Genuinely just got the greatest grilled cheese burrito I've had in my life from here. Might even be contender for best Taco Bell experience I've had. Just finished at the gym and wanted something quick, lady at the window was very kind and got me my food swiftly. You don't understand how much that one grilled cheese burrito made my day. I was very happy and contented with it. Made me smile. Thanks Taco Bell. read more

I am a huge fan of their breakfast! It's decent in price, and they have a breakfast hot sauce! The inside is clean, new and a few poeple will sit to eat! The employees are really nice and if your a Door Dasher on Halloween they will give free drinks for long wait! read more

Went in to order food and was completely ignored for about 10 minutes. After asking to order we were told it would be a minute, after another 5 minutes we were told no counter person order at the kiosk. No thank you we had questions and wanted to speak with a person. Never returning , helped every car but not people who actually wanted to sit and eat. Zero customer service. read more

This Taco Bell was very bad. I ordered a taco with no meat no beans they gave me all beans. No sour cream like I asked. They took over 35 minutes to where we finally left. Do not go there table service. read more

One of the night shift members was very rude and unprofessional, he answered the phone laughing, and told me that they were busy when they clearly weren't. i had to wait over an hour for my food to be delivered. read more

DoorDash totally screwed up my order, but this Taco Bell crew completely fixed it and remade my entire order. They went above and beyond, they were even training new crew members from what I overheard and took extra care to make sure the order was right. It's nice to know that when you're in a pinch, some places can still be relied on. We're driving from north Nevada to Alaska with very few stops. But when the hungries hit, we hit this TB, not knowing what to expect. The food was not only on-mark, it was ready in a hurry and the people were super friendly. This might sound crazy but the bean burritos were huge. The way they used to make them 30 years ago. I received a beefy 5-layer that I almost couldn't finish. I hope this wasn't a fluke and I hope I get back here again, someday! 07/22 read more

We stopped there once, went to use the restroom, employee just walked out of. Smoking in the bathroom, sink was dry as if he didn't wash his hands. Food was terrible. For starters, was rudely told by staff to go use the kiosk to order, not sure why she couldn't wait on She was not busy. After using the kiosk, we chose to pay cash, never using this before we assumed we would pay cash when our order was ready we stood there and stood there watching everybody get their food while we waited. finally a gal asked for somebody to ask if we had paid yet, we said no we put our order in, but nobody told us that we had to pay at that time. So not knowing that we were standing there waiting for our but nobody came over to take our money therefore we waited about 30 minutes to get our tacos. absolutely horrible customer service except the one person that finally looked over and realized we were still standing there and had never gotten our food. Even one employee said she was looking for another job because customer service there, they had no idea what that even meant. Definitely will never go back again. If I could give a zero star, that is what I would give. read more

The service was absolutely horrible. I ordered a chicken soft toco off the Menu board. They charged me 6.79 when the menu board said it was 5.18 When I questioned it I was told that they no long make the chicken soft toco so they had to modify the beef toco and that is why it cost more. I was also told by a very rude lead/manager that they are a franchise and they can do what ever they want!! Stay away from the Toco Bell in Klamath Falls, OR read more

I love Taco Bell however this location SUCKS! I get fast food is hard, ignorant for those to say it's not. But if you're so damn unhappy and ungrateful for a job to help prevent yourself from being homeless, quit. Quit your job. If you roll your eyes and sigh when someone like myself places a $38 order just to get half of the ingredients for the entire order. When I asked for a remake of items, for example I order a "cheesy roll up" for my daughter and she damn near gets just a warm tortilla, and receive attitude. When I stand patiently in-line like customers who haven't ordered and politely say "hi, I'm missing my two chalupas" and give my receipt and again meet with attitude. In all just avoid this place. It's ashamed the only fast food restaurant that cares is McDonald's in klamath falls read more

Awful. So called food is just gross. I'll never go into another Taco Bell anywhere. Service is incredibly slow.

