I hadn't eaten since breakfast so I was wildly ready for this meal. But nothing prepared me for what I saw when they called my name when my order was ready... I stuck my fork into the fries first, golden brown and smothered in bacon and cheese. The second my fork broke the surface, clouds of steam rose off, as they were piping hot. The burger, nestled in a half rap of chef's paper, screamed at me the dive into, which I did immediately. A few minutes and a few pictures in, I questioned whether I could finish everything but as you can see from the final photograph it was really never in question. At 12:50 (noted as 12:42 on the paper receipt), I finally placed an order through the app. After another five minutes, I called out to the speaker and they said they were shorthanded. It took another 20 minutes to get my food. I kept watching people drive off. I'm diabetic and decided to stick it out because I needed food. When I got to the window, I was told the location didn't have what I ordered. I took a less expensive meal just so I could get my lunch and get back to work. I understand staffing is an issue, but a failure to acknowledge people at the speaker is not well done at all. This location services two hospitals, credit union, and a lot of other people. If they do not have the staff to keep this location running, they either need to make it drive-thru only or close the store entirely. This isn't fair to all the people trying to get food in a limited amount of time. It's also not fair to the employees. Burger King needs to fix this.

Caribbean vibes everywhere -- lounge chair up front, Bob Marley on the walls, and a laid‑back atmosphere that made me feel like I should've had a coconut water in my hand. I talked to the chef and told him to give me his best dish. He served me curry chicken, rice and beans, sweet plantains, and cabbage. I have to say -- it was the best curry chicken I've ever had. The chicken was tender, cut perfectly, and shredded apart in my mouth. So technically, you don't have to order online but just order on the spot and get your food right away.  I had an opportunity to chat with the staff as it wasn't busy at the time. They were quite friendly and even offered me a couple of complimentary Chinese donuts.  The food was on par with what I expected for American Chinese dishes, but the serving size was rather generous. For that (the value), the friendliness of its staff, the convenience of its location, and last but not least -- the complimentary donuts, I added one star to my rating.  I did grab a physical copy of their menu and spotted 2 less typical dishes (potentially more authentic kind) that I might want to give a try. So there will be future visits.
