Drive thru is very efficient, but maybe because they got my order wrong. They gave me the wrong drink, wrong side, and the chicken didn't taste like it used to. I like this KFC alot! It's centrally located and there is a "Dash Bus" right outside if you need some quick transportation. It's a nice size and comfortable enough to actually eat in or take it to go. I like the accessibility of the soda fountains and service is always with a smile and quick. The menu is large and very easy to read so ordering is very simple and not too overwhelming to do. Bring your kids around early morning or right before supper. Let them pick their own dinner. My daughter came to visit from college and we decided to eat at the establishment on 120 and Wilmington. When I went to pay, I used a credit card and for some reason the card device was asking for a pin. So, Jessica asked her manager for help and the manager said I need a pin. I explained that a pin is not needed because it is a credit card. The manager seemed to be frustrated which lead her to be mean, in which she left. I gave Jessica who was extremely apologetic for the managers customer service skills a debit card which worked without a pin. Long story short, Jessica should be the manager because her customer service skills were excellent, she was concerned, and asked if I needed assistants with anything else.
