Biscuits, donuts, and fried chicken are staples in my belly! The execution of the vision is where it's all gone sideways. Allow me to explain... They are cashier-less. They are also human interaction less. I do not like it all, although I am a hypocrite as I hate human interactions as a rule. That makes me torn. Ugh The non personal interaction, with the I don't see you vibe you get from the staff when you walk in turns me off. They can see me, but just don't care to. It's tough man. They also don't take good Ol' American cash. I could actually care less about this as I always use cards anyway, but to others it pisses them off when you can't use actual money at a place that depends on money to thrive. This is my real beef, personally. Cheap ass packaging and utensils. Trying to save a dime or so on packaging will make me never come here again! I usually just get handheld biscuits and gator tots so I have never needed to use utensils before. The last time I ordered a biscuits and gravy box. It was served to go automatically and it was in a thin paper box with no liner with a piece of folded up wax paper on the bottom. The fork and knife given to me is the cheapest version you can buy. Think gas station utensils, and then move a step down from that. It was disfigured out of the package and was useless to try and use to cut. It simply folded. Trying to eat this out of the flimsy, tiny box, paired with the aluminum foil thickness plastic ware they gave me, I got so pissed off I just threw it away. The biscuit was good, the gravy was good, the tenders were old and cold which made cutting it impossible. I do believe cooking folks food to order is a must in this day and age. The folks that own this place need to step up the packaging badly. These bowls should be served in actual plastic or poly bowls with a lid and decent set of eating utensils! '26 - 24

They make everything fresh, so it took 20 minutes...but freshly made is so much better. We had an order of full size wings...but should've stuck with boneless to get more meat. Skinny legs but fabulous taste. Another meal was for chicken tenders. A bit rubbery chicken but the batter and seasonings were very tasty and the crinkle cut fries nice and crisp. The ambiance was unique with Memphis art all around and music videos on the tv. Employee was very hospitable. Will go back and try some other options!

I feel like it is family run. Even the young folks seem to have a sense of ownership. The wings are crispy and fried just right. The sauce names are strange and I don't get it. I have learned that Crazy ____ is Honey _____ at any other place so there is that learning curve to overcome. Seasoned fries are clutch too and they don't charge you $1.69 to season them which I dig a lot. Hate that nickel and dime stuff. They have a self serve drink machine and it's counter service with lots of "to go" type business. It's just like a Memphis wing place should be! It's decorated all crazy just like a crazy coop should be I guess. Decent table seating and lots of room to chill for to go. Yum. Yum. Chicken wings. '25 - 55/111

The Crazy Coop Ridgeway - Crazy Coop Combo. Long ass name that only remember when I see it. It's honey hot with Cajun seasoning though. Why I can't just say that?

If you like fancy pizza, this place is for you. Walking in,…read moreit looks very modern. You know, the plain type. The type that does look good, but barely has decor. We came at lunch right when they opened with no reservation, which was fine. There was plenty of seating but it did get a little busier by the time we left. The hostess and our waitress were very nice and attentive. This place is NOT kid friendly. Which is fine... not everyplace has to be kid friendly. I just want parents to know up front that they do not have a kids menu. I asked what kid friendly options there were and our waitress suggested a few, but we decided on just a cheese pizza. This was for my 3 year old and he did not eat it, but neither did my other 2 kids (ages 7 and 11) when we brought it home. It had no seasoning and a very tomato taste. We got the poutine as an appetizer. I forgot a picture of it. My husband has had this before in Canada and he loved it. However, this one wasn't up to par. He enjoyed it, but said an authentic one is much better. I personally couldn't eat it. The gravy was just too weird. As a main course, I had the "Mikey Likes It" pizza. It was good if you like basil. It was very heavy on the basil. It was a bit burnt though. My husband had the special which was a chopped cheese. He said it was good, but nothing to brag about. I'm not a sauerkraut fan, the bite I had was good, but I wouldn't have been able to eat all of it. The fries as a side were good and crunchy. Overall, we probably won't be back. It's just not our style. Not our type of "fancy" food. This is one of those "mark of I've been there" things. Give it a try for yourself because it's not terrible.
