Food was burnt Service was was horrible as well. They acted as if they didn't care. Manager agreed to replace the meal but when I return to get the replacement, they said I wasn't in their system and asked did I have the receipt. The order was placed two weeks ago no, I don't have the receipt. read more

They have likely the windiest drive thru to avoid cars getting out on the main road. I went inside to pickup my mobile order and did not have to wait long before it was handed to me. Everyone was cordial, as to be expected. My food was hot and tasty. The fries could've used a little more salt though read more

Typical Chick fil A experience. Hot, fresh food that your going to wait awhile for. Usual good hospitality and food taste to match. read more

Do not eat at this location. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was not prepared properly, the breading was a bit mushy and the fries were so crunchy I could only eat two. I've been so ill since eating here today. There are a few Google reviews with similar experiences, I wish I had known beforehand. read more

The drive-through has to be the most efficiently run that I've ever encountered. There's a reason why this fast food restaurant is kicking everyone else's butts. The food is pretty decent, too. They could stand to keep their property cleaner. They was some trash in the drive through lane. Also, I wasn't impressed that the unsweetened iced tea that I ordered ended up being a Dr. Pepper. read more

I rarely go to Chick-fil-A. The order wasn't complete, food cold, condiments missing. -0

Chick-fil-A - ows a man in a yellow safety vest standing in a parking lot - Fast Food Near Me - Memphis, Tennessee

Disgusted at the quality of service I received. I placed a curbside order and received a "headed your way notification." Sadly by the time my order arrived there were items left off the order, no condiments, etc. Instead of getting frustrated, I signaled for the associate to get the remaining items (one of which was a milkshake.) Time goes by, and I notice other customers are receiving their order. Instead of continuing to wait, I decide to go inside. As I approach the door, the representative who was supposed to be assisting in getting my order stops and says "oh, I'm sorry I forgot your order." When I went inside there was complete disfunction. No one was at the counter to greet, take orders, etc. There were tons of people crowded around the drive through joking, etc. Finally, I asked someone about my missing shake. I was told by one rep that they were out of strawberries to make a shake, while another rep told me "we have a cup with some strawberries to make your shake." In the end, I received my shake and the rest of my order 25 mins after the time I ordered. The icing on the cake was getting sick afterwards. It's likely due the pile of items left out at the counter, not to mention the "mystery" cup they used for ingredients to make my shake. If I could suggest anything, it would be to NEVER waste your time visiting this location. read more

I want to thank the drive through staff for being so sweet. I'm in Memphis for the holidays, from Arizona. I have my dog with me and didn't have a food bowl. I asked the drive thru for a salad bowl so I could feed him. The manager stopped what she was doing to get me a bowl from the back. So so sweet and she could have said sorry we're busy or anything to not have to stop her job. And I was holding up the line. I kept apologizing and they said..: your fine. I wish everyone who posted a complaint would post where they work so we can come and give you a review. Too many people are too quick to complain. But we never take a moment and say thank you for things like they did for me this morning. We just think people who work in the service industry are just supposed to be that way they're supposed to be kind to us, but we're not supposed to be kind back. Kindness works both ways. Some of the complaints below are very petty such as not having enough mac & cheese in your bowl. Maybe you shouldn't be eating mac & cheese you should've got a salad. Just a thought and my review. But, thank you Chick-fil-A for always being so excellent especially how busy your restaurants are. Your staff is always so polite, courteous, and respectful. Always great service. read more

Chick-fil-A - Chick-fil-A- Chicken Biscuit under cooked - Fast Food Near Me - Memphis, Tennessee

This is literally the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Whether I'm ordering from door dash or coming in person to get my order, they ALWAYS mess up or skimp on items. I don't know how many times I've ordered kids meals and the drinks aren't given to me. This time the drinks plus one of the kids meals sides wasn't included. Horrible service and I'm sure I'm not the only one to complain but seems like management must not care because same mistakes keep being made! I'd rather go out of my way and drive to Germantown or Collierville to get better service. Crazy how employees don't care that they give bad service. read more

The SERVICE is bad, food is till good. The speed of service which Chik-fil-A is know for is not met here. It was at one point. There is no 'Thank You' 'My Pleasure' 'Yes Ma'Am ' or 'Sir'. I blame management. It's SERVICE is almost of MC Donald's across the street. It's those small details that make Chik-fil-a ..Chik-Fil-A ! I don't base this one a single visit. I go here almost every Saturday and once during the week.. things going down. I really wish they would do better. read more

Every time I order from this Chick fil A (whether it's drive thru or via Doordash), there's always some kind of mistake with my order. Food is either missing or incorrect, fries are always cold, the employees are always rude. Does this girl live under a rock LOL Well no actually I lived in NYC and Chick-fil-A was not around me. With regards to this location, let me just say that it was very clean. As I entered Chick-fil-A, I was immediately greeted by staff, which to me is always a nice thing. Secondly, my order was taken promptly and I received my food quickly. Plus the staff that work at this location are so friendly and polite. They even called me Miss Kristina when my order was ready lol I Overall, I left with a smile on my face and my food tasted great. This location is always slammed. Now, they have a double order lane it seems even more people seem to go there. The lobby is usually just as packed. Yes, the wait times are a little longer sometimes. I can't fathom a 30 minute wait time though. I have never had a cold or wrong meal handed to me yet. The workers are always polite. They refill your drinks, take your trays, all the things you expect and then some. I have never seen the parking lot or lobby dirty. It does seem like an expansion is in order. I love the chicken breakfast burritos and fresh fruit bowls. The grilled chicken sandwich is pretty awesome too. read more

Chic Fil A is king of fast, good, and cheap. The food is very good for what it is. They have recently stepped up their game and are now offering grilled chicken in many different varieties of sandwich and salad options. I appreciate their efforts to make fast food a little bit better for you and your family. Maybe I'm totally disillusioned but at I can feel better eating a grilled chicken, egg white, on a muffin instead of a fried chicken biscuit or who knows what else from their fast food competition. Yay! Chic Fil A! read more

This is normally a decent Chick-fil-a, but the girl they have had doing curbside delivery the past few times I've gone either didn't get trained properly or doesn't check the screen to see who is parked where and get orders out efficiently. In the past, the wait to receive a curbside order has been 5 minutes max, but recently, it's been upwards of 20 minutes each time, and the same girl always tries to bring me someone else's order before giving me mine. Like...I put my spot number in my app, so you have that information. Last time, I just gave up and went inside so I wouldn't be late for work -- my order showed as completed and "on the way" in the app, but it wasn't even bagged when I got inside. This location is getting sloppy. read more

Got to agree with others. After adding to the drive thru and flow of traffic, the time to drive through is even longer. Then when you actually get to the order screen, you just wait then have to repeat. Usu good food when you do get it and the Oder is correct,...but thinking McD's across the steet is a better option than this 20 and counting minutes has been. (Only reason I am still in line is that you get locked in) Update....so kinda funny/sad. Should have checked. I got a biscuit for the morning and yogurt with granola for lunch. Just opened the second bag...yogurt with cookies. Never had an issue with any other CFA, but this one is at the level of a Hardee's (y'all know what I mean) read more

As long as I have gone to a Chick-fil-A, I have never waited in a drive through line for more than 5 minutes especially during lunch hour. Last week I waited over 25 minutes for the line to just move. Once I was in that line, there was no way to get out with the way the parking and drive is designed. Food was same as always, good but I suggest they follow the model of other sister locations and place attendants on the outside with the proper working equipment to take orders and provide faster service. Best way to get repeat customers is to provide exceptional service all the way around. I will not visit this location again. PA read more
