This is a KFC/LJS. Ordering, they were out of shrimp, fries, and hush puppies. I asked for white meat chicken and before they gave me my order they told me they were out. I asked how long it would be for white meat and they told me they were out, out. I wanted a refund but they talked me into some extra crispy with the one original breast they had. Upon receiving the chicken and fish, only the fish had been cooked recently. The chicken want good. I forgot to mention the Dr. Pepper and fruit punch were out and the tea was almost as light as water. I would avoid this place. read more

I've tried several times going back and I say the same thing every time ... why do I even bother coming here ... today I stop by and an African American man was behind the counter helping two women. There a sign in pink marker saying there are no drumsticks and another sign saying there is no shrimp. Once the women placed their order one went to use the restroom and it was locked and same man who took their order told them bathrooms are broken. I was ready to order when the employee walked away with out even acknowledging me to go talk to the drive thru employee I waited for 6 to 7 minutes before I just decided to walk out ... Went to get dinner before our graveyard shift started, ordered a famous bowl and the pot pie. Pot pie felt hot but all the vegetables were cold. The famous bowl only had 4 pieces of chicken,no gravy, and burnt corn. We got it as a meal, drinks were flat and no cookie that goes with the meal. Wanted to try the chicken wraps and the cashier taking the order said they don't have any chicken strips. When I came up through the drive through she was telling the other employee that she put those chicken strips aside. I order on the app, made a fairly easy order, and paid and they refused to give me the order. They close at 10:00 pm (according to KFC.com). We arrived at 8:25 pm and were told, "We have no more chicken and are not making anymore". We ask for a refund and were told "We can't give you one you have to go on the website to ask for one". No place on the website does it allow you to get a refund. You basically have to fill out a survey on "how did we do" bs and they will get back to you. No management in sight just two young kids and no adult anywhere. I see why the restaurant has 1.5 stars. well, we need to get it down to one and fast! read more

I think that this location dishonors the franchise and memory of Colonel Sanders. Just picked up a bucket of oily, overcooked original recipe that they should have been ashamed to serve. Pictures are attached in case you think I'm exaggerating the poor quality. Since there are different cooks at every location, I can only blame the maker of this batch of chicken & the manager that allowed it to go out the drive through window. Changing the fry oil and quality control are important and seem to be forgotten steps at KFC of Maricopa. If you are craving KFC, do not go to this Maricopa location. Being happy with your meal is worth the drive out of town. Just went back to KFC to get chicken replaced. They gave me another greasier bucket of chicken. The service was terrible. Christine Pagone, you need to fire your employee Diamond ASAP! I was going through the drive through and when I got to the window which was 30 secs after I ordered the food I wanted to add to my order. The lady Diamond was cussing from the back so loud that I could hear her from the drive thru window. On top of that when we got the food the mashed potatoes were all over the bottom of the bag. So we had to go back in and ask them to remake it. All they did was give us new potatoes but didn't even apologize. I waited in line for the drive thru at around 5.00PM Only when I went to give my orders I was told that there was a 20 to 40 minute wait on all chicken. This is totally unacceptable! I have heard several complaints about this place, and I figured I'd give it a try. Well the complaints are true. This is NOT a company store but a franchise. As they say 3rd time is a charm, 2 other places were closed. But KFC is open, yes they had just what we wanted, Good food! The African American person opened the door for us, greeted us . He was so warm and friendly, took our order. Quickly he got our order together, I just love it when people are happy to serve you. We got our order in less than 15 minutes. He opened the door for us to leave and Blessed us with a wonderful day! It truly was a blessing, just to enter this KFC in Maricopa. The good food made our evening even more enjoyable. I never go to KFC, but I saw a tiktok on the Nashville tenders. I tried going twice, on Monday I went their pos system was down. I was totally understanding, it happens.
