Disgusted at the quality of service I received. I placed a curbside order and received a "headed your way notification." Sadly by the time my order arrived there were items left off the order, no condiments, etc. Instead of getting frustrated, I signaled for the associate to get the remaining items (one of which was a milkshake.) Time goes by, and I notice other customers are receiving their order. Instead of continuing to wait, I decide to go inside. As I approach the door, the representative who was supposed to be assisting in getting my order stops and says "oh, I'm sorry I forgot your order." When I went inside there was complete disfunction. No one was at the counter to greet, take orders, etc. There were tons of people crowded around the drive through joking, etc. Finally, I asked someone about my missing shake. I was told by one rep that they were out of strawberries to make a shake, while another rep told me "we have a cup with some strawberries to make your shake." In the end, I received my shake and the rest of my order 25 mins after the time I ordered. The icing on the cake was getting sick afterwards. It's likely due the pile of items left out at the counter, not to mention the "mystery" cup they used for ingredients to make my shake. If I could suggest anything, it would be to NEVER waste your time visiting this location. read more

I want to thank the drive through staff for being so sweet. I'm in Memphis for the holidays, from Arizona. I have my dog with me and didn't have a food bowl. I asked the drive thru for a salad bowl so I could feed him. The manager stopped what she was doing to get me a bowl from the back. So so sweet and she could have said sorry we're busy or anything to not have to stop her job. And I was holding up the line. I kept apologizing and they said..: your fine. I wish everyone who posted a complaint would post where they work so we can come and give you a review. Too many people are too quick to complain. But we never take a moment and say thank you for things like they did for me this morning. We just think people who work in the service industry are just supposed to be that way they're supposed to be kind to us, but we're not supposed to be kind back. Kindness works both ways. Some of the complaints below are very petty such as not having enough mac & cheese in your bowl. Maybe you shouldn't be eating mac & cheese you should've got a salad. Just a thought and my review. But, thank you Chick-fil-A for always being so excellent especially how busy your restaurants are. Your staff is always so polite, courteous, and respectful. Always great service. read more

This is literally the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Whether I'm ordering from door dash or coming in person to get my order, they ALWAYS mess up or skimp on items. I don't know how many times I've ordered kids meals and the drinks aren't given to me. This time the drinks plus one of the kids meals sides wasn't included. Horrible service and I'm sure I'm not the only one to complain but seems like management must not care because same mistakes keep being made! This is normally a decent Chick-fil-a, but the girl they have had doing curbside delivery the past few times I've gone either didn't get trained properly or doesn't check the screen to see who is parked where and get orders out efficiently. In the past, the wait to receive a curbside order has been 5 minutes max, but recently, it's been upwards of 20 minutes each time, and the same girl always tries to bring me someone else's order before giving me mine. Like...I put my spot number in my app, so you have that information. Last time, I just gave up and went inside so I wouldn't be late for work -- my order showed as completed and "on the way" in the app, but it wasn't even bagged when I got inside. This location is always slammed. Now, they have a double order lane it seems even more people seem to go there. The lobby is usually just as packed. Yes, the wait times are a little longer sometimes. I can't fathom a 30 minute wait time though. I have never had a cold or wrong meal handed to me yet. The workers are always polite. They refill your drinks, take your trays, all the things you expect and then some. I have never seen the parking lot or lobby dirty. It does seem like an expansion is in order. Then when you actually get to the order screen, you just wait then have to repeat. Usu good food when you do get it and the Oder is correct,...but thinking McD's across the steet is a better option than this 20 and counting minutes has been. Does this girl live under a rock LOL Well no actually I lived in NYC and Chick-fil-A was not around me. With regards to this location, let me just say that it was very clean. As I entered Chick-fil-A, I was immediately greeted by staff, which to me is always a nice thing. Secondly, my order was taken promptly and I received my food quickly. As long as I have gone to a Chick-fil-A, I have never waited in a drive through line for more than 5 minutes especially during lunch hour. Last week I waited over 25 minutes for the line to just move. Once I was in that line, there was no way to get out with the way the parking and drive is designed. Food was same as always, good but I suggest they follow the model of other sister locations and place attendants on the outside with the proper working equipment to take orders and provide faster service. Best way to get repeat customers is to provide exceptional service all the way around. I will not visit this location again. PA read more

Chic Fil A is king of fast, good, and cheap. The food is very good for what it is. They have recently stepped up their game and are now offering grilled chicken in many different varieties of sandwich and salad options. I appreciate their efforts to make fast food a little bit better for you and your family. Maybe I'm totally disillusioned but at I can feel better eating a grilled chicken, egg white, on a muffin instead of a fried chicken biscuit or who knows what else from their fast food competition. Seems like since the update of this location some of the employees need to go back to the Chick fil A school of etiquette. The employee that gave me my order handed my food out the window without a greeting and handed my change with my orange juice laying on top of it. I'm glad my money didn't blow away.
