I ordered through the app and picked up in the drive-through. The service went very well, and the food came out hot and delicious. I got the Breakfast Baconator which has a Swiss cheese sauce on it, but it just tasted creamy and was a little messy. The seasoned potato wedges are crispy, seasoned well, and delicious! Did a Mobil order. Thought all the breakfast sandwich's was $ 2 for $ 4. I ordered 1 classic and 1 croissant. Came up to $ 7.40. Asked why and was told the special didn't include the classic. Wendy's in Lebanon does it again. I suspect the reason there are so few reviews for the Lebanon location is because it pains people to even give it a star. Like most of the fast food places in Lebanon, PA, the employees haven't been taught basic food service skills. Here's a primer: Mustard is YELLOW Ketchup is RED When someone says they are deathly allergic to Mayo (which is WHITE), don't slather it all over their (cold) burger and betray their faith by assuring them you held the Mayo. For the customer: 1) ALWAYS check you order. Do NOT take the word of the person who hands you the bag. They will lie. 2) The burger is going to be cold, 100% of the time, so don't spend too much time double checking unless you're headed home to the microwave. 3) Learn to enjoy cold, soggy fries. Always. 4) Bacon is served raw. Not sure if this is a new "tartar" vibe Wendy's is shooting for or what. If raw pork is your thing they've got a bacon cheeseburger for you! 5) All burgers, no matter what you say, who you beg, or what god you pray to, will come with ketchup, automatically, and there is no power in the universe that can stop this. If only the ketchup was warm it might help to knock the chill off of the cold beef patty. If it helps, there's hardly ever a wait - the parking lot is pretty much always empty. Shocker. read more

What is that smell? Went to the counter to order and caught a small bit of something nasty. The nuggets were made at least a few hours before hand. French fries where horrible. I also loved the fact that I was charged extra to freestyle my drink but most of the selections were unavailable. Wendy's has definitely gone down hill at this location. I passed this Wendy's many, many times on my way to Walmart or to visit my sister. When I finally decided to stop there, I had a HORRIFIC experience. When I got there, I almost fell as soon as I walked in the door, the floor was COVERED with grease. (NOT an exaggeration) Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I have seen the classic "mop the kitchen area first, then the dining room with the same greasy water" play out. As it did here. I walked up to the counter and told the girl (young 16ish hispanic girl) about it and to let her manager know RIGHT AWAY the floor is greasy. She said she would as soon as the manager "came back" and took my order. When I received my "food", I had to, of course, take baby steps to the table as to not slip on the grease covered fiasco. When I unwrapped my "sandwich" I found a dried out crusty bun with 2 pieces of cold meat and unmelted cheese. The fries were only warm and limp. This was one of those moments where I was so furious that I simply just (carefully) walked out with only my soda. It was one of those experiences where I just wanted to get as far away from that place as possible never EVER EVER EVER to return again. I didn't even drink the soda. I looked at the cup and it reminded me of the horror I just experienced and had to throw that away too. Unfortunately, the trash can outside was filled with garbage, no shocker there so I had to throw my cup away in Walmart. It was THAT bad. read more
