The last THREE times we've gotten fries with our order they've been hard as rocks with very little "white" starch/potato to ne seen! We suspect they are re-dropping fries that have already been cooked because they're very hard and stiff... Owners, you need to fix this! Also, the younger dark-haired guy that works the register barely opens his mouth even when spoken to and gives annoyed all the time. It's RUDE... Today when I pointed out the issue with our fries he just walked off and didnt communicate what steps he was taking. He also didn't acknowledge the problem with any sort of explanation or remorse - the expectation for good customer service... I HATE going here now. If it wasn't for my sister going, they wouldn't see me or my money again until they start treating US and OUR money like it MATTERS. We deserve quality food and good customer service like anywhere else, BESSEMER. Oh, and let's not forget the overpowering bathroom-like air freshener that the owner has set up in the lobby. It stinks and is a health hazard for people with allergy and respiratory issues.

Then I call and tell them they say bring the pizza back and as long as you did eat most of the pizza after I told her on the phone it wasn't bc it was entirely to salty she wants to argue with me about the pizza. So then she remakes the pizza and still continues to want to argue about the salt on the pizza and was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She looks to be 17-18 yrs old mouth on her. I get my pizza and it's light on the salt but now it's greasy and floppy. End of the story we didn't eat much of it bc we don't wanna get sick and I was tired of arguing with the child manager. So beware going to Woodstock little Caesars if you 1 don't wanna argue on something you paid for and they messed up and 2 don't want to get sick.

The only dish I usually get that has gone down hill is Mongolian beef, it should be called mongolian onions. Not much beef and way too many onions.
