It's nice to know that when you're in a pinch, some places can still be relied on. We're driving from north Nevada to Alaska with very few stops. But when the hungries hit, we hit this TB, not knowing what to expect. The food was not only on-mark, it was ready in a hurry and the people were super friendly. I got a burrito and saw that no breakfast salsa was out, I have a stomach ulcer and the breakfast salsa is very tasty and easier on my stomach. I was told "it's not breakfast". My wife and I went to this Taco Bell on the way home one night. We went through the drive though, then when we got home we checked out food and they had messed up on both meals. We called them and they said next time we come down they will remake the food for us. Well it was late and we were heading to bed so we told them e would be in the next day. When arriving the next day, bringing in our receipt and telling them about it. They proceeded to argue with us that they wouldn't have messed up on the food, and treated us like we were just making the full story up. I felt insulted and we just ended up leaving. Upon talking to other people I know about this, I had found out that blaming the customer for their mistakes and promising things they never deliver is something they do often. This restaurant never fails to completely ruin my experience here. The last time I went, I ordered a couple of seasoned beef Quesoritos. Taking my order home seeing the correct item rang up on the receipt, I assumed everything was fine. Until I went to enjoy my meal. I received to beefy Fritos burritos, from the dollar menu.. that's right, I paid close to $6 for $2 in food. I understand that's a small amount, but in reality I could have fed 4 bums on the street for the extra money they made off me. the company also refused to credit or refund me the difference when I went in to make it right.
