I love KFC's chicken. For the price, it's good. But the service at this location is incredibly bad. Not exagerating, they screw up your order 1/4 of the time. So unless you check it before you leave, it's very likely to be wrong. Calling and talking to the "manager" is a waste of time. They want you to drive back in from 20 miles away to fix THEIR mistake. Or they'll take your name and phone number to make it right later, only when you do come in later, no one knows anything about it. Look, I get it that these are minimum wage jobs that don't attract the best help. But the "manager" should be a functioning adult with the power to fix a mistake properly, and the experience to properly train the rest of the crew adequately. I think this place cooks chicken only in the morning. It sits all day and is dry and chewy. I used to love KFC but this location is not good. I will drive to Longmont for Popeyes from now on. Their chicken is never dry as always delicious! read more

This has got to be one of the poorest run fast food restaurants in Colorado that has somehow remained in business. If I could give it less stars I would because it certainly hasn't earned even the one that Google Reviews forces me to provide to warn others. Our story begins when I got an advertisement on my IG feed. Because I live chicken (especially the fried variety) and it's one of the closest restaurants to our house the wife and I decided to head down given our proximity to dinner time. The coupon in question said 2 chicken sandwich combo meals for $12 and was posted by the official KFC account with the only fine print saying to "Mention this ad" and nothing more in terms of qualifications. Besides, it's not even the most insane deal ever so should be a pretty uneventful affair to claim it, right? Wrong! Upon arrival we were coldly and poorly greeted by an employee working the front register. I told her about the coupon thinking she would know because she had rung up several that day already possibly. Instead, she looked blankly at me like I just kicked her dog or something. She then walked away from us w/o so much as excusing herself or explaining why she was leaving. A minute later another employee came up and didn't bother explaining that she had talked to him and just asked how he could help us. I noticed that his name tag said "supervisor" so my thought was that he would be able to process this for us w/o issue. I mean, the Supervisor should be equipped to handle these crazy outside the box transactions, right? Strike two! He kept saying that it was "KFC Online and didn't apply in-store" which made no sense to me. It made no mention of having to order online or in an app and, to be clear, it didn't even seem like the employee was even trying to say that was the case. He made no sense at all with his explanation and offered only to ring up two combos at full price for us as his solution. When I asked if there was anything that could be done he said that he couldn't and the manager was in the back. When I asked if the manager could maybe come up to assist us he said that she was "talking to someone" and couldn't. I dared to investigate why and he said that she was talking to an employee who was apparently in trouble of some sort. Who cares? It was an employee so they can wait a minute while the manager comes up to help us since apparently a $4 discount requires an act of congress to process. Ultimately, we left w/o ordering. The employees we had access to didn't do a single thing to help us with what should have been a simple transaction that ANYONE could have processed. To target someone who lives nearby with a coupon and then not honor it when they arrive is a problem. A big problem. I haven't been to a KFC in years even though (as I started previously) it's one of the closest food places to where we've lived for over 15 years and I also happen to love fried chicken. I'm willing to put up with a lot given those facts but somehow KFC finds new and creative ways to make me swear to never return. There's rarely any cars in the parking lot even during lunch and dinnertime. Though they've recently remodeled this location inside and out it's still incredibly unpopular and now I know why. For reference I've attached the screen grab of the actual ad in question. This year has been very chaotic for my family so we opted to try something new and easy for Thanksgiving. We nervously went all in on the Thanksgiving meal at KFC... We were mostly nervous as we did not have a back up plan for our family & guests if something went wrong and were little hesitant going the fast food route.. This is where Paul and April @ KFC came in... I explained my needs and my fears. They assured me and helped me order my Turkey Meal. Come pickup day I was greeted by Paul at 2pm, our agreed time. My meal was ready, packed nicely and Paul even helped me load it all up. The meal was great and to my surprise the Turkey was absolutely perfect!!! All that food for roughly 120 bucks was incredible! Thank you Paul and April for your great customer service! We will be back next year! read more

Now let me start with a positive.. I love Kentucky Fried Chicken for a fast food special meal when I'm too tired to cook. Unfortunately, this is the third time I have come to this location in a few months and the service is A JOKE. It's not that the workers are super unprepared or unprofessional, that is common with fast food Service. However, when you combine that part with literally no food but Cole slaw.. you have a horrible sketch comedy of an experience! This evening I pulled up exhausted after a long day at work just hoping for a simple family fill up. The first thing the cashier said is we don't have chicken, lol huh? So then I politely ask what do you mean? he says well we don't have enough for an 8 piece. I'm like okay I'll just have whatever you got.. then I ask for a side of Macaroni... he says yah we are out of that too. I'm like okay I'll just have mashed potatoes. Then as I pull forward, he giggles and says, we are out of biscuits. "We can give you a couple cookies." I I'm thinking in my mind okay the last two experiences were exactly like this. There's definitely a major issue here. Then I pull around front as I am asked to wait, no problem... good takes time... so I wait and wait... then a very young kid comes out and says "we barely have any food we never have our shit together lol" I just politely say everything is Fine. I actually asked is this a normal thing? This has happened each time I've tried ordering here, and he was like yah dude. This is a very poorly run KFC. I really believe that there are real quality issues as well as training issues here. 3 times a charm.. I am never going back to this place. We came here for a bucket of chicken, using one of those coupons we receive in our mailbox. 12 pieces of dark meat bucket. I go into the store and hand the cashier my coupon and she tells me that I really need to call in my order next time because they just sold a bucket of dark meat and they weren't sure if they could fulfill my order. Huh?? Why would someone need to call in a special order just because it is all dark meat? And a 12 piece order at that! Do they not normally make dark meat? I saw the trays of chicken in the warmer ovens so I know that they had enough! It took 10 minutes for them to fill my order, which was silly since the chicken was already cooked. I looked around and saw the same incredulous look on the customers in front of me waiting for their orders as well. I worked at one of the busiest KFC locations in CA for 2 years in my teen years, and we hustled our butts off making sure we had enough chicken and that our food was always hot and fresh, and served quickly! I went to this KFC to purchase 2 of the Chicken Fried Steak specials. The lobby was not open so I went through the drive-thru. My order was placed at 7:14. I was asked to pull around to the parking lot and the order would be brought out. I did not receive the order until 7:40. I eventually caught a female employee when she was delivering an order to another customer and it still took a considerable amount of time before the order was delivered. This was particularly frustrating because I could see from the parking lot that a male employee was eating his own meal and when finished he lay down in a booth and had his legs and feet up above the table and was swinging his legs & feet through the air so it was  quite noticeable. I wonder what the local health department would think of such behavior.  Unfortunately I had left my phone at home or I would have video recorded his actions. I filed a complaint with corporate KFC and they emailed me for more info which I provided. The next day my phone showed that a call came in from KFC but I wasn't available and no voice mail message was left. I will definitely not be going back to the KFC in Loveland and I seriously doubt that I will patronize any KFC if this the caliber of service at KFC. read more

