Not worth the wait. And they are ALWAYS out of chicken. Bad service and bad chicken. We don't really eat KFC but when we moved here 3 yrs ago we decided to get KFC and there was no chicken. And last night my grandpa came to visit he wanted KFC and of course there was no chicken‍ you think in the 3yrs they would have chicken by now lol. Anyways we thought we'd try our luck again tonight finally we got our small 3 pc order for grandpa and when we got home he didn't want it because the chicken was burnt and not golden brown what he's used to. Anyways never again will we go there. I wish we could give NO STARS. read more

KFC - Long line and long wait and the chicken is not worth all that. Burnt chicken - Fast Food Near Me - Maricopa, Arizona

Wow... just wow. Out of chicken. Staff standing around. I was charged twice. They spilled some lady's gravy in the bag and the bottom broke out.. its like a hidden cam show where they grab unsuspecting people off the street and slap an apron them and say go help customers. Everyone is bewildered. I dont blame the staff; I blame management. read more

Ordered here the other day! I wasn't to happy with the food. I asked for original chicken. I get home to extra crispy! I've tried this place several times, giving them the benefit of the doubt! Customer service is pretty good, but they most definitely don't know how to cook up in there. read more

It's always a miss with this establishment and I have lived in Maricopa for 10 years. Every year this KFC gets worst. Why are they still there? We need a Popeyes or church's chicken! Any chicken place but a KFC! Every order is always wrong. They make you drive around to the double doors to wait for your food and after 20min wait I eventually have to walk in to get my food. On top of that the order is wrong or something is missing. Tonight it was mash potatoes with no gravy. I'm allergic to onions so I ordered the Mac n cheese- guess what I received? Cole slaw? This place sucks! read more

Ordered on uber eats way before 10pm (40+min). When I checked to see the ETA it said canceled! No idea why it would be canceled when we ordered ahead of time. We are so bummed because that's what we were craving and we couldn't substitute anything else that is close to KFC :( read more

I have only gone to this location 3 times and EACH OF THOSE TIMES they have had me pull around to the front to wait 30 min for my order. They didn't even let me know while ordering that what I ordered would take awhile like other establishments. I also only ordered 2 things so.. read more

I came here to try the all-you-can-eat buffet, which offers most of the stuff you find in a regular KFC menu: regular fried as well as roasted chicken, and sides such as mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, and gravy. You have to go to the counter to get extra-crispy chicken, which is included in the buffet. I found the food to be just OK, not great. I wouldn't mind eating here again when I go back to Maricopa, but it wouldn't be my first choice among the dining establishments there. read more

Against better judgement and previous reviews, I went back here again...they just don't ever seem to get it right! I don't understand with the number of complaints and the horrible service and food how they manage to stay open! Today's trip was for a LJS 8 piece family meal. Chicken was RAW.. That's really all I have to say in this review to give 1 star. I think I've finally learned my lesson on this place! read more

Hey man this makes the 2nd time this fucking week My girlfriend has come for for an online order pick up. And shits not fucking ready. Excuses of not enough chicken, and TWICE you guys "run out of one of her sides" This second time I went and got in there and were told to wait 12 mins more. Sorry n blah blah. Then 2 ppl that order after we're were told to hold get their order before us. Then the gentleman ordering 15 mins after us getting there was told to wait damn 30 mins. This whole time we waiting people got to get home and have kids that need to get ready for bed. We got in there at 7:12 and left at fucking 7:59. You guys need to fix this bs. Online order should be done. And if u run out of an item/side get in contact with a fucking customer!! Simple! read more

They gave me and my family raw food multiple times and served us the wrong food. I wold recommend never going to this location ever read more

Run from this place. Super rude people. Stinks , smells like ass inside. I wish a food inspector comes by here in surprise. This is by far the worst food place I ever been. All the workers just dont care. There parents is to blame for not fixing there attitude. Just image how they cook the chicken, they don't care. read more

