made a mobile order. Every-time we placed a mobile order its addition 20 min wait. Tried the drive through to see any difference but nope longer wait. Not only that i place an order today and im missing another entree. I didnt bother to look before leaving the drive through because i was in a rush. We have been going to this place for years, and the quality of food and service is consistently good. Today I tried the black pepper angus steak, and the mushroom chicken which is a regular of mine. The pepper steak was delightful and seasoned well, and the mushroom chicken was great as expected. I ordered my plate with a side of super greens- it's my favorite thing ever when they cook the veggies until they're super soft- but bright and crunchy is good too. The manager and their staff need to be turned over. This place has the worst customer service period. You're in food service, not letting me do everything we can to steal your money and not give you your order. An online order was paid for, went to pick it up and first, they didn't have an order with the name provided. So we give the order number and they still didn't want to make the order. SLOWEST CASHIER EVER!!!! 7 people in line waiting to check out. All the food is already packaged yet we are standing here NOT MOVING. WTF?? It can not be that hard. As a business and Panda Express where there are multiple foods to choose from they should definitely have at least 1 sample per person. My wife and I would eat at Panda Express once every two weeks. Two weeks ago, I went in and ordered Orange Chicken with white rice and my order. When I got home (almost 1/2 an hour later) they had given my wife fried rice and the chicken tasted burned. We called the store about this issue and they asked for the receipt information and said they would put her name on a book. All we needed to do was come in and give her name, and they would replace it. Tonight, we went there and asked for our replacement item. Rude and difficult. I ordered for pick up and when I came in to pick it up I was told to wait outside, in 110 degree heat. I asked if they could just bring it to my vehicle and was told no, I would just have to wait outside the door and peer through the window and wait until my food was out on the table. Placed an online order and received confirmation that my order had been placed, and it would be ready to pick up at 8:15 PM. Tried to pick up at around 8:30 and the order wasn't made. After having to ask a million questions to figure out what was going on, it was revealed that the restaurant was OUT OF RICE. They have my name, number, and email address on file. Someone should have reached out to me and alerted me to the fact that 1) My order had not been made, and 2) They were OUT OF RICE. When we asked for a refund, we were told we had to do it ourselves. This isn't the 1st time this has happened and their "tracking" system is awful!!! Update: After 20 min, I went inside to complain. I cancelled my order and got a refund. Total wait time = 30 MINUTES, and food still wasn't ready. I also waited for a mgr that never came. I left & called.
