After the third attempt to get his attention with no luck I yelled HELLO!! And he walked over. I told him about the situation and he says to me "I don't know what to tell you" and turns to walk away. I of course did not let him walk away, I demanded a refund and got it after another 10 minutes and him having to call the store manager for permission. I said I was going to the other location and he actually told me not to bother, they are just as slow over there and that they have the same owner that doesn't give a shit!! Why does corporate not shut them down? Even worse than that, why do people here put up with it??

She said she was wrapping up her shift in 5 minutes, and could personally deliver the chicken to our home. We compromised instead on a halfway meeting place, and she made the effort to personally hand it off, along with a yuuuge, complimentary brownie for dessert.
