Wake UP, Chipotle Management!!! Unfortunately you are continuing to decline in business and it's your own fault. If I were an health code inspector this store would have been closed today. Tables, floors and all counters are filthy. Ice machine was not working. Food was not hot...ordered chicken burrito bowl. Portions were smaller; no tortilla chips of any kind available and this was at peak dinner hour. Asked server to put lettuce on my husband's double barbacoa bowl, and she forgot. $48 for less than average cold Tex-mex food. Very sad about the quality continuing to decline. We won't be back to any Chipotle restaurant in the future. It's a common thread. read more

We came to Chipotle as my son wanted it while we were visiting Lebanon for a soccer tournament. This Chipotle was pretty standard and packed as they are most of the time. Seating is fairly limited, and the place employed the open concept. My son got two kids meals that he enjoys. The service was fast and friendly. read more

I like Chipotle a lot but this Chipotle flat out SUCKS!!! Four customers in the building and a bunch of kids behind the counter standing there looking at a bunch of dirty tables. Nothing wrong with hiring kids to work there but maybe a good idea to give them some guidance. I've been here many times over the years because of the convenience and it just gets worse so this is on my never return to list. If I want Chipotle I'll go to Hershey or Harrisburg. read more

food was ok. but they had no ice and water was warm and the soda was warm coming out of the machine. the temp out side was 102 should of had ice read more

This location deserves more than 1 star. This is the FRIENDLIEST Chipotle I've ever been to. Excellent customer service all the way down the line and out the door. Maybe they've gotten new employees or management since the negative reviews, so I would definitely give this place a chance and I myself will be back. read more

They are supposed to be open until 10pm (according to google, the app, and printed on their door). I arrived at 9:43pm and the doors were locked. Four staff members were inside cleaning, and no one came to the door while I stood and knocked. Terrible service!!! read more

The customer service was awful your employees have no respect. The food was absolutely terrible the meat was hard. They overdid my bowel with sour cream and it became a soup. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - I ordered from this chipotle never again my order was basically a sour cream soup. The staff was also very rude. - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I can't believe this place is still in business. Last week when I went in to give this place a 6th or 7th shot, there was food all over all of the tables, the garbage was overflowing with garbage on the floor, the prep station and the food line was covered in food and cream cheese. God bless the one gentleman that was actually working (he seemed very nice). There was 4 workers both outside and inside ON THEIR PHONES while this poor guy was trying to do everything. I can't imagine a business with management staff that allows their place to be in this state while having 3/4 of the staff not working. Terrible management. Hire all new employees or keep a manager on duty that will keep this place in order. A shame because this location would do GREAT if it appeared as though they cared about it. read more

Finally a decent experience at the Lebanon PA Chipotle. We got three to go meal's Saturday February 10th at 12:15 pm. 1. Service was attentive. 2. Food serving area AND seating area was clean. 3. The young men working the front customer facing area were polite and efficient. 4. None of the ingredients up front were empty! 5. Ingredients were not skimped on when making our bowls and burritos. 6. Staff seemed to have pride and cared. 7. Food was well prepared and tasty. 8. THANK YOU C read more

Walked into this place extremely disappointed they were out of almost everything, it was going to be a bit before anything we wanted was ready. There was one employee doing everything by herself with four others standing around looking clueless. She was taking orders and trying to cook more food while one employee stood in the back eating....never been into a chipotle this bad. Will never be back. read more

Just not sure how to rate this place. It's so hit or miss, it's honestly confusing. It's either the worst food you've had recently or decent-ish. No in-between... Not sure why you have 5-6 people and only 2 people working, especially when it gets busy. Have 4 people on their phones in the kitchen. Also, don't door dash or Order and pickup from here, they give you significantly less. Will probably try again in 6 months - year when they have new staff. read more

Everytime I order on the app at this location my food is ALWAYS cold even though I pick it up as soon as it's ready, they don't put half of what I ordered in my bowl and when I try to get a refund for the guac I paid for but didn't get, the app just throws a coupon at me. This is getting ridiculous now honestly. I think I'm done ordering from the Lebanon location because the amount of times my food has been terrible is getting quite high. read more

This place is going downhill. They're not accepting in person orders, the ice machine is empty, the orders online come out wrong. Management needs to get a grip on this establishment. read more

This location is awful. The help seems to have other things in their mind other than doing their jobs. I walked in and was the only person in the dining area. After a few minutes a girl walked up to me and just gave me a blank stare.......as a gave my ingredients order, they were out of several items, yet no discount or even an apology. The burrito shell she used was missing a third of it and I mentioned that it was unacceptable, and a coworker walking by laughed. Ordered 2 small bags of chips and one was half a portion compared to the other. We will likely not return here. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - a hand holding a fork full of food - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Pennsylvania

