The unfortunate: I was the only car in the drive thru, and although I was able to order and drive up to the window quickly, I then sat at the window for aaaaaaages. By the time I was handed my food, the line was 3 cars deep. I appreciate that they were maybe making the food fresh, but holy smokes I waited forever. It is also worthy to note that the location isn't great. This is not the restaurant's fault, obviously, but it's something to know. The parking lot is ridiculous and I have no idea how there aren't constant accidents.

Their meat sauce was so savory and delicious, and the noodles (flat, wide - I forget the name!) were cooked to perfection. I'm glad I also got a side of toast - it was a slight upcharge ($1.50) but worth it for the quality. My Ginger mule was kind of meh, unfortunately. I think I was expecting it to be sweeter, and it was pretty bitter. The service was beyond outstanding. Our server was attentive, answered questions, and made sure our water glasses were never empty. Huge props to him. After our meal, the owner even came over and checked in. Very nice guy. They even gave my boyfriend a slice of cheesecake for his birthday for free.
