Tried the mobile order today. Ordered from car at a stop light. When I arrived I went inside, found a table and scanned the QR code. Google Pay took care of the charge automatically and I waited about 4 minutes for my food to be brought directly to my table. In the order you can add extra ketchup, salt and pepper packets along with whatever additional condiments you'd like. Surprised mayo wasn't an optional sauce for fries. I enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce and tomato. You can add pickles and various other options to make it your own. Their waffle fries are the industry leader for tasty. Not too salty so you can adjust to your level. Restaurant is clean. The manager wiped off the table next to me and then asked how things were and even asked if I would like a cup of water (which I had forgotten in my order). What other fast food place is offering this type of special service? She then asked the next table if they wanted refills. As I left the restaurant the same lady wished me a nice day ahead. Makes you smile for things that are so easy but often missed at so many other food establishments. The chicken could have been a bit warmer by the time it got to me. Also miss having a drink dispenser to refill, although they are usually pretty quick to grab your cup when you walk it to the counter. Parking can often be challenging because this is a busy spot. Drive thru has two lanes and the traffic pattern is setup to flow well. This place is right off I-75 at a stop light that allows easy entrance and exit. read more

Okay I rarely rate CFAs 4 stars but this trio deserved a review. First off the HIGHLIGHT of my order, my small fries. I typically get 4 regular sized fries in the carton but whomever the angel was on the fry station truly blessed me. Although speed is not this locations forte, we didn't spend more than 15 minutes on a Saturday evening. Every sauce we asked for was accounted for. Now my expectations are high for this store.. will revert on my review for our next CFA run. read more

Not the Chic-fil-A Standard While waiting for my order to be ready, I witnessed a female employee standing by the counter blow her nose and cough in her hand. She then went to lobby and put hand sanitizer in her hands and immediately went behind the counter and began handling food orders. She NEVER washed her hands. The worst part of this unsanitary practice is there is a hand was station behind the counter which she passed by without even attempting to use to wash her hands. REALLY. I'm very disappointed with the Chic-fil-A Chicken Sandwich Deluxe. The bun was cold, dry, and hard making the bread uneatable. The bread felt like it came from refrigeration. I only ate chicken breast, which was hot, and very good. If I wanted just chicken, I would have ordered the Chic-fil-A Nuggets. This place is horrendous. First of all I got a chicken sandwich and asked for for no cheese and they put cheese in my chicken sandwich. This is absolutely disappointing. I have been coming here for a long time and I decided let's check the reviews because why not I was bored and I had something to do and then I see that many people have gotten the same treatment as me. This is absolutely terrible. If this Chick-fil-A does not fix this I WILL call corporate. read more

Every single time, without fail, my mom or I wait minimum 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I know there are bigger fish to fry in the world... but the whole purpose of a drive thru is to grab and get food quickly. There are dozens of other CFA locations within the Tampa area that have lots of customers, however the lines move a hundred times more efficient compared to this location. I normally see workers doing their job and not slacking, so I don't understand why this is always a pressing issue. Probably the horribly designed parking lot/designated drive thru line. The people who designed that are idiots. Hope this gets better eventually cause y'all can't even handle the current demand but these millennials and older gen z's keep popping out babies left and right in this area. Good luck I guess read more

This is quite possibly the worst Chick-fil-a ever. They do not care about mobile orders: super slow, no one ever there to assist you, and they ALWAYS forget something in your order. Do not plan on getting everything you order! Something will be missing! It is so obvious that they do not care about mobile orders because they know that people won't see it till they get home. I'm tired of giving them chance after chance when it's bad service and forgotten items EVERY SINGLE TIME. I sincerely hope they get new management soon or plan to fix how they handle mobile orders. Until then, I will be telling everyone I know not to mobile order or drive through this location. read more

I love CFA but this one was sort of chaos. We all know CFA gets really crowded but this one is on in such a small location that the drive thru entrance is directly in front of the line that wraps around for getting your order at the window. I ordered via the app and chose to walk in rather than drive through given I wanted to ensure I got breakfast. Inside despite me placing the order ahead and despite it not being crowded at all inside, it took me FOREVER to get my food. By the time I was out the door the entire drive through line was gone! They ended up running out of eggs so I had to wait 4 minutes longer also. Overall satisfied with the food as always. read more

Slower than a sloth at getting food out. The Wesley Chapel location has this one beat!! There's no way a customer should be in line for 6 minutes in the drive-thru. read more

Ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich apparently that comes with a LONG BLACK STRAIGHT HAIR in it now. So long that the hair was sticking out from the sandwich and the box! Corporate needs to come give this store a makeover, the manager sits his big behind on bagging and literally does nothing while the staff moves at a snails pace, it's a sorry excuse for a cfa location, they seem more concerned with creating Instagram videos for their 5 followers rather than actually do their job read more

The food is good. I bought the sandwich. I forgot what the name is but anyways the bugger was delicious.

Well run CFA. Staff is incredible. Drive thru and dine in always moves efficiently. Bathrooms are sub par (for Chik Fil A standards).