OK, I love Chipotle but... This location needs some help. Went during lunch around 1230 and they were busy, which is good. But the place was a mess and the food line was even messier. Lots of old food smeared across the area where they move your bowl and burrito down the line so it gets all that food on the outside of the bowl in the outside of the wrapper. They need to stop and wipe it down often. Plenty of people working here, they could have done it with no problem, only takes a minute. Female cashier/manager?... I told her about this and her answer was well we just got Slammed. Poor excuse, please clean it up. Burrito was great as always read more

I hate to give bad reviews, but this is after multiple visits here trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. Literally every time I come here, they are out of something- no signs or anything stating such. So you start making your food and they don't have it. Not good communication. They must severely under order from their supplier. Their staff always seem annoyed and the portions are always smaller than other chipotle's. The guy that I'm pretty sure is the manager (Hispanic guy with glasses) is not friendly either. One time I came and their machine was down for cards and I never carry cash- I had to wait 30 minutes for it to get back up and running so I had really cold food. I really try to give befit of the doubt... but this is really every time I come here it's like this. Not to mention tables are never wiped down and staff wipes their sweat with the clothing- no hand washing etc read more

The food is good, has a kick to it, and they have so much to eat! The people there are very nice. They have very very very good service. Sometimes they don't have some toppings but that is normally later in the day when people go. The decor is very nice and I love the aesthetic they went for. read more

I rarely ever write reviews but this just ruined chipotle for me. This was all the "guacamole" I was given that I paid $2.65 extra for. I asked if I could replace it with actual guacamole instead of just avocado but I was told I have to just throw it away and there's nothing they could do. The worker then rudely replied with "you want me to replace a single piece of avocado for you?" But I was just kindly asking. I did not appreciate the rude and unwelcoming environment from the staff. read more

Horrible, please run to a neighboring location. Never on time. Always incorrect. Significantly understaffed. Never gets better over time, only worse. Yelp should give the ability to rate with negative stars. read more

Ate here the other day and was upset over size pf portion so ordered double barbacola and it was still less than I have ever gotten at any other chipotle I have eaten at....seriously very small portion my double was not even the size of one helping....J will never return....paid 5 dollars extra and guac is 3 dollars extra and it was a tablespoon size. My coworkers attempted to celebrate a coworkers work anniversary that went terribly wrong due to the Lebanon Chipotle unprofessional poor management. My coworker ordered through the catering and the $ was taken out of her bank account. However they denied us our food, said the order didn't exist & repeatedly refused a refund to my coworkers bank account. She had to get the police department to pay them a visit and only then did they refund her money. Disgusting customer service!! You lost about 15 faithful customers yesterday due to your stupidity and utter rudeness!! read more

Ordered online 45 minutes before pickup. Arrived a few minutes late order was not ready ( 2 burrito bowls, not a large order). Then told it would be another 15 to 20 minutes and because we didn't have a mask, told to wait outside. If we didn't line that offered to refund our money, but that would take 2 days. I said that was not acceptable. Finally got our food 90 minutes after the online order Will not be going back! read more

The Lebanon Chipotle has improved immensely!!Great carnitas bowl, great service, friendly staff, clean dining area. Would recommend!!

Chipotle should officially be out of business at this point. All chipotles, including this one, are either closed or they only "digital". It's a huge waste of time if you're looking for the traditional chipotle experience that once made it great. read more

I stopped in 02/27/23, Lebanon location, around 5:00pm, I was the only customer although people were picking up takeout. The worker acted bothered that I was there. I ordered a salad and a burrito bowl with brown rice, and the worker replied, "we don't got no brown rice!" Then I asked for both beans, which she added, then I asked for veggies, to which she replied, "we don't got know veggies!" No offer to make them while I wait. Then a lady who seemed like a manager can up and asked what the problem was and I said there is no brown rice and no veggies! She looked at me like "take it or leave it lady!" No explanation just shrugged her shoulders and turned away! I should have turned away too but I continued and they had the rest of the items I wanted. I usually love Chipotle but I will not be returning to this one! read more

I love Chipotle, but this particular location is the worst excuse for a restaurant i have ever seen. This is also the closest Chipotle to me so i have given this location more chances than it deserves. It is regularly out of items, randomly shutting down in-store ordering, employees on their phones, sitting on countertops, standing around talking and joking (all while the store is full of waiting customers). The lack of employee supervision is embarrassing. Unfortunately I had to give one star to give a review read more

