Never even took my order. The guy in front of me in the drive through waited at the speaker for 30 minutes with no on taking his order. I had no choice but to wait behind him because the drive through literally traps you. Just as I was contemplating driving over the medium just to escape, he finally gives up and just drives off. It took 5 more minutes for someone to actually respond at all, saying there were only two people working there and they still asked me to keep waiting. Dirty restaurant, slow and rude staff, restrooms are filty with no soap. I stood in line behind someone for 4-5 minutes before someone came to wait on us. The drink dispenser was leaking and in need of repair. There are two as many people on the back as your normally would see, but they are turning out orders as 1/2 the pace of the person taking orders. It took me 28 minutes to get a burrito and taco. Beware - this is probably the slowest taco bell ever, and they force you down the slowest path. Just eat somewhere else really. Today a bunch of people were mad about their mobile orders and the manager came out and said "we only have a few people working and we will be doing the drive thru first and then doordash and mobile orders". I have really never had an issue with this location until today. I received an incorrect order and I had no receipt upon looking to get this corrected. I did not have enough time to go all the way back to the location due to being on my way to work. I feel like the order mixup would not have been that big of an issue if it was not for the poor customer service from the gentleman that was running the window and taking orders around 3:00pm. Literally zero customer service at all, just shoved the bag of food which was the wrong order mind you.... Out the window and seemed pleased with himself for half ass handing it to you. It really felt like he wanted to make it difficult. This location has had quite a few really pleasant workers but this experience really took me aback. If you can't provide customer service you shouldn't be working where you serve the public. I was ordering for multiple people, so not only did I not get what I paid for, but I have to disappoint others from not getting what they were expecting as well. Only came here once and I will not again Guy working the drive thru was extremely rude, didn't wear a mask, and my order was missing food I requested and he verbally confirmed. It's the usual fast food disregard for orders but for me it's the lack of using a mask. On top of that, the guy working the drive thru had the worst pissed off look. I didn't order a lot but he couldn't smile nor sound genuine at all in our short interactions. I wasn't taking up a lot of time to mess up their timing cadence (if they have one, wouldn't be surprised if they don't - shows how organized they are), nor was I disrespectful. I can't expect much from it being a typical fast food experience but the audacity to not wear a mask while serving the public really pissed me off. This location is in need of some serious help. Every time I come I find incredibly long lines, burnt out staff and very poor food quality. The staff here will do anything to get out of serving the customers. They will tell you They can only take cash, that food items on the menu have been discontinued even when they haven't and they will tell you that they are closed even when it's still early. I always do a mobile order and I have never had any issues. I love that the indoor dining area is open so I don't have to wait in a long drive-through line for my order. I saw a guy at the fryer who wasn't paying any attention to me and was smoking with his gloves on and continued to use them. I would like to tell you how I enjoyed a hot fresh breakfast burrito from the Knightdale Taco Bell but I can't because every time I go there from breakfast placing an order through the mobile app, they tell me they are closed. They are supposed to be open at 8am from breakfast but NEVER are. Each time I place an order and go to pick it up, it is never ready and there is always an issue with something so the can not open for breakfast. This is probably the slowest drive thru I've ever been in. It hasn't changed since I worked for them 4 years ago. Completely awful experience. LONG wait in the drive thru - cars were moving extremely slow!! When I finally got my order, it was a train wreck. They burned my crunch wrap - it wasn't edible. The Doritos locos taco shell was crushed and broken - so couldn't eat that either. The soft taco was loose in the bottom of the bag. Tried piecing it back together but it was a mess. They provided no salsa packs, after I'd asked for them. And they gave me a sweet tea (no ice) instead of an unsweetened tea. I don't know how this experience could have been much worse - they messed up every single thing about the order. Made me wait about 45 mins.
