Tried the mobile order today. Ordered from car at a stop light. When I arrived I went inside, found a table and scanned the QR code. Google Pay took care of the charge automatically and I waited about 4 minutes for my food to be brought directly to my table. In the order you can add extra ketchup, salt and pepper packets along with whatever additional condiments you'd like. Surprised mayo wasn't an optional sauce for fries. I enjoy the grilled chicken sandwich which comes with lettuce and tomato. You can add pickles and various other options to make it your own. Their waffle fries are the industry leader for tasty. Not too salty so you can adjust to your level. Restaurant is clean. The manager wiped off the table next to me and then asked how things were and even asked if I would like a cup of water (which I had forgotten in my order). What other fast food place is offering this type of special service? She then asked the next table if they wanted refills. As I left the restaurant the same lady wished me a nice day ahead. Makes you smile for things that are so easy but often missed at so many other food establishments. The chicken could have been a bit warmer by the time it got to me. Also miss having a drink dispenser to refill, although they are usually pretty quick to grab your cup when you walk it to the counter. Parking can often be challenging because this is a busy spot. Drive thru has two lanes and the traffic pattern is setup to flow well. This place is right off I-75 at a stop light that allows easy entrance and exit. read more

She then went to lobby and put hand sanitizer in her hands and immediately went behind the counter and began handling food orders. She NEVER washed her hands. The worst part of this unsanitary practice is there is a hand was station behind the counter which she passed by without even attempting to use to wash her hands. REALLY. I'm very disappointed with the Chic-fil-A Chicken Sandwich Deluxe. The bun was cold, dry, and hard making the bread uneatable. The bread felt like it came from refrigeration. Okay I rarely rate CFAs 4 stars but this trio deserved a review. First off the HIGHLIGHT of my order, my small fries. I typically get 4 regular sized fries in the carton but whomever the angel was on the fry station truly blessed me. Although speed is not this locations forte, we didn't spend more than 15 minutes on a Saturday evening. Every sauce we asked for was accounted for. We all know CFA gets really crowded but this one is on in such a small location that the drive thru entrance is directly in front of the line that wraps around for getting your order at the window. I ordered via the app and chose to walk in rather than drive through given I wanted to ensure I got breakfast. Inside despite me placing the order ahead and despite it not being crowded at all inside, it took me FOREVER to get my food. By the time I was out the door the entire drive through line was gone! Hit the drive-through on the way to work and was greeted by 2 young ladies outside who were extremely pleasant. I don't care what time or which Chick-fil-A you go to you can always expect friendly service, hot food, and perfect order. This is the only place you don't have to check the bag before you drive off. Where to start... Ordered a milkshake along with nuggets & fries tonight, pulled up to the drive thru to pick up my order and I saw them hand my milkshake and bag to the car in front of me. I went to this location and had the worst experience at chick fil a I've ever had. I told the person taking my order that I'd like to split the payments and they let me know that it could be done at the window. When I got to the window I proceeded to let the cashier and manager know that I needed to split the order. The manager then told me that their system isn't capable of splitting orders! I know this is not true because I have done many split orders in the past. Waited in line ordered my food two breakfast bowls and a chicken biscuit, Kayla asked if I wanted sauce I told her chick fil a. Got to the window she handed us our drinks then parked us. We waited for the food and then someone came out gave us our food and we started to leave. I checked the bag and we didn't get any utensils for the bowls or chick fil a sauce. They messed up my order THREE times in a row so this last time I was fed up because I had to go buy this person another meal since their entire entree was missing from the bag. I had a pretty average experience here. I come to this location often due to its proximity to my home. When I arrived, the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building (as it usually is), and partially extended out into the street. The line moved at a pretty decent pace, which was delightful, as I was in a bit of a rush. The food was as expected, except for my less than warm fries which were in stark contrast to my piping hot chicken sandwich and nuggets. It's the same in Florida as it is in Ohio or Mississippi or Texas, and every store is a busy one. This location I have been to many times over the past decade and it's still great because it is so close to the interstate and in a very prime area of Tampa. So tonight I decided to go to Chick-fil-A as I do occasionally as I love the ice dream cones. Always buy quite a bit more while were there. Unfortunately, tonight at the drive-through at the very end, after handing us all of our food and drinks, they attempted to hand out a regular size cone as they've always had with enough ice cream to maybe reach an inch to an inch and a quarter over the top. it didn't even reach out to the side of the cone with the measly amount of ice cream they were willing to give for $1.79. Unreal unbelievable I complained they told me that was Chick-fil-A's new policy and that's the way it was. I told her to refund my money they threw it in the trash. I asked to see the manager and the girl looked at me like a deer in the headlights and basically told me that's the way it was so I drove off never to return for an ice dream cone and everything else that I buy. They turned my ice dream cone into a nightmare that I'll never have again. What the hell! Absolute total failure. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to leave Chick-fil-A a one star rating based on whoever the manager was that made this choice. Very poor management very poor choice.
