Covid-19. They have free Wifi here. As far as service goes, it usually not very good because of the attitude of the employees. Drive thru takes forever. Good is pretty good usually. read more

Honestly, you can't usually expect a amazing experience when eating fast food, and with Taco Bell it is not exception. For me, TB is always a hit or miss, maybe more of the latter option. The opposite is true for this location. More often than not orders are prepared quick, good and with decent customer service. Definitely better than in the rest of the Taco Bells around Memphis. read more

I've been to this location twice this week and will never be back again. (Even though I have lived down the street from this location for 6+ years) The staff is rude when you are making substitutions to your order they rush you to finish and have a attitude like they aren't upcharging you for chicken instead of beef. Then they purposely give you the wrong item just to be spiteful or just lazy. Either way I will take my money elsewhere. read more

Last time I checked, when a restaurant closes at 2am, customers are served until 2am. While I cut it very close, pulled to the drive up at 1:55am...no one on the speaker so pulled up to the window. The employees saw me and just ignored me so starting honking the horn. This guy points to the hours on the window and says they're closed. When I inform him that it was 1:57, he again says they're closed and shuts the window. So either he doesn't understand how time works or just completely lazy. Thinking it's a combination of zero intelligence and pure laziness. I do not understand how every restaurant in this area has morons with no customer service skills working for them. read more

Terrible service. Only had one good experience the past 5 times I've been to this location. I typically go around midnight which I know is late but their open until 3. One time they said they were out of lettuce and cheese. How does that happen. Last night when I went the lady said they were cleaning the grill and couldn't make quesadilla's for the rest of the night. They didn't close for another 3 hours. I spoke to the manager and all she kept saying was ok. No excuses to why they were cleaning 3 hours early. Hopefully someone who cares about customer service that's in charge their will read this. read more

If I could give one star, I would. I keep trying to give this location a chance to change my opinion. Unfortunately, Everytime is a bad experience. They always have a terrible attitude. IF they're even open at all, they are consistently claiming to be out of multiple menu items ex: Mexican pizza and Crunchwrap. They have claimed to be only selling tacos and burritos. One a most recent visit, we ordered a cool ranch taco along with our regular taco supremes since it was being taken off the menu and there was very little of anything on it. I truly hope this store can get it together. read more

So I don't know what happen in the last 5 months but the customer service has gone down. They must of hired new people because tonight the staff was rude. My husband placed an online order for pickup and they screwed it all up. I went back to get it fixed and was faced with nothing but rudeness. No apologizes for messing up my order or inconveniencing me. It's not like I was rude to them. I just said that there were items missing from my order. By far the worst Taco Bell i have been to. I downloaded this app just to post this review since i have had bad service 9 out of 10 times. Always out of something or giving me the complete wrong order. I say cheese quesadilla, then service steak... i say 3 hard tacos. They service 3 chicken tacos...i say cheesy Gordita crunch. It's steak with no sauce in it. People work at this location that don't care about their job or customer service. Either charge more for a taco and get better service or close down. The food and cocktails were fine. Floors are very slick so beware. The server seemed ok and then midway through the meal, her energy shifted. I hope that she was just having a tough day. Can't say if I'll for sure come back whenever I visit again.

It's a food truck parked at the side of the Exxon gas station..We didn't eat there but they have a few picnic tables set up if you want to.stop to eat. We got "chicken tamales with green sauce." These are by far the best tamales we have had. They are a good size, have lots of flavorful and spicy chicken in them and the mass is not dry. We got their medium tomatillo salsa and avocado sauce to put on them. Delicious!

My feet were sticking to the floor, the toilets were disgusting, there was dust so thick on the partitions it was as if they had never been wiped down. The whole place had a grimy feel/smell to me. The food? No. My hubs got cheese enchiladas, the server suggested he add protein ok-chicken-these had to be the worse enchiladas we have ever tasted. The chicken had a funny taste. I got the Fresco bowl I think its called, no protein. Bland, the little bit of guacamole they had ion there? No taste. The flight of salsa was so so. Hubs wanted to try a margarita. That was the best thing about the whole experience. $70 later for two people the only thing we have to show for it was my hubs waking up from sleep later on sick-three times. He ate nothing else after our lunch besides fruit so you do the math. So yes, our first time will be our last. My daughter has been here with friends and said the only thing she enjoyed was her drink so this may just be a good place for drinks.
