I don't think I'll be back to this location. came to this location Saturday afternoon. It was pouring down raining, so I went through the drive-thru to order. I rolled my window down a little bit to hear for the person taking my order. After about 3 minutes of waiting at the speaker in the pouring down rain, someone finally came on the speaker. I could barely hear the guy and asked him to speak up cause I couldn't hear him. I ordered the 16-piece family meal. Once I went to pull forward to there was 2 cars in front of me, and it took 21 minutes before I finally got to the window to get my meal. The sides were supposed to 4 large sides and 8 biscuits. When I got home, the biscuits were not with the order. The sides were not large sides either they were medium. The side were supposed to be 2 mac & cheese, 1 coleslaw and 1 mashed potatoes. I tried calling the store but no one answered. To pay $56 dollars and not get the whole order and to get medium sides is a little irritating. This is about as average as a KFC experience that you can have. It wasn't "blow you away" awesome but neither was it terrible. I decided to go the drive through route when I went because I was short on time. I do have to say, I went through the line fast, they got my order right, and the person taking my order was very friendly and courteous. Definitely helps to contribute to a positive KFC experience. As far as the food goes, I went because I wanted to try the new Nashville Hot Chicken. I went with the 3 piece tenders meal. I do have to say, the tenders were of a decent size. Not too heavily breaded and were decently moist. However, it was on the greasy side. It almost seemed like the tenders were dunked in chili oil instead of having a real hot sauce. Might be a recipe they need to go back and look at again. Overall, it was a decent meal. But I so agree with other reviews, this place needs a major overhaul and remodel. With competition up and down the street rebuilding their stores, it's a good time to consider an upgrade or risk being left in the dust. read more

I was a little nervous with our decision to eat here after viewing the low ratings but we were very happy with the service we received and the delicious food. We have not eaten KFC in probably 5 years after a bad experience at another location but when the hubby requested it...I obliged. We ordered a 16 piece meal with mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, macaroni and cheese with biscuits. Food was great...I forgot how yummy their Cole slaw was! So yesterday we were busy so i did uber eats delivery. My order arrived and they did a great job of sealing the food. However what they didnt do was give me the right order. I asked for a 3 piece all white meal. what i got was a 3 piece dark meal. Today i went into the lobby and try to talk to them about the mess up. They just kept saying that no food no refund. I kept telling them it was yesterday. they asked did i eat it i said of course i did. And they said sorry, nothing they can do without the food. I explained to them that i did not want a refund in fact i wanted to order food again but did not wish to be upcharge for white meat. We stopped by to grab a bucket of original chicken at the spur of the moment. Not a good decision. The chicken was extremely dry and the breading was very greasy. The chicken sandwich was sitting for some time. Not very hot. The fries were not hot. When asked for new fries. The cashier dropped the fries from my carton back into the fryer to absorb more cooking oil and the finished product was very greasy. The DT cashier and the two production people were on the cell phones when not waiting on customers. The food was actually pretty good, however the customer service was subpar. During the initial drive-thru order conversation it was mediocre then after I asked for a jelly packet the cashier didn't seem too happy about it. Not sure what happened during the entire transactional process on why she did not have a very friendly disposition. I have visited this location in particular two other times in the past and somethings have not changed: The outside aesthetics of the restaurant is not favorable, a fresh coat of paint and new landscaping would spruce it up a bit. I did not go inside as the dine in area was closed during this specific visit. The price of the combo was about $6.49 which I do believe was a good price. I ordered a strawberry lemonade for my beverage and it looked watered down because it was so light in color but the sweetness from the strawberry mix and the tartness from the lemon mix was a good taste. All in all, give this location a try if you're in the mood for KFC based on the history of the overall food quality as a brand. This is one of the only locations I know of nearby in the area. I don't understand the low ratings for this KFC because my experience was exceptional. This was my first time visiting this KFC location but it definitely won't be the last. As soon as I approached the restaurant, there was an employee outside who greeted me. At the counter I received a second, very pleasant greeting. My order was taken, and in less than 2 minutes, it was ready and handed to me with a smile and a "Thank you". It was about a 25 minute ride home, yet when I took the food out of the bag, everything was still nice and hot. Every item we ordered tasted fantastic ... the perfect KFC flavor!
