The food at this location in Lebanon is notoriously so skimpy with ingredients and for not making the food as was ordered. I ordered 2 bean burritos tonight no onions and light sauce and got extra onions and a teaspoon, if that much, of refried beans. Last time it was 12 shreds of cheese per taco. I feel like I need to hold a telethon for them to be able to add cheese to my tacos. Waited in line 15 minutes for some crap I didn't eat and that I spent $5 on cuz I donated a dollar for kids to go to college. read more

I'd give zero stars if possible. Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Staff is extremely rude and slow. I am a dasher and I will legit wait 10-15 mins sometimes at the counter before they even acknowledge my existence. I ordered food from here off the Uber eats app for pickup I went inside and waited 15 mins at the counter all while waiting I seen a guy throw his headset on the ground out of anger and then 10 minutes later he asks who I'm here for from the back and I said my name for an online order and he says you you can have a seat in the rudest tone possible. read more

Update: I don't know why I keep trusting this Taco Bell to make my food. I am on a strict diet and can't have meat or cheese and the employees can't respect that. I said NO MEAT, NO CHEESE! They got meat on the side of the wrap and cheese where it's totally noticeable. I waited like 35 minutes for my food and everything sucked. Very sloppy! Update: Seems like things are way better here. The people working seem to get the orders right and the restaurant seems a lot cleaner. The only thing that could improve is consistency with the way the food is. We have ordered from this Taco Bell maybe 50 times in the last 10 years we have lived here. Those orders have been in restaurant, drive through or door dash. There has been maybe 10 of those 50+ times that our order was actually correct. There is always something missing or wildly incorrect. We've gotten in the habit of not pulling away from the drive through window until we check our bags. We love Taco Bell, and this is the only one near us, so despite the repeated frustration of incorrect orders, we continue to stay loyal. The food we do receive is your standard fast food quality. I would love to see this Taco Bell have a higher focus on order accuracy. read more

The food might be good but it feels like I'll never know. Went to this Taco Bell to grab food for the family while on vacation. We went to the drive thru and had an admittedly large order. When we were given our order, more than half was missing. No problem, it happens. I went inside and they had the rest of the order, I guess they just forgot to hand it to us. After going inside, I needed to add something to the order. 2 burritos. Less than 4 dollars of food, and I've been waiting in here for like 25 minutes watching them serve every car in the drive thru and nobody from the increasingly long line inside. read more

As soon as I got there , they had a ordering kiosk which I used which was very easy to use. I ordered my food and waited about 5 to 7 mins and got my food it was hot and fresh and very filling. I feel their meals are priced perfectly and it's great for families and friends. I also do recommend to go inside and order it's so much easier that way you can explore the menu instead of the drive thru but that's just my preference. I will absolutely be going back they have a great store fast and friendly staff. read more

Every time I come here there's a ridiculously long wait time both in lobby and drive thru. However my most recent visit, and my last visit was Friday November 18, 2016. Visited this establishment and waited 17 minutes for 4 burritos. A customer who walked in after me and ordered 4 boxed combo meals received her order before me. While waiting what seemed like a ridiculous amount of time, I show the manager my receipt with the timestamp of 6:52pm and the time was then 7:15pm and pointed out that his employees weren't focusing on making food but instead joking around and taking their time. He didn't apologize but instead tells me they've been busy and they are getting to my order. Again I pointed out that one particular employee wasn't doing anything when he should have been working on my order. Manager offered me a free combo coupon in which I put back onto his counter before leaving. My business with this establishment has been lost due to the lack of urgency to get orders out, improper training of staff making food, lack of proper management, and the unprofessional attitudes of staff including management. The food isn't worth the hassle of long wait times due to the hooligans staffed here. Good luck! read more

Forget about getting extra, they didn't give fire sauce at all and on top of that no napkins. We were visiting from different state so it was hard to find places here. I love Taco Bell.....its my favorite fast food. The workers here are friendly and try their best. The problem is not the workers or the food, but the parking lot and drive thru situation is ridiculous. Its not set up correctly. Cars in the drive thru literally block the parked cars in and the wait is usually very long. Inside the wait is ridiculously long also. I don't think its the workers fault, but more so the way the resteraunt is set up. There is not enough of it for the demand. Be prepared to wait. read more

Without question the longest wait, anywhere in the world, at a fast food restaurant. Food is always consistent and the staff is friendly, but seriously, I've had shorter wait times at sit-down places. And don't think the lobby will save you - it's usually twice as long in there. And be awarr that if you park on the south side of the lot, against the building, your car will be trapped there for an indterminate amount of time because the drive-thru line is wrapped around to that side if the buildng most of the time, trapping the parked cars. read more

This is bar none the worst Taco Bell I've been to. The exterior looks recently redone, but the service could not possibly be worse. The cashier was disinterested and unfriendly, and the kitchen was so slow (zero hustle) that after a 20 minute wait for an uncomplicated $7 order I asked for a refund and left for nearby competition. Were supposed to be open late, waited in a long line for a good hour, tried talking into the speaker to place an order but got no response. Drove up to the drive thru window, they were eating food and had the window locked. They told us that they closed early because of being short staffed but had all of their lights on and everything like they were open. When asked to speak with their manager "Justice" they refused to get him because he was "cleaning" (which i doubt because they were all just hanging out eating). Never coming back again and definitely will be calling the store and complaining there as well. ALSO: they obviously heard us trying to speak into the speaker because they all had their headsets on, so the workers were also pretty rude considering they straight ignored us.
