There was about 5 workers in there on a Saturday at noon. And my dad and I had no idea how to order. I just assumed it would be like a subway, but it had way more options. I have to say, as much as I changed my mind those younger workers were truly the most patient and well-mannered. I know this place is recently new, so maybe that has something to do with it. But there was a young man was wiping tables down and he said "May I?" before he wiped our table and even as we were leaving told us to have a great day. I NEVER see manners like that in this young generation so I was really proud and more than happy to see that. They can 100% get my service again. So kids, keep up the good work!

That made me believe, am i not a valued customer? Are door dash drivers not valued and the people that order their food, is their order valued enough to get proper service and proper food safety. I then had a bicker with Steve and it was not appreciated. I asked for his name, he gave me first name but didn't give me his last. I asked if he was a general manager he did not answer specifically, so i was only led to assume he is a shift lead/assistant manager. I am disappointed by the service of Steve and Popeyes. I called twice since, and the first time was advised to give more time as it can take a few days. I had it until Sunday when I was only going to give it until Friday, and the transaction still did not reverse. When I called back again, I was told I'd have to wait for the store manager because they can not authorize my refund, and the manager will want to see my bank statement. I told them that's fine but then I want my refund because I have plenty of time and have been plenty patient. They then told me they don't know if their store manager will issue the refund because calling 2 weeks later (it was right over a week) is a red flag. So first, they advised us to wait BOTH times we tried addressing the issue and now are told waiting is an issue. I gave the lady my name and number and said I absolutely want a call back. We received NO FOOD WHATSOEVER. They didn't just give us the wrong order. We didn't get anything for the almost $40 they collected from us.
