The food tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. From the appetizers to the entrees, everything we ordered was excellent. The lobster ravioli was rich and perfectly cooked, the cheese ravioli was fresh and full of flavor, and the spaghetti and meatballs tasted like true homemade Italian comfort food. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. If you're in the Knightdale area and have been thinking about trying it, don't let the empty parking lot fool you. A woman named Jacqueline answered the phone and continuously spoke over me while I attempted to explain the issue. Throughout the conversation, she was combative, overbearing, and unprofessional rather than working collaboratively toward resolving the concern. I requested to speak with a manager, and Jacqueline stated that she was the manager. I then asked to speak with the store manager, but she refused to provide a contact number or any alternative way to reach him. I also requested contact information for the franchise owner, and Jacqueline incorrectly stated that Zaxby's is not a franchise. I have been a loyal customer of this location for the past 13 years and am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service, professionalism, accountability, and willingness to resolve a simple issue.
