Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I can't believe this place is still in business. Last week when I went in to give this place a 6th or 7th shot, there was food all over all of the tables, the garbage was overflowing with garbage on the floor, the prep station and the food line was covered in food and cream cheese. God bless the one gentleman that was actually working (he seemed very nice). There was 4 workers both outside and inside ON THEIR PHONES while this poor guy was trying to do everything. I can't imagine a business with management staff that allows their place to be in this state while having 3/4 of the staff not working. Terrible management. Finally a decent experience at the Lebanon PA Chipotle. We got three to go meal's Saturday February 10th at 12:15 pm. 1. Service was attentive. 2. Food serving area AND seating area was clean. 3. Just not sure how to rate this place. It's so hit or miss, it's honestly confusing. It's either the worst food you've had recently or decent-ish. No in-between... Not sure why you have 5-6 people and only 2 people working, especially when it gets busy. Have 4 people on their phones in the kitchen. Everytime I order on the app at this location my food is ALWAYS cold even though I pick it up as soon as it's ready, they don't put half of what I ordered in my bowl and when I try to get a refund for the guac I paid for but didn't get, the app just throws a coupon at me. This location is awful. The help seems to have other things in their mind other than doing their jobs. I walked in and was the only person in the dining area. After a few minutes a girl walked up to me and just gave me a blank stare.......as a gave my ingredients order, they were out of several items, yet no discount or even an apology. The burrito shell she used was missing a third of it and I mentioned that it was unacceptable, and a coworker walking by laughed. OK, I love Chipotle but... This location needs some help. Went during lunch around 1230 and they were busy, which is good. But the place was a mess and the food line was even messier. Lots of old food smeared across the area where they move your bowl and burrito down the line so it gets all that food on the outside of the bowl in the outside of the wrapper. They need to stop and wipe it down often. Plenty of people working here, they could have done it with no problem, only takes a minute. Female cashier/manager?... I hate to give bad reviews, but this is after multiple visits here trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. Literally every time I come here, they are out of something- no signs or anything stating such. So you start making your food and they don't have it. Not good communication. They must severely under order from their supplier. Their staff always seem annoyed and the portions are always smaller than other chipotle's. The guy that I'm pretty sure is the manager (Hispanic guy with glasses) is not friendly either. One time I came and their machine was down for cards and I never carry cash- I had to wait 30 minutes for it to get back up and running so I had really cold food. I rarely ever write reviews but this just ruined chipotle for me. This was all the "guacamole" I was given that I paid $2.65 extra for. I asked if I could replace it with actual guacamole instead of just avocado but I was told I have to just throw it away and there's nothing they could do. I stopped in 02/27/23, Lebanon location, around 5:00pm, I was the only customer although people were picking up takeout. The worker acted bothered that I was there. I ordered a salad and a burrito bowl with brown rice, and the worker replied, "we don't got no brown rice!" Then I asked for both beans, which she added, then I asked for veggies, to which she replied, "we don't got know veggies!" No offer to make them while I wait. Then a lady who seemed like a manager can up and asked what the problem was and I said there is no brown rice and no veggies! She looked at me like "take it or leave it lady!" My coworkers attempted to celebrate a coworkers work anniversary that went terribly wrong due to the Lebanon Chipotle unprofessional poor management. My coworker ordered through the catering and the $ was taken out of her bank account. However they denied us our food, said the order didn't exist & repeatedly refused a refund to my coworkers bank account. As you first walk in the two trash cans by the door are overflowing! However, the six employees rather stand around or check their phones rather than empty the trash or fill the numerous ingredients that were empty. The Only meat they had was chicken. I was told the lettuce was out for the night(3 more hours). Also, she left to get salsa because that was out too and I see her on her phone while customers are waiting on her! Then she goes to pick up my cheese with the DIRTY gloves she was using to touch her phone, among numerous other items. I said can you please put Clean gloves on, she said ugh, yea. So, on top of the ingredients not being refilled; you won't receive kind and friendly service! The atmosphere doesn't feel like a restaurant but rather you're at someone's house. We've tried to give this place a shot as it's the closest to our house (at a 20 minute drive). Every time I'm at a loss they are unprofessional, run out of food, or are short staffed and close early. We've even called and they said "yep we are open" show up 20 minutes later and they closed early! Someone needs to manage this location and get their act together! ON March 22nd, four of us adults went to Chipotles. Our experience was awful to say the least. All the tables were filthy. The food counter area was dirty, food all over the counter where the food was being served. I did not have a clean place to put my purse on at the cash register. There was an abundance of staff at the time. They were laughing loudly and talking loudly. The place echos as it is. So with their loud carrying on and the loud music, made the atmosphere ear piercing and undesirable to be in. I mentioned to the staff at the counter that we do not have a clean place to eat at. They just looked at me. I proceed to mention it a couple more times to different ones. They just looked me. One had a smirky grin on her face. I then mentioned about how the whole place was dirty and asked if they even had a manager there due to the chaos, loud noise, the place looking a mess. I also mentioned that I should report this to the state about the place looking dirty. Finally someone whipped all the tables. I had also mentioned how Chipotle really took a change for the worse since from the beginning of when they came to Lebanon. After we got our meal and sat down to eat, a woman came out and said she was the manager and heard we had a complaint. I told her what I had observed and the condition of the place. She was not nice and basically put the blame on me. When owners are not around and rely on Managers that do not care, the place starts to decline. Worst Chipotle experience of my life: I love Chipotle and go all the time back home, but while visiting the one in Lebanon, my family and I had a terrible experience, terrible food, and terrible service. I ordered a veggie (vegan) burrito with brown rice, black beans, sauteed onions and peppers, mild salsa, and guacamole. The rice and beans were cold. The server didn't strain the salsa at all, so the burrito was a big sloppy mush. We also ordered a large bag of chips with a large guacamole. We had to return the bag of chips because they were stale to the point of being inedible. Clearly they were leftovers from the day before. They gave us a replacement bag of chips, but it too, was stale. All this would be bad enough, but the kicker was when my son wanted a chicken quesadilla but was told he couldn't order it in the store. He had to order it online! The server quipped, "yeah, that's what it says on the commercials"! Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn what the commercials say. The servers were unable to explain the ridiculous policy and mocked our ignorance of the commercials. Sorry, but I don't spend hours watching TV and when I do watch it, I don't memorize the content of a Chipotle commercial. I'm confident I am not the only customer upset about this policy. So, we spent 15 extra minutes downloading the app, ordering the chicken quesadilla, and waiting for it to be made. It took a full 15 minutes because he had to select a pickup time which was 12 minutes later, even though the place was empty and the staff were just standing around. We waited and watched as they stood around, not knowing our order had been placed. Then, when it appeared on their screen, it took them only 2 minutes to make the darn quesadilla. I'm sure the Lebanon Chipotle staff are not responsible for this ridiculous policy. But they lacked the EQ to deal with disgruntled customers. As we were ready to leave, one of the servers came to offer us a fresh bag of chips that was warm and delicious. We surmise that he overheard our discussion about this Yelp review which I was writing at the time. Full disclosure, both my kids enjoyed their food. I will return to Chipotle when we get back home, but I will not patronize the one in Lebanon again. read more

While being the only customer , there are 5 staff on duty , all the tables are dirty , floor needs to be swept , 3 trash bins are all full .
