The old lady manager Nicole hates her life cause it amounted to nothing other than her being an adult working in fast food instead of becoming something of herself. I went here with brother and we ordered food for 4 of us. It was a 16 piece tender meal and we got fries,mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. We check it right after we got it and some of the order was wrong. They gave us chicken instead of tenders and coleslaw instead of Mac and cheese. We went back around the drive thru so they could correct it. He started to argue with my brother saying the my brother was wrong and that he didn't do anything wrong. When we made to the drive thru window, it was now two of them arguing with us. They kept saying that they did give us the Mac and cheese and that we had ordered ordered the bone in chicken. They tried to bet my brother money that they were wrong. They were very rude and loud. In the end we could hear them say through the window that someone had gave us the wrong bag or that someone bagged it wrong. They came back to the window with the correct order and didn't say anything or apologize for their behavior. If you want some hot fresh crisp chicken go to KFC on Winchester in East Memphis across from the Hickory Ridge Mall. I went to this KFC on May 20th at 7:16 p.m. Shak... waited on me. I ordered 2 pieces of grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuit and a Dr. pepper. I was given a box without a spoon or biscuit. I had to ask for a spoon and when I got home I did not have a biscuit. I was very disappointed because I was not able to return and get my order correct. I should have checked behind her but, I was in a hurry and only noticed that I didn't have a spoon. I usually love KFC, but after this experience, I have been turned off. The addition of grilled chicken to the menu is welcome, but if you come to KFC, it's best to stick with the Original Recipe. The Crispy version has lately too much breading, overpowering the poultry. As for sides, I'm more of a mashed potatoes and coleslaw type. The coleslaw is the best of the fast food places. The Mac and cheese is worse than the Kraft knockoff brands, and as for the other stuff, the biscuits were far removed from the flaky, soft, melt in your mouth way they used to be. Another day, they were all out of white meat and closed the lobby 30 minutes early as guests were trying to enter to order. The third and final time, they did you fill up my sides to the line.