Paid cash and got no receipt. No beef in my two burritos I made very clear that I did not want steak but beef and got bean wtf. God bless nothing there. read more

This is the only Taco Bell I have experienced this at....... I got a burrito and saw that no breakfast salsa was out, I have a stomach ulcer and the breakfast salsa is very tasty and easier on my stomach. I was told "it's not breakfast". Okay, so because it's not breakfast I still can't even get a pack of the salsa? "No sorry". So in conclusion guys, if you come through here for breakfast and ask for LUNCH hot sauces you're probably SOL. Beyond ridiculous. read more

Taco Bell - This is the bean burrito I paid for. All three were very sad. - Fast Food Near Me - Klamath Falls, Oregon

shitty "customer service", shitty workers, shitty management, shitty food. i don't expect much from fast food places but the least they can do is make my food right ( which is PLAIN) and not be rude about THEM messing up MY food i spend money on. They tried to argue w me about them putting lettuce on my food, i'm not a moron unlike them, i can clearly tell what lettuce is. they're careless, useless and overall assholes. they need to be fired, that's NOT customer service. ALSO the soda sucks and they forgot my chips and cheese. read more

Do you have a constipated stomach? Are you hesitant to take laxatives to clear out your bowels? If you are Taco Bell is there to help. After going through the drive through paying a decent amount for a little food. This food is quality Mexican food packaged at a distribution center and hand crafted by your local high school kid. How does it taste? Absolutely disgusting. After stuffing your self and trying to contain your nausea and immediately regretting your decision, you should feel the urge to shit yourself in a matter of minutes. Enjoy! read more

My wife and I went to this Taco Bell on the way home one night. We went through the drive though, then when we got home we checked out food and they had messed up on both meals. We called them and they said next time we come down they will remake the food for us. Well it was late and we were heading to bed so we told them e would be in the next day. When arriving the next day, bringing in our receipt and telling them about it. They proceeded to argue with us that they wouldn't have messed up on the food, and treated us like we were just making the full story up. I felt insulted and we just ended up leaving. Upon talking to other people I know about this, I had found out that blaming the customer for their mistakes and promising things they never deliver is something they do often. I would highly recommend if you want Taco Bell do not visit this one. read more

My nephew & family went to Taco Bell on Washburn Way Klamath Falls OR. Sat 07/27/2019 night. My nephew had the Los Doritos Tacos & a Cheesie Burrito. He woke up this morning extremely sick. Puking every few minutes can't even hold down water. I have him trying to suck on ice cubes. I feel as though food contamination is the cause. I know when I visited your establishment the first week that you opened the new building the place was a mess. In all the years I have eaten at Taco Bell I have NEVER seen it like that night. There was garbage on the floor in the cooking area & the employees were just screwing off. Now my nephew is very sick. I Love Taco Bell Please get a handle on this very serious problem!! You clean it up I will be happy to give you a good review until then I'm going to the one out on So 6th Klamath Falls read more

This restaurant never fails to completely ruin my experience here. The last time I went, I ordered a couple of seasoned beef Quesoritos. Taking my order home seeing the correct item rang up on the receipt, I assumed everything was fine. Until I went to enjoy my meal. I received to beefy Fritos burritos, from the dollar menu.. that's right, I paid close to $6 for $2 in food. I understand that's a small amount, but in reality I could have fed 4 bums on the street for the extra money they made off me. the company also refused to credit or refund me the difference when I went in to make it right. Tonight I order a beefy 5 later, and receive it cold! The cheese wasn't even close to melted and even the beef was chilled a bit. Sorry but I didn't pay to get sick, and I am definitely going to take the extra 4 minutes to drive to the south 6th location, at least then I know I'll get what I ordered. read more

It took 27 minutes for us to get our food. People were honking in line and everything. There were FOUR girls there. It should not take 27 minutes for 3 tacos, a burrito and a crunchwrap. To top it all off the girl who made the crunchwrap had set it on the front counter where other customers put their hands/money!!! I know for a fact had not been wiped down because there were food crumbs visible from the window! Unbelievable! Unsanitary! Was not going to ask for another one just to wait another half an hour and aggravate the four other cars behind us. Wasted almost $12.00 on food we couldn't eat and everything was cold! The two other girls were just standing around talking! Those four girls working tonight should be severely monitored. No sense of urgency, no sense of workmanship pride, and flat out careless. I wish I could have gotten their names. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. The one on South 6th isn't much better. Once stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes, while two to three employees looked directly at me and just walked around talking. After waiting a few more minutes, and being ignored, I walked out. Needless to say we will not be going to Taco Bell again. Terrible terrible service... read more