20 pieces of hot air.- Can't review the food, never got it. Every week local companies send me coupons.I like to support Maricopa business people, so I stick them on the fridge. Hadn't had KFC in months, but I had guests and decided to play the 20 piece card. Went there and was told "We don't have a 20 piece". Me: "REALLY? I have this unexpired coupon you sent me that says 20 piece". I asked 3 times. They would not honor it. Amazing. The next nearest KFC is 18 miles away, why would you send me something you don't take. ---BAIT AND SWITCH. That's why, They're hoping they can sucker you on a crappier deal like the "Fill-up on fillers, no chicken" boxes. If management wants to check, it was 5:20 PM on the 20th and the coupon is posted.here. Decided not to bite on the bait and switch.I did write the company and the attorney general, though. :) What a sleazy ad campaign. You irritated me and the 4 other people at the house. No problem, we baked a batch of chicken and fries from Bashas' across the street at about 1/2 the cost. This franchise (KFC) is getting WAY over-priced anyway. read more

This kfc is terrible! I placed an online order tonight and when I got there, they said they were out of fries! Really? How is that possible??? Then they said they were out of extra crispy. Really? I got a back piece instead of a breast, found out when I got home. I know there aren't many choices to eat in maricopa, but save your money. Don't eat here!!! read more

KFC Maricopa, AZ. This was the third time that we went to KFC and they were out of chicken. Today it was 5:15 pm. Another time it was a little later. I don't understand why they can't plan ahead for the dinner hour. What chicken place runs out of chicken????? Lost this customer. read more

I wish I could give less than one star. Order through the drive-through yesterday and everything sucked. Chicken was dry potatoes were cold tenders were all breading and chicken sandwich would've been better if the bun was not stale. Never again. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! The worst at giving the wrong thing or leaving something out of the order. I admit they are always willing to make it right and they are very apologetic for the mix up but it's so inconvenient to drive home and than have to drive back just to get your meal corrected. It makes no sense that they can be so consistent with giving wrong orders. I stood there the other night and watched 4 other customers return with wrong orders. And to make matters worse they freaking ran out of chicken more than hour before closing....that is ridiculous. This place really needs to get with better management & improve the training of their employees. read more

Order was 15 minutes later than indicated. Didn't have enough original recipe pieces of chicken available to fill my ordered 8 pc bucket. Chicken was over cooked. No employees were wearing masks. One employee held my lidless bucket of chicken order under his face while talking to 2 other co-workers and then to me. They were not more than 2 feet apart with my open bucket of chicken pieces in the center. No COVID protocols were observed! Floors were dirty. Surfaces in cooking areas were not clean, food pieces around. Wasn't greeted by any employee when I arrived to pick up my order for 3 - 5 minutes. Only 1 employee was in the back kitchen area and no other. One employee came in from outside asked if I'd been helped. She didn't wash her hands prior to handling my food nor the buckets and lids. Another employee came in asked me if I'd been helped and he didn't wash his hands prior to picking up gloves and handling food and my buckets and lids of chicken. Another employee came in and spoke with all of them with my lidless bucket in the midst of them. Again - NO COVID PROTOCOLS WERE OBSERVED. This is the third time I've ordered from this location and it has never fulfilled my orders successfully. This is the first time I've ordered since the pandemic hit. I will not return to this location. read more

Chicken sandwich no where as tasty as Popeyes. Chicken not seasoned and chicken breast is much to thick and French fries where greasy

You guys are exceptional A-Holes. So I drove up at the drive thru window today and asked for the 14pc meal as shown in the ad poster. After payment, I check the bag and I'm missing the 6 biscuits. Guy says, "we don't have any" and "you got cookies". I told him it's not the same value. He says, "oh yeah it is". What ????????????????? I tried to call and it's an answering machine!!!!!! Never again! Y'all suck all the way around. ZERO stars. read more

Worse KFC I have been to. The past three times I have tried to go, but ended up leaving because they were out of everything I asked for. The most recent time they were out and sent their cook home an hour before they closed. Another time they closed an hour before the hours posted. The one time I actually got food here, they got my order wrong, the tenders were WAY over cooked and disgusting. The only good thing about this place is one of the guys that works here. He is very friendly and kind. read more

I found a hair in my frys. i was going to put the frys on a plate and there was a hair on the bottom so disgusting .

