The mobile pick-up location isn't denoted at all. I waited for 30 minutes in the "door-dash" location (not marked as such) for someone to walk over and tell me that I was in the wrong location. To add to it, the same girl came out 3 separate times to ask me my name; each time with no answer as to what was taking my food so long. Late Review I love my Chick-Fil-A. I'm only doing this review because thankfully I happened to be living in Memphis when the chicken and waffle was introduced. Thankfully only because it wasn't and still isn't offered everywhere. The chicken was the traditional fried chicken used on the breakfast sandwiches. The waffle is sweet and the syrup is inside so it's just sticky ooey-gooey goodness. It's exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A, even on their bad day they are better than the best fast food places around because they are respectful and always have a great attitude. Particular in Memphis that is hard to find these days and Chick-fil-A still hasn't sold out their standards and I appreciate that. They always get my orders right, and even when I have to wait a while because there are so many in line, and covid makes it take even longer they get me in and out of that line in the most timely manner possible. It might take a few minutes but heck there are always so many customers in front of me my wait times always seem pretty reasonable. It's not the best Chick-fil-A, it may even be one of the worst but it's still earning 4*s and could be 5 legitimately and that says a lot about how good other locations are and this one as well. This was such a bad experience. I was on my way home from Memphis Saturday around 9:00 a.m. when I swung by to grab a chicken biscuit. As I usually do, I walked in, as I don't like being in a drive-thru. They had a line outside, but not terrible, and only about three people ahead of me in the line inside. That is when I first noticed they were different. They were not courteous to anyone. It was so stark that I wondered how they ever passed a franchise audit. The Catheys must not use any kind of secret shopper service or they'd bust these guys in heartbeat. The cashiers barked "next order!" as if they were in a crowded room and did not smile or in any way greet the customers. This included the manager who was also working a register at times. I walked up and was not greeted, but asked "here or to go" in a brusque manner by a young lady. I made a point of being friendly and answered, "to go, please." After I requested the Chicken Biscuit Meal, she asked what drink and took my payment and never spoke to me. She acted terse as if she resented me personally, which was frustrating as I was nothing but respectful and courteous. It made me wonder if it might be racism, but it was just a vibe I got, so who knows? After I paid, I moved out of the way and waited, and waited, and waited. About 10 minutes later, I finally stepped up to the manager after three of four parties behind me had been given their orders. The young man running orders to those waiting was barking out names, again, unfriendly and shoving bags into waiting hands. It was disturbing. The manager went back to the screen, said something to him, and said it would be right out, again, not courtesy, just minimal interaction. As I stood there, I saw the young man grab my sack, and another order and race toward me as he had the others, and suddenly shove it into another boy's hand and indicate it was for me. The other boy had been cashiering and was astonished as was I. I asked him why he had done that, and the receiving boy didn't know. I stood there and said "let's ask him." As the boy whizzed back by from the dining area, he offered that he had to deliver the other order to a table, yet he walked right by me to do it. Then, to be sure I was insulted, he flipped out, "Sorry, POPS!" I honestly think it was some kind of racist thing going on. The cashier seemed to be hostile in taking the order, with no trigger that I could detect, as I had been in a good mood when I arrived. Honestly, I think she did something to delay the order, maybe telling him to make me wait, but I have no idea. I just know that his refusal to hand it to me was a deliberate act, and handing it to the other server looked like a racist act to avoid serving me. It is a pleasure to say that I've never, ever, encountered discourtesy before at any other location. The franchise should clean house here or close. It is damaging a hard-earned reputation at Chick-fil-A. read more

Unfortunately, this location will get your order wrong every time. Not only that, but the drive-thru wait time is very long. Although they've reconstructed their drive-thru from one lane to two, you will still be in line 15-20 minutes. Worst chick fi la drive thru in Memphis definitely will not be coming back , I ordered the chicken nugget meal with the chicken sandwich and fries and I did not receive the chicken sandwich I also asked for ketchup they did not put any , my friend asked for a shake which he did not receive he also asked for some type of sauce for his sandwich which he did not receive as well they put ranch dressing for his sandwich which was very disappointing. I had a horrible experience today around 3:30. I got in line and waited over 45min before I Even got to the place an order. A car that was two behind me and In the lane next to me drove around with their food before I placed my order. I couldn't leave because of the set up of the drive through. It was ridiculous! Due to the outrageous lines this place usually has, I don't go much. I picked up breakfast for myself and a friend this morning. The line was literally around the building so I decided to go inside. I was pleasantly surprised that once I placed my order the wait was barely 5 minutes! Our food was hot and they even got the order right. Literally the longest time I've ever had to sit in a chick fil a drive though, and I used to live in San Diego. The service was entirely too slow. And I went at a time when they shouldn't be this busy. I'm not sure why it took so long to sit in line. When I finally go to the order window, the girl repeated my order back to me wrong, twice. I am a huge chick FilA fan!! This is my favorite location. The service is always great. Someone will probably stop by your table about 5 times to see if you need anything. I am not sure of the manager's name but I have talked to him before and he is very helpful and friendly. If they get busy at the registers he always shows up to help everyone out! read more
