When I got to the window, I was told the location didn't have what I ordered. I took a less expensive meal just so I could get my lunch and get back to work. I understand staffing is an issue, but a failure to acknowledge people at the speaker is not well done at all. This location services two hospitals, credit union, and a lot of other people. If they do not have the staff to keep this location running, they either need to make it drive-thru only or close the store entirely.