This restaurant is very mis-managed and I will never be back. Went to the drive-up and was told there was a 15 to 20 minute wait on all chicken. One time prior to that they weren't even open. I don't know what's going on with this location but something needs to change. read more

Went here to get dinner. Wanted only extra crispy chicken. After a short pause I was told that I could only get 1/2 & 1/2. (Extra crispy & original). "Is this okay?" When I responded "No" , there was no response. I asked how long it would be and I was told 45 minutes. I told them that "they su- -". And 2 voices came over the speaker with " Do do You". Real professional. Mind you, this is not the first time that I have backed out of the drive thru. This has happened at least 3 other times. You would think at 6pm. They would have enough chicken cooked to fill all orders. I really hope this KFC goes out of business and they put another drive thru chicken place in. Never again will I patronize this place and will let everyone know how horrible their customer service is! read more

The food is very dry and does not taste very good. If you are looking for good quality high taste food go to chic fil a or, comet chicken. The service was pretty solid how ever it was not amazing. Ordered online for a curbside pickup. Arrived and called their number to bring it out. They said they would bring it out. Waited 20 minutes and called again. They now showed my order was cleared from their screens. Waited another 5 minutes and went and knocked on door. Still no order. After 25 minutes of waiting for an online order that was placed ahead of time, I finally got my food. No other cars were there, no other vehicles in the drive thru. Since I have contacted Corporate office on this complaint twice now I will post a review just as a warning, Twice now I have ordered the three piece dinner, two weeks apart and both times got home and only had two pieces of chicken. I called and informed them and was told to just give them my name and when I came in again to let them know and they would give me the missing pieces with my order. That is exactly what I did and was told I would need a receipt. That is not what I was told. The service people could have cared less but would have had to work at it. I went around front and called to talk to the manager, the person who answered was not a manager but informed me they were in charge, I ask for the owners name and was informed they could not give me that, I have emailed Corp now and the BBB and have gotten no response from either one, If you go there check your order before you leave the window because your loss is their gain. As of yet I have not been able to get the owners name or address so there is no recourse but to go to a different location and hope for the best. read more

Wow, I don't know where to start. Chain restaurants work by providing consistent food. This particular KFC is definitely consistently bad. Do not go here after 3 PM. The staff could absolutely care less about their customers. "Can't" is the catch phrase at this KFC. 'We can't SELL you buffalo sauce, even though you purchased our consistently overcooked, dry, popcorn chicken that has been in the warmer WAY too long. We do not understand the difference between extra crispy and the regular chicken, especially when we run out of extra crispy, which, incidentally always occurs around 3PM when the "chef" goes home. We will, however just serve regular recipe in hopes that either you won't complain, or you are too daft to know the difference. The "chef" cooks up a bunch of chicken, leaves everything in the warmer, and puts a couple of mentally deficient overachievers to divvy out the rapidly drying product to the unsuspecting and perhaps even more mentally deficient fool (me). But don't you worry; I will keep divvying up my hard earned money only to be served yet another sub-par meal in hopes that someday, by golly, KFC will actually be SERVED here. My loss is your gain. Please, by the grace of God, heed my warning. I, however, will continue going back. I deserve this punishment, and I MUST be there when KFC comes back to Loveland. read more

Went in this afternoon. No one at counter working. I was first in. Another gent walks in later. Young guy named Trae walks up and says who's next? The other guy hands him a coupon. I say excuse but I am next. Trae acknowledges me but still then goes and takes the other guy's order. I just then leave. I come back in and ask to speak to Trae's supervisor. Says he us the supervisor. I then ask for his store number. He tells me he doesn't know. So I go back to my vehicle and get a one. Come back inside and Trae is not at the counter. I look at one of the three tickets on the counter and write down the store number from the ticket. A lady comes out and I ask who the supervisor is. She says Amy. But not on duty. Then another guy comes out name is Kevin. They say that Kevin is the supervisor on duty, NOT Trae. I explain what happened and I had him call Trae back to the counter. When he came up I called him out for what he did. Took care of a customer out of turn even when advised so, LIED that he was the supervisor on duty and LIED when asked for the store number. Will not eat at this store again. I am local and have many choices available. Ended up an hour later with pizza from Blocky's across the street. Very good pizza by the way. read more
