Terrible!!! Took a hour to get my food, lady couldn't take my order right and they still got it all wrong! The place is thrashed.

If you're looking for something unique, I'd recommend our Epic Burritos. They're one of our signature items and come in various flavors. One of the favorites is the Epic Cali Bacon Burrito, which has carne asada, crinkle-cut fries, bacon, and guacamole. Customer: That sounds delicious. Do you have any other signature items? Employee: Absolutely! Another popular item is the Del Taco. It features seasoned beef, freshly grated cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and chopped tomatoes in a crunchy shell. It's a classic and definitely worth trying. Customer: Great, I'll try both of those. Thanks for the recommendations! Employee: You're welcome! However, they were frequently on their cell phones between every order and never changed their gloves or wash their hands. I was here on opening night and it was a mad house! The staff is clearly new to having a job, but that's ok. There were plenty of managers on the floor to help when my cashier couldn't figure out how to make my Beyond Burrito a meal, or count back change, or... you get the idea. The Beyond Tacos are vegan and gluten-free if you order them without cheese. When it comes to fast food, I prefer Beyond meat over Impossible meat, so I was excited to try Del Taco's plant-based offering. Here's the skinny: the Beyond meat tasted more like chili than taco meat, and it was too thick/heavy imo. It's not bad, but it's not fantastic either. I prefer my Beyond meat as a burger from Carl's Jr. That being said, if I'm ever in the mood for chili fries, I'm heading to Del Taco - that should be just about right for the Beyond flavor. And Del Taco has amazing fries! I'm so glad Klamath Falls is getting more "modern" food choices that include vegan/vegetarian options, even if it is still just fast food for now. read more

As a brand spanking new resident of Klamath Falls, I came here hoping the food would be the same as the Del Tacos I've been going to in SoCal. Thank goodness it is! Went to get a taco few days ago and the man handling then window hands were absolutely disgusting black and I don't see how you can work with food and your boss allows you to work yes your not making food but you should maybe wear gloves if your hands are that nasty and cant be washed or whatever the issue was but that was nasty asf to see while waiting on food i could see if i was at a tire shop or something ‍ please teach your employees good hygiene is mandatory!!!! read more

This place is a f'ing joke, it took three tries to place a simple 3 taco order (literally all that was ordered) we were asked to pull around and then we sat at the window waiting to pay with absolutely no acknowledgement that we were even there... Long waits and rude management. I told the manager, Summer they were out of Cherry coke at which point she nodded her head. I then waited for my food patiently and when she called my name I told her that I was still waiting for cherry coke. She then said we are out. The General Manager Summer was so rude to a customer today that was just letting her know they were out of cherry coke. because he interrupted her she said while she was standing there silent (taking a drive thru order) she said that he was rude and to never come back. I wish the manager or owner would teach their staff how to return change to the customer. I'm tired of being handed my change, bills, and receipt all waded up only to have the change fall out on the floor or ground at the drive up window. I went threw drive-thru Tuesday night, I order 2 combo meals. The portions are not very big, but the fries are GOOD. I ordered 2 sides of secret sauce( for the fries) and the girls working the window didn't get it and charged me for Queso cheese ( which I hate) and if I want cheese for my fries I want plain ol' nacho cheese. Very disappointed. Seems that the new del taco in Klamath is just getting worse and worse as time goes on. All the tables where sprayed down to be cleaned but where not wiped sown so couldn't sit anywhere, brought it up to the staff, they seemed to not care. so we took our food to go and it looked like a toddler made our food.
