Chick-Fil-A has a very high 98% success rate relating to you receiving your order without mistakes!! Other restaurants have not made this a priority and it is a relief to know they are so organized and commuted to doing it the right way the first time! My Bonus daughter eats there probably 3 -5 times a week over the past 5+ years and we are almost never forced to go back to correct an order! C-F-A folks are just awesome! This has to be one of the busiest Chick-fil-As in town. They have really long drive through and dine-in lines but it goes by fast. Wow, they have the serving system down packed. As of 7 July 2022 they will be closed for about two months for renovation. Not all that impressed with this location. I eat here often when I'm in town on business, since it is close to the hotel and convenient. Most of the time there is at least one thing wrong with my order. I order on the app and use carry out so I can check my order for accuracy. Today, the tea was very weak and they put the wrong cheese on my sandwich. I left it as is, wasn't worth complaining about. i'm in the drive thru we i'm typing this. I notice that cars that were behind me were going through the line with no problem! but i'm sitting here basically letting everyone who came after me go in front of me because the people running one of the menus doesn't know what they're doing fast enough, It is what it is at this point, but when i get to the order menu, she's going to tell me to give her a minute & i have to wait even longer! I don't know, but i definitely expected more from chick fil a. i'll definitely be taking my business to the chickfila on the other side of 240, 4916 poplar ave, to save anyone reading this some time. UPDATE: they botched my order, and they have the inside closed so i can't go in and fix it! definitly the worst chickfila experience ive ever had. Really disappointed in this location. It has gone down so much in the past few years. It's now very slow and not at all as customer service-friendly as it used to be. We've been told before that we can't eat inside, even though when we ordered it on the app for pickup there was no mention of that. Now, this morning I go in for my free sandwich (the one they sent me bc they messed up my order the last time). I tried to order it on the app and it wouldn't go through. I drive to the restaurant to get them to place the order and the reward has disappeared! I explain all of this to the manager and all she says is it should load in 24 hrs and would I like to buy one. No thank you. I'd like my promised free one that I've saved for this trip I'm going on today. In the past this location was so generous and kind. Not sure if the operator has changed, but the feeling of this being a CFA certainly has. I go to this location all of the time, but will probably go to others from now on. I have never had an experience like this one at a chick-fil-a! There are so many managers or just people telling others what to do that not many are actually doing anything! This is the slowest crew I've come across as well as the cashier who asked several time what I wanted and still ended up getting it wrong! my food looked as if it had just been dr in a box the chicken was falling out of the bread most of it was like leftover crumbs because they were so hard I couldn't eat them(chicken minis)! Like other reviews on here, this is probably the worst Chick fil A, not only in customer service but the way they run things. I came here with my boyfriend not too long ago and while ordering, we asked the cashier something and she decided to tell us that they don't do what we asked for (change our side from fries to the greek yogurt) and gave us attitude (which suprises me because Chick fil A usually has wonderful employees). So instead of ordering with her, I got out of line and ordered through the app and guess what? It let us change our sides. The second time we came here, it took a while for them to get our order because they didn't give us a cup (to find out who has what order) and they forgot our drink. I've also had problems with the drive through where they gave me a wrong order twice. I'm honestly very very surprised by the way they run things here because the other location on Poplar is wonderful. The manager even goes outside and makes sure people waiting on orders are okay. I never saw the manager from this location and it tells you a lot about a store. I only come here because it's close to my boyfriend's work but my top location is the other one on Poplar. read more