Hit the drive-through on the way to work and was greeted by 2 young ladies outside who were extremely pleasant. I don't care what time or which Chick-fil-A you go to you can always expect friendly service, hot food, and perfect order. This is the only place you don't have to check the bag before you drive off. The order will be there, you'll have your straws, napkins, and sauces!! They could start a side hustle training other restaurants. read more

Despite the long lines all the time no matter what day or time you go, chick-fil-a is by far the best place to grab the most juiciest and delicious chicken to go. Whether it's nuggets, tenders or sandwiches, their chicken is top notch. Service is always outstanding and I just love to hear the "my pleasure" from the employees who go above and beyond. All in all, a great pit stop for a quick bite whenever and wherever you find a chick-fil-a. read more

Where to start... Ordered a milkshake along with nuggets & fries tonight, pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my order and I saw them hand my milkshake and bag to the car in front of me. The man in there must've had it for 30 seconds or so while he looked through the contents confused until he then handed it back to the kid working the window. I thought since there's a HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS GLOBAL PANDEMIC going on right now the least they could do is make a fresh milkshake since it's in an open air container, but when I got to the window the kid just handed it to me without even second guessing it. I refused to drink it because who knows if that man coughed, spit, sneezed, or fingered around in my shake or food... This isn't the first time this location's had less than favorable service as seen in some of the pics from previous screw-ups, but what can you expect when the place is ran by high school students... read more

I really don't like the buns at this location. Crumbles to pieces with a chicken sandwich. Perhaps, atypical here?

While I appreciate replacing my order with coupons, seemingly this only happened because I wrote this review and sent in a displeased response to corporate. I still will not be back to your location. read more

Service has gone to the bottom. This particular Chik-fil-a needs to on "Restaurants on Edge". I can't understand why the line is all the way in the street just to turn around and have the wrong order given to me. The last straw, for me, was not having yogurt parfaits at 8:30 in the morning. You know how your mom says if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it?...sorry mom! Get it together! Some people actually depend on breakfast to carry them through lunch. How do you not have yogurt parfaits at 8:30? "We were short staffed this morning." All I could see was money being lost...where's the District Manager!!!! Help! How about bacon on my sandwich. I don't eat pork...wth? There is so much more to say...this is just MY beginning. read more

Waited in line ordered my food two breakfast bowls and a chicken biscuit, Kayla asked if I wanted sauce I told her chick fil a. Got to the window she handed us our drinks then parked us. We waited for the food and then someone came out gave us our food and we started to leave. I checked the bag and we didn't get any utensils for the bowls or chick fil a sauce. So I had to wait through the line again and when we finally made it to the window again I told her she forgot our utensils that we needed two forks he handed me one fork and a chick fil a sauce and I told her we had two bowls again we need TWO forks. By then my iced coffee was gone so I asked if I could get another one for having to wait so long and they charged me lol will not be returning to this location. I went to this location and had the worst experience at chick fil a I've ever had. I told the person taking my order that I'd like to split the payments and they let me know that it could be done at the window. When I got to the window I proceeded to let the cashier and manager know that I needed to split the order. The manager then told me that their system isn't capable of splitting orders! I know this is not true because I have done many split orders in the past. The manager made me feel like he just didn't want to help me and then complained that I was holding up the line and refused to split the order. I've never been treated so poorly at a chick fil a. I will not be returning to this location. -Jordan 7/31 read more

I personally love this CFA! I never have an issue. Is it busy? YES! But what CFA isn't busy! You have to go there knowing it's not going to be "as fast" as maybe McDonald's. But it's worth jt! Don't order to pick up at the drive through on the app because it's pointless. They don't start making your food till you arrive AND speak to someone. If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrible and a lot of the staff are rude. I don't recommend this location to anyone. I don't normally leave reviews for fast food places but this location is just that horrible. They messed up my order THREE times in a row so this last time I was fed up because I had to go buy this person another meal since their entire entree was missing from the bag. So I called to complain and they refer you to a hotline that literally leaves you on hold forever. Guess they don't care at all, and I won't get a refunded for the $9.99 chicken tenders that was paid for and never received, just like the other 2 times I was missing an item. Really surprising because this company is supposed to be known for great service but this location really gives it a bad name. read more

amazing service from delivery young lady Jenna was so kind and made sure I was happy with my meal.

I had a pretty average experience here. I come to this location often due to its proximity to my home. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building (as it usually is), and partially extended out into the street. The line moved at a pretty decent pace, which was delightful, as I was in a bit of a rush. The food was as expected, except for my less than warm fries which were in stark contrast to my piping hot chicken sandwich and nuggets. I've had all sorts of experiences with this location, it's never consistently fresh or stale. All in all, I'll return to the location for its convenience whenever I have a craving. read more

I have eaten here at New Tampa location on BBDowns with 2 other people 4 times in the past month for lunch. Each time the buns on the chicken sandwiches were stale, so dry that the buns literally fall apart while we were eating the sandwiches. I have been to other chick fil As and not had this problem. I have visited Chick-fil-A stores across the country now because I can be confident that I will always get the same great service and product. It's the same in Florida as it is in Ohio or Mississippi or Texas, and every store is a busy one. This location I have been to many times over the past decade and it's still great because it is so close to the interstate and in a very prime area of Tampa. This store was slammed for lunch, but they still got my order out in record time, including filling me a gallon of iced tea for the road, all with a smile. read more
