It was served to go automatically and it was in a thin paper box with no liner with a piece of folded up wax paper on the bottom. The fork and knife given to me is the cheapest version you can buy. Think gas station utensils, and then move a step down from that. It was disfigured out of the package and was useless to try and use to cut. It simply folded. Trying to eat this out of the flimsy, tiny box, paired with the aluminum foil thickness plastic ware they gave me, I got so pissed off I just threw it away. The biscuit was good, the gravy was good, the tenders were old and cold which made cutting it impossible. I do believe cooking folks food to order is a must in this day and age. I felt like I had retunes to the 80s when fast food was better. Everyone was super pleasant, the store was clean, and the food was hot and delicious. Kudos to the manager for teaching staff to put the customer first while also teaching them job skills that can help them in the future.
