Never again. They don't even deserve one star, Not that it was ever spectacular but the hubs was hungry for their chicken. So I ordered a bucket on the website at 6:03 so I didn't hold up the drive thru line . You know, trying to help them out by ordering ahead. ETA was 6:25. Got there at 6:15 and sat in lot waiting. The order eta kept updating later and later. So maybe 6:35 I went in the drive thru and the rude woman just says door dash pick up inside. Told her I wasn't door dashing it was for me and I ordered ahead so I didn't have to wait and it's now ten minutes past. She still just rudely said pick up inside ,your order ain't ready. So I parked again and watched the time get longer and longer. 6:52 I finally called the 800 number and asked to cancel and get a refund. I also let them know in half an hour they maybe had five cars so don't let them tell you they're busy because they definitely were not. Anyhow, I called got my refund , went up the road to Popeyes ordered the same size order from them, ready in two minutes, drove ten minutes home and was eating and meanwhile kfc is still updating my order time. No wonder this place has bad reviews. I sat and watched 3 employees in the back standing around talking for 5 minutes not paying attention to the counter or the customers so we left. It looked like they were done cooking for the day and food was sitting under heat lamps. If I was corporate, I would've turned that place upside down. read more

The Vegan Beyond Nuggets are very good and taste great. I hope they continue to offer them and get more vegan options.

If it was possible to give less than one star I would. I recently attempted to visit this location and found that it was "under remodeling". The sign said that they were still open at drive-through during the remodeling so I figured what the heck let's get something to go. When I pulled through the entire interior of the restaurant was torn apart, the employees we're out back smoking with the rear of the kitchen door open, and the drive-through window area was being painted. I have no idea how they thought they could serve food to anybody under those conditions. The construction company was literally cutting the sheet rock and putting that into the air right next to where they would've cooked my food. Thankfully I sat in the drive-through order spot and no one asked for my order. I think I dodged a bullet. And I'm glad I didn't get sick on anything. read more

Place opens at 10:30 am I'm there at 10:45 at drive in. Waited 10 mins maybe more yelled out hello? Several times no answer, beeped my horn no answer. Called the store phone just rang and rang no answer. Finally I drive around to window a older guy comes to the window obviously mumbling something about me and opens the window and says what?! We are running late... I said you could've answered and advised me. He said what do you want.?Now at this point I'm not going to order even though my kids were looking forward to a family bucket, but there is no way I'm ordering with an attitude like that and you didn't even apologize! Rude employees, and orders are pretty much always wrong. Worst thing is the cleanliness. We went in and the manager was cleaning the entryway, but the mat was flipped upside down and touching the condiment table. He put it back, walked around the counter and proceeded to both take and fill our order without washing, sanitizing, or putting on gloves. We ended up just throwing anything he'd touched away and giving the rest to the dogs. That was our second time there. We were giving them a second chance because the first time we went, I found 3 pieces of breast bone in my pot pie. Dangerous, unsanitary, and unpleasant. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Ordered 12-piece variety bucket and got 9 legs and 5 thighs, zero breasts. The bucket should be 3 breast, 3 thighs, 3 wings, 3 legs. I don't consider legs a substitution for white meat. A complete rip off. The gravy was missing for the mashed potatoes, so we got white paste without the gravy. The chicken tenders order was the closest to accurate, but it was missing the dipping sauce. Restaurant either doesn't answer the phone at all or lifts the receiver and hangs up. Call the 1800CallKFC, sat on hold and listened to music for 15 minutes then it hung up. Finally left a review at www.kfc.com but I suspect that will be a waste of time as well. This place has no concern for customer service or any regard to attempt to deliver what you order. The main corporation has zero interest in satisfying the customer or they would answer their phones. My order was fraudulent as what was ordered was not received. Oh, and side note, the biscuits are like hockey pucks. I've heard of day-old bread, but they obviously think that biscuits can be served weeks old. read more

The drive thru speaker had s sign stating that they had no biscuits and cookies will be substituted. I got home and no cookies or biscuits in the bag. I tried calling the listed phone number and it was a fax number. I went back and was given 2 cookies for the 4 biscuits I was going to get. The rest of the meal was good, but not a good value for $30. read more

Never had bad service, never had a wrong order but I've never had chicken that wasn't soggy, I mean you go to kfc because of the chicken obviously but not just that but the crunchy breading but every single time the skin is wet and soggy you might as well ask for skinless. Also it never fails that they are out of at least one of the sides, but don't think Popeyes is the answer either I've ordered from both places at the same time and it was the same the skin was wet and soggy, just go to giant or wal mart at least their chicken is crispy read more

This wasnt my first choice to eat at but the food was decent. Fast customers service and employees were nice. Only thing that would make it better if they updated the look. This place looks runned down. If the owner would get new tables, floors, chairs or even redo the place. I mean even lightening the paint job would make this place seem less friendly.
