The people are really friendly but unfortunately they have about the worst Arby's food I have had.

We had very poor service there at 1:30 pm. We waited over 5 minutes before they acknowledged us.There were no other guests in line. Staff was chatting together. We finally placed our order, after several more minutes. The order came out minus our curly fries. We went up to the counter and they said "oh yes". We ordered a kids meal and a big roast beef with just tomato and lettuce. Kids meal was ok but the sandwich was not the big roast beef and it had Arby's sauce which we asked for it not to! - Rude, Ingrid is still being rude. So, Arby's has downgraded their drinks. They no longer have four sizes they only have the regular size and a large size. They've been doing this for almost 3 weeks now. And I've known about this and Ingrid has told me this and made it very clear that we are not selling them any more. After being off for 4 days I came back to work yesterday and Ingrid told me to follow her to the front counter. I followed her to the front corner and he asked me if I knew about the update with the drinks. I calmly explain to her that yes I know about the change with the drinks. She asked me three times if I was sure and very sure that I knew about it and I proceeded to tell her yes. Midway of me explaining to her that I knew we didn't have the large cups no more she cuts me off and tells me "You don't have to be extra and tell them all of that, okay? just tell them that's our new size" and walks away. All she tells me is that I need to improve; but my question is how am I supposed to improve when you schedule me after 5:00 p.m. when I don't have a babysitter knowing that my kids are in school and my son leaves daycare at 5:00 p.m., then on top of that you make me close on weekends, and you're barely there at 6th St Location and you don't know how to talk to your employees? I hope this reaches the right people and the right person can answer me because as of right now the manager at this location does not know communication. read more

Visiting Oregon from California and stayed at the hotel down the street from this Arby's. My family of 6 all wanted meals so we went to pick up food. The attitude was good in the beginning, but by the 4th/5th meal the girl helping me at the window started getting attitude. Before letting me finish my order she told me my total and started to give more attitude when I told her I wasn't finished ordering. There was 1 car in front of us, they got their order and left. Nobody behind us. We waited for a while and another car came after us to order. The girl answered him on the headset rudely. Another car came, they also got treated rudely by headset girl. At this point the girl on the headset is becoming frantic and starts talking shit about "the giant ass order" while I'm sitting at the open drive thru window clearly listening to her. Another car comes to the order, the girl on the headset answers her rudely as well and then starts talking about how she's pissed she's going to have to be there till midnight. Finally got the order, was missing a sandwich so I had to go in and get it. Waited on the side for a while, headset girl didn't even look at me. I believe it was the manager/supervisor that came out and asked what I needed and I told her I was missing a sandwich. She then asked headset girl about if she messed up the order to which her response was, "yeah with that giant order I probably fucking forgot something I don't care". Manager handed me the sandwich and as I turned I could hear the manager talking about me to headset girl before I even got to the door. I've worked in fast food before. I get drive thru orders can get big, but no need to act rude. We got to the drive thru almost a whole hour before closing. Nowhere did I complain or talk back to this girl or her manager. There was absolutely no reason for the manager/supervisor to join in on the shit talking either. I was nothing but polite to them when I was at drive thru and when I came inside to get my missing sandwich. Terrible experience. read more

Took my son to get his lunch at Arby's. He walked in and there was an elderly man waiting for his food my son was placing his order and the person taking it didn't even ask him what size he wanted. The elderly man was still waiting for his food . My son came out and was telling me this. Very very miss managed place to eat. Never will I take him there again. They care more about the drive thru then the costumers in the lobby. read more

We were in town for a Dental appointment, and stopped by this Arby's, are cashier and order taker was a young man by the name of Jason, and let me tell you, this man was such a courteous and kind person, who was working very hard, what you have hear is a Rock Star, I sure hope he is a manager, if not, I would recommend him! Some background information; I'm a college student and a military dependent. I went into Arby's today and had the nicest lady take my order. I walked in with coupons and I was a little embarrassed by it so I explained that I'm a broke college student. She was amazing. She then complimented me on going to school and put in the effort to make small talk by asking what I went to school for and such. I love it when people do that. I also had my wallet sitting out showing my dependent military ID. Most places don't accept the red military ID because most people think we are "just dependents" so I didn't bothering asking if there was a discount. I later looked at the receipt and saw this. What an amazing lady. I will now always love Arby's. read more

Very disappointed in Arby's as I learned today, they no longer honor all military veterans with a 10% discount as they have done in the past. I was told they now only give the 10% discount to Active Duty personnel. They no longer honor all veterans including retired personnel. It is good they give the discount to Active Duty individuals but fail to recognize those retired who served 20 plus years. This is a demonstration of greed and total disrespect and dishonor to all those who have served this country. read more

We are Californians visiting Oregon and we were so happy to see an Arby's that we had to stop by! However, not only was the food amazing (5 stars) but the manager Ingrid was so kind to us. She asked if we were locals and when we explained that we were on our honeymoon she got so excited for us and threw in a sweet treat with our meal for the way. Very new, very clean. Service was pretty unfriendly, kind of slow for mid afternoon. Chicken sandwich was drier than I've had it at other Arby's so I suppose overcooked. No napkins out, you have to ask which is really annoying for a fast food place. read more

We stopped by Arby's on Christmas eve afternoon. Ordered and sat down. The restaurant was freezing cold. When we asked management about the heat, we were told the the heat has been broken and has not been working for the past 3 weeks. All of the employees were wearing their winter coats inside. If I worked there I would be making a complaint to BOLI about the the freezing working conditions. BTW the food was good. read more

I recently visited this local Arby's location on South 6th Street in Klamath Falls, Oregon. When I pulled up to the drive through I was promptly greeted with a friendly voice convincing me to try the new brisket bacon sandwich. When I got to the window I met Gene. Gentleman has a great personality and also convinced me to try the bronco berry sauce on my mozzarella sticks. It was delicious! They even ran and gave me a fresh stick to try with the new sauce before giving me my order. Great customer service, probably the best fast food in Klamath Falls. Definitely a 5 star experience. Arby's is my first choice when it comes to fast food, although the last few months the food hasn't been the same. Service is friendly but oh so SLOW, half the order has been wrong the last 3times, decided to try the new fish sandwich and it was so gross I almost puked. I just returned home from Arby's in Klamath Falls Oregon. One item we ordered was a Buffalo Chicken slider, when we got home instead I had a Roast Beef/Jalopeno slider. Watching our order being put together, 3 different people looked at the bags and rearranged the placement of items. Still this mistake was made. No excuse for this.