Female manager with short hair and glasses was acting very belligerent. Yelling out white lives matter to her African American co workers. She then continued to yell to her son who is a cook (from the lobby) "you came out of me and you better not forget it or ima kick your ass". The other co workers were talking about how they wished someone would come into their store and start a fight. Last issue I had is the fact they were all talking about her butt while we're trying to enjoy our food on our lunch break. This place is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone come to this establishment. read more

Always has the worst service. The chicken is always old like it is set under a heating lamp trying to get a sun tan. A few weeks ago my wife got to of the chicken bowels halfway through the bowl and found hair. And I know the employee it matches. Long fake curly purple reddish hair. People if you choose to work in the food industry get rid of the long fake nails and hair and serve people fresh hot food. It is not that hard. Extremely disappointed in the food places here in Maricopa. Taco Bell and Culvers or the only places where you get fresh hot food in this town without hair. read more

I just attempted to order dinner through the drive thru and no one attempted to say hello or take my order. I had to say hello a few times before someone acknowledged that I was waiting. I ordered a 16 piece family meal and was told they did not have 16 pieces left, no Mac and cheese. No cole slaw, no biscuits. To top all that the chicken that was available were 12 drum sticks. Ladies and gentlemen it is 8:55pm and this location closes at 10pm. When I asked the man who was taking my more order how much would just the 12 drum sticks be. He replied 37 and some change. Smh... I drove away. Steer clear of this location. It is awful. Math is not my favorite subject but 37 and some change for 12 drum sticks sounds off the wall. read more

Poor customer service and the general manager isn't any better , wouldn't give us a refund cause we didn't have receipt they never even gave us one to begin with , threaten to call the police on us . Well no one told us how bad this KFC location is so when we moved here we ran up to get 1 two piece dinner and a KFC bowl..our usual.. We were exhausted and hungry from our move so we got the order to go thru the drive thru. The guy told me they were all out of legs (at the dinner hour?) and asked if 2 thighs were OK. I said that would be great..I like the thighs. When it took a REALLY LONG time to get our order I told my husband "that probably means they are cooking a FRESH batch of chicken..at least it will be hot and fresh!" WRONG. We drove all the way home and opened our boxes. My husband's bowl was cold..and 1 of my 2 chicken thighs was unrecognizable. It was this tiny black dry shriveled up..petrified piece of "chicken". Couldn't believe my eyes..it had to be a bad joke..right? I was so tired but drove all the way back to KFC. The guy who took my order opened box..picked up the bad chicken shrugged and took it out and showed it to coworker. They went in the back and came back with another piece of subpar chicken thigh. They never said sorry to me..nor did they seem surprised by the chicken thigh looking so bad. Meanwhile the rest of my order had gotten ice cold. They should have replaced the entire meal. Who is running this place? You have a million bad reviews and the locals all know to avoid this place. Do the franchise owners not care that they have a bad reputation..not care about what their employees are doing..not care they have no business and not care that people in Maricopa laugh and roll their eyes when KFC Maricopa is mentioned? Colonel Sanders must be rolling in his grave! read more

Maybe I should have read the views prior to making a purchase. Ordered online, which was simple enough. Drove up to pickup and the dining room was closed so I used the drive-thru. There were 2 cars in front to order. Waited 10-12 minutes in line. Was told to drive to window. Got my order and drove away. Got home opened the box of Fillup. Was supposed to be a breast piece, slaw, biscuit and cookie in box. pulled chicken apart and thought it looked different than it should. Soon discovered it was a thigh piece. The breast sells for $1.19 more than the thigh portion. Tried calling got voice message at 6:30pm, waited for callback. No reply. totally disappointed in this type of business. Will not be going back again. read more

Although I've read many negative reviews of our Maricopa AZ KFC in 'Nextdoor', I decided to give it a go. YIKES!!! Got home ready to gobble up that great and wonderful taste of chicken with potato wedges. GROSS!! If it isn't one thing it's another. Pulled up to the Drive Thru, picked out the 14 pc meal. Big poster says 29.99 on the Drive Thru Menu. They say 39.99 at the window. I go back and take a picture of the menu board and they say it's wrong. i ask to speak to the manager. She states she cannot override the cash register price, but admits the Drive Thru menu is wrong.