ON March 22nd, four of us adults went to Chipotles. Our experience was awful to say the least. All the tables were filthy. The food counter area was dirty, food all over the counter where the food was being served. I did not have a clean place to put my purse on at the cash register. There was an abundance of staff at the time. They were laughing loudly and talking loudly. The place echos as it is. So with their loud carrying on and the loud music, made the atmosphere ear piercing and undesirable to be in. I mentioned to the staff at the counter that we do not have a clean place to eat at. They just looked at me. I proceed to mention it a couple more times to different ones. They just looked me. One had a smirky grin on her face. I then mentioned about how the whole place was dirty and asked if they even had a manager there due to the chaos, loud noise, the place looking a mess. I also mentioned that I should report this to the state about the place looking dirty. Finally someone whipped all the tables. I had also mentioned how Chipotle really took a change for the worse since from the beginning of when they came to Lebanon. After we got our meal and sat down to eat, a woman came out and said she was the manager and heard we had a complaint. I told her what I had observed and the condition of the place. She was not nice and basically put the blame on me. When owners are not around and rely on Managers that do not care, the place starts to decline. The staff working that day were all young people, of which needed a no-nonsense manager with a tighter reign on them. read more

Always understaffed, always out of SOMETHING...usually they forget something in the order because they have to rush everything out. come on, Chipotle! I love chipotle but this location ... is horrible! The workers look like they don't even want to be there. They are rude and disrespectful. They also never have food. No guac, no chips, no fresh meat. read more

As you first walk in the two trash cans by the door are overflowing! However, the six employees rather stand around or check their phones rather than empty the trash or fill the numerous ingredients that were empty. The Only meat they had was chicken. I was told the lettuce was out for the night(3 more hours). Also, she left to get salsa because that was out too and I see her on her phone while customers are waiting on her! Then she goes to pick up my cheese with the DIRTY gloves she was using to touch her phone, among numerous other items. I said can you please put Clean gloves on, she said ugh, yea. So, on top of the ingredients not being refilled; you won't receive kind and friendly service! The atmosphere doesn't feel like a restaurant but rather you're at someone's house. As in, they make and fill the food IF & When they want! Also, this was a weekday at the Lebanon, PA location. I can only imagine the state of the place on a busy weekend. Yikes! read more

Worst Chipotle experience of my life: I love Chipotle and go all the time back home, but while visiting the one in Lebanon, my family and I had a terrible experience, terrible food, and terrible service. I ordered a veggie (vegan) burrito with brown rice, black beans, sauteed onions and peppers, mild salsa, and guacamole. The rice and beans were cold. The server didn't strain the salsa at all, so the burrito was a big sloppy mush. We also ordered a large bag of chips with a large guacamole. We had to return the bag of chips because they were stale to the point of being inedible. Clearly they were leftovers from the day before. They gave us a replacement bag of chips, but it too, was stale. All this would be bad enough, but the kicker was when my son wanted a chicken quesadilla but was told he couldn't order it in the store. He had to order it online! The server quipped, "yeah, that's what it says on the commercials"! Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn what the commercials say. The servers were unable to explain the ridiculous policy and mocked our ignorance of the commercials. Sorry, but I don't spend hours watching TV and when I do watch it, I don't memorize the content of a Chipotle commercial. I'm confident I am not the only customer upset about this policy. So, we spent 15 extra minutes downloading the app, ordering the chicken quesadilla, and waiting for it to be made. It took a full 15 minutes because he had to select a pickup time which was 12 minutes later, even though the place was empty and the staff were just standing around. We waited and watched as they stood around, not knowing our order had been placed. Then, when it appeared on their screen, it took them only 2 minutes to make the darn quesadilla. I'm sure the Lebanon Chipotle staff are not responsible for this ridiculous policy. But they lacked the EQ to deal with disgruntled customers. As we were ready to leave, one of the servers came to offer us a fresh bag of chips that was warm and delicious. We surmise that he overheard our discussion about this Yelp review which I was writing at the time. Full disclosure, both my kids enjoyed their food. I will return to Chipotle when we get back home, but I will not patronize the one in Lebanon again. read more

We love chipotle! But this has to been the worst most poorly run chipotle in the history of chipotles. if I could give it a half star or less I would. We've tried to give this place a shot as it's the closest to our house (at a 20 minute drive). Every time I'm at a loss they are unprofessional, run out of food, or are short staffed and close early. We've even called and they said "yep we are open" show up 20 minutes later and they closed early! Someone needs to manage this location and get their act together! Unless you enjoy disappointment and frustration I'd stear clear of this establishment. read more