It's Chick-Fil-A what more can I say? Fast, friendly service, where it's always their "pleasure" to "serve you"! The food is always hot and the flavor is consistent. That's why their lines wrap around the building every hour that they are open. Not to mention, they are a Christian based business and they support the Military, Law Enforcement, Christian Values, and everything else that makes me proud to be an American! DOUBLE DOWN THE THIRD BASE LINE! Wife, daughter and I grabbed dinner here Friday night before the HS playoff game. We've been coming here for years and we have enjoyed the fast, friendly service and atmosphere. Tonight I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a yogurt parfait with granola toppings. My meal was delicious. The chicken was cooked just right and the sandwich tasted fresh. The yogurt is always very good and the granola is a great complement. Tonight the server gave me a package of granola and a package of almonds and walnuts. Wow they were all good. The place hums with activity and the staff does a great job keeping the place moving. Today is Saturday, 10/26/19. Its 62 degrees outside and pouring down raining. Despite the conditions, I decided to treat my sales staff at a dealership with breakfast at your store number 01593 (Paragon Place) in Memphis. I thought I was being smart by placing the order via mobile app and picking it up at the drive through to keep from getting wet. My order number was 9062513. I placed an order for 7 chicken biscuits with various details. At the drive-through, the cashier gave me the Orange Juice then asked me to pull up and park. I thought that was weird since I placed my order over 10 minutes before arriving and there were about 6 people in front of me after they confirmed via the speaker that I arrived. I pulled up and had to wait 10 more minutes. After driving back to work, I discovered that 2 of the sandwiches were missing. I called the store and was assured if I drove back that they would quickly give me the missing sandwiches. In the pouring rain, I drove back to the store but when I arrived, the drive through line was so long I couldn't get on the parking lot for the drive through. I drove around back and had to go in. I was drenched and my shoes are likely ruined along with the suede blazer I am wearing. The drive through "manager" apologized and gave me the 2 missing sandwiches and another for me since mine was cold. I drove back to work, angry and wet, only to discover the sandwich me made for me was only egg and cheese... No chicken. I'm once again very angry. This was by far my worst Chick-Fil-A experience , the staff were all unfriendly and weren't working with haste, the restaurant was nearly empty excluding a few customers already seated and eating. The drive through line was backed up and it was apparent once I pulled to the window why;The staff was walking around at a leisurely pace with no sense of urgency. When I finally got the food that took what felt like 10-15 minutes, my bagel was burnt, the biscuit sandwich was horribly dry and the bacon tasted old and the hash brown minis weren't fresh. For starters, I love Chick-Fil-A. I use their usual customer service as an example when I train on customer service across the country in my job. To my dismay, they did not live up to their usual reputation. I never once heard, "my pleasure" and there were zero smiles. Instead, I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged for a refill. I thought it was because of where I was standing, so I even moved to the other side of the waiting area. There was only one person in line, it wasn't even busy! One employee even walked passed me to pick up used trays to clean and stood there cleaning them as I waited. They literally put in an effort to ignore me. This is not the norm for chick-fil-a nor this location, which I frequent! read more

Pros: * Always fantastic food served fast and friendly. * Personal favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. * Lower fat/calorie options are quite good and available. Cons (minor): * Area on Poplar Ave is very busy. I do think they handle the volume quite well though with two drive-thru lanes. Recommendations: * Consider using the Chick-Fil-A phone app to preorder food. Pickup the order and leave or just eat there. Simple, easy and saves time. It's decent. I personally thought the chicken was a bit dry -- I guess I expected more since that's their 'thing'. The fries were okay -- the one thing that was good were their fountain drinks. Really getting annoyed with the quality control at this location. I often (2 times per week) go thru the drive thru, only to get back to the office and discover that something's missing. This happens 50% of the time...Today, they forgot to put fries and straws in the bag. I don't have time to waste returning to the store to explain the missing items, so I guess I'm out of luck again. Sadly I can no longer recommend this Chick-fil-A. Although there were plenty of people scrambling around behind the counter it took them 10+ minutes (I counted based on the time printed on my receipt) to deliver my meal and only after I asked two people for it. My breakfast burrito and ice coffee were both sloppy (poorly made) and less than fresh. The young man who delivered the meal offered no apology and seemed put off I had to ask him for my food. Watching the employees strut around as they helped people was strangely disappointing. Even though I pass this location every day on my way to work I will no longer stop here. Please consider hiring/training a better quality team in order to keep up with the quality product and service most of us have come to expect when we stop in a Chick-fil-A anywhere in America. read more
