KFC - My order wasn't ready when I came at the time it say - Fast Food Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

9/10 visits i get rubbery chicken thats cooked twice, fries are cold 1000% of the time, no exceptions, my order was served in a bag that the bottom was ripped out of so surprise surprise, it all fell out. This is literally, not figuratively, not exaggerating, literally almost every single time i go. I used to go 2-3x weekly, turned into 1x a month and still garbage, i skipped it for 3 months and finally i go back-surprise-rubber chicken and cold fries. I can literally throw money in the toilet and itd be better spent than going here. I dont think wanting fresh, hot food is too much to ask for a $24 order. Theres one gentlemen who usually works sunday who hits it out of the ballpark, hes great, every other visit is dog sh1t. You can also add in the constant arguing, i heard one young lady colorfully describe how she was going to 'beat that b1tch up' after work, shes saying this while standing at the counter talking to the other employee whos trying to take my order. But wait wait-these are employees who want and deserve a raise, right??? Youre stupid if you waste money there, i promise its better to flush money down the toilet, youd get more value that way. Oh, dont forget to avoid all the dirt and hair on the floor when you walk in unless you like your food to be cold, rubbery and hairy. Shut the doors on this place, these people objectively deserve to lose their jobs. (Aside from the tall gentlemen who works sundays, i have nothing but good things to say about him, wish i knew his name cause hes the one single solitary good employee. The manager is even proven to be a liar, offering refunds for wrong orders and then denying it when you go back for the $$, fire these idiots.) This is no California KFC. For some reason, Southern California KFC serves mushy chicken. But, this Klamath Falls KFC does chicken right. Maybe Oregon chickens are better than California chickens. The chicken, even the original recipe chicken has a good crunchy crust on it. The colonel's 11 herbs and spices give the chicken a good flavor. I would've taken a photo of my Oregon KFC chicken, but, I was too hungry and forgot. They are expensive like a California KFC, but, everything is expensive these days. Remind me to bring my KFC coupons the next time I roll through this area because I might be coming back. read more

Do not try or purchase anything. The manager is super rude when asked about our food after we waited for 20 minutes. In the middle of dinner rush there was one employee playing on their cell phone. By the time we got our food it was COLD. I would be so embarrassed if I was the shift lead, manager, supervisor, and especially the owner. Proudly will not be going back. read more

For KFC this place should shine. Every time I have gotten chicken here it's like the frying oil hasn't been changed in a while. That is always obvious when your chicken skin is dark. I hate to beat this place up but this has happened too often and the other thing is maybe it was a fluke the coleslaw doesn't taste very well last time I was there either. Easy fix and the manager should know about it and of course whoever the franchise owner is. You have some very good competition here in Klamath Falls and we all know who that is. I hope this KFC Pays more attention to the fryer and change out that oil more often. read more

Everything here is horrible, especially the service. It's a nightmare just getting your crappy food. It's dirty, disorganized, the servers have attitude. So I never eat at KFC ever and both Kylie and Justine were super kind and helpful. The food was just as expected but seriously the staff is fun and friendly. These young kids make it more interesting to visit and the best part is they treat everyone equal. All ages and genders. Way to KFC. keep the improvements coming. read more

I'm very disappointed with KFC here in Klamath Falls. The $20.00 fill up is now $25.00 which is price gouging as far as I am concerned. In addition, they do not offer senior or military discounts. Furthermore I have received over cooked chicken which was cooked in dirty oil. The franchise owner/manager should be ashamed of him/herself for the over pricing, lack of compassion for seniors who survive on fixed incomes and their unpatriotic attitude towards our men and women who have served this country. read more

We bought dinner there last night and was wondering why people that ordered after us got their food. So I went up to the counter to ask and the girl said waiting on the strips. Wouldn't it be common since to inform your customer that the chicken strips needed to be put down. In the meantime this one gal was waiting for hers. We finally got ours but the gal waiting was still waiting and her friends were done eating. People just don't have the customer service that use to be. My Husband and I went to KFC on 6th Street today at 12:58 (ticket #3311) and placed our order. After taking our credit card, and ringing up the purchase Vontasia waked right over and pulled the order from their holding trays. She neither washed her hands nor used gloves ( we observed her doing this with another customer who paid cash). On my order, I did not get the cookie and somehow that seems to be the best thing I can say. The food was AWFUL and tasted like it had been fried in rancid oil. My husbands food was the same. The trash bins we over filled, the floor was filthy and tables were sticky. I waited to use the female bathroom, after female employee left I noticed that the sink was dry. Upon leaving the restroom, I spotted this same employee filling orders using unclean un gloved hands. I will be watching your health reviews before I ever contemplate coming here again. read more

The cookies are now In a plastic bag which make it more annoying to open and it makes it feel less fresh. They usually forget the biscuit or the things to eat with like the sporks and they have nice greasy American food. This is no different from any other kfc and if you're in the mood for Kentucky Fried Chicken go here because it's not bad, it's American. read more

Traveled for hours, hungry and exhausted. Stopped by here to grab something to eat. The lady who served us almost forgot to give us our drink and we had to remind her. We ordered the $5 fill up and a side of corn. By the time we got in our hotel room, we then realized that they forgot to give us utensils, napkins and the $5 fill up didn't have the biscuit it was supposed to have. How were we supposed to eat our food in our hotel room if we have no utensils, no napkins, no biscuit?! Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. SMH. read more

My order does get messed up when I go through the drive through more than when I walked in. But when it does I called back and I get great customer service and they always make it right. My food is always fresh and everybody is very friendly there. It has definitely improved within the last year great customer service and fresh food is what keeps me going back. People make mistakes but if you're willing to fix it and its not that often I give it a 5 stars! read more
