There was no effort made to help me troubleshoot the app or offer any guidance. I also asked if my free medium sub offer could still be honored given the app issues, but instead of trying to help resolve the situation, I was simply told it could not be verified through the app. I then asked if the order that was scheduled for the next day could just be prepared that evening since the app was clearly malfunctioning, and again I was told no without any attempt to find a solution. After all of that inconvenience and lack of customer service, the food I received was cold. Overall, the customer service, lack of communication, and handling of this situation were extremely disappointing. I expected much better.
