Besides the fact, there was a small piece of plastic in my pizza most of the ingredients, especially the meat we all clump in about 1/3 of the pizza, leaving just cheese and a few bits of onion on the other side. There seemed to be diced tomato and mango shortage on our pizza, and it didn't look anything like the picture as we were trying it for the first time. Unfortunately there are no vegan dressings available, not even oil and vinegar. I hope this fact changes as the restaurant gets more time under it's belt - it's still rather new. The staff seems friendly and helpful - they were happy to look up the ingredients on the gluten-free crust for me. Beer available, and I was told wine will be available soon. It's extremely loud inside, like an echo chamber when the place is full. But the vibe is good and there are plenty of TVs to watch the games that you want to watch. A cardboard crust and about 5 cups of over-sweet sauce. The sauce was falling out in huge blobs! Noisy cafeteria atmosphere completed an unpleasant experience. "Pizza the way it oughta be!" Mediocre food. Frozen marinara sauce. Underwhelming unwelcoming ambiance. What they don't tell you upon ordering your food is that the estimated time to receive a pizza is 1 hr 40 minutes. In our situation, we ordered a pizza in the midst of a group of other people. Time stamp on the receipt says 5:36 PM. At 6:14 as members of our party begin receiving their food, an employee began looking for our meal which it turns out had ended up missing. To make up for the admittedly minor inconvenience we were offered a refund for our meal. At 6:19 the manager directed staff to issue a a 50% refund stating that "it hadn't been 30 minutes yet" and therefore a complete refund was unavailable, citing the secret 1hr 40 minute wait time. While no other orders were observed to be missing, multiple customers presented orders they alleged to be incorrect. A similar lack of resolutions appeared to be offered to them. Our "remade" pizza arrived at 6:35. It's a new location, maybe in time the situation will improve. For now, I would recommend keeping your distance. Update, our "remade" order forgot to include the appetizers we ordered. When confronted on this 1 hour and 20 minutes from the original order we were verbally offered a future comp'd meal. Appetizers were received at 7:08. 48 minutes after the order was *re* submitted. 1 hour and 34 minutes after the original order was place. Also, a significant water spill occurred and the reaction was to dab it up with napkins and place a wet floor sign over the puddle. At least they sell Bubly's. If this level of service is to be expected I may recommend a more expansive selection of alcohol to numb the unhappy customers. read more

This location continues to disappoint and not deliver on expectations. I have made multiple orders from this location and 4 out of 6 of them have been extremely frustrating and dissatisfactory. 11/26/23 online order was placed for delivery, pizza was promised by 6:02, no contact was made, restaurant was called at 6:22, employee (assistant manager) stated delivery was attempted but they couldn't find the address, no contact was attempted from driver or store (delivery has been made here previously in the dark, driver called and transaction was satisfactory). My intuition and past experience tells me order wasn't completed and no attempt was made at all, two store employees straight up lied over the phone. Previous order was placed 30 minutes in advance for pickup, upon arrival to the store order was not ready, watched multiple people walk in and place orders and receive orders before mine was filled (one pizza and small wings). I have been to mountain mikes all over the west coast and this location by far is the worst with the most incompetent and untruthful people I have ever experienced in the food industry. We went to try out Mountain Mike's pizza this afternoon. The restaurant was empty when we walked in. It's a pretty clean place and the bathrooms aren't gas station dirty. The beer on tap selections were reasonably varied and included some I like. A soda pop fountain out in the dining room area ensured fill ups. We ordered the Everest combo, and it came relatively quickly. The bready-style crust was a bit crispy but not anything out of the ordinary. The pizza had very little sauce and was sparing on the cheese, but a lot of people like it like that. This pizza was mounded with toppings and matched the picture in their website and menus. I felt that, even with all the toppings, the pizza lacked flavor in the form of delicious, but unhealthy, grease. It was pretty dry and surprisingly bland for all the goodies piled on. I'd definitely eat there again and will try something simple, like pepperoni, with a request for more sauce and cheese next time. read more

so I called today to find out the Valentine's Day special that's going on the woman that answered the phone was very very rude. I asked her what came on the pizza what size it was and it seem like it was such an inconvenience for her to describe what kind of pizza is available for Valentine's Day no keep in mind I have six kids and would have ordered four or five of these pizzas to feed my family, she gets very upset. I ask what her name is so I me a trust her by her name she asked me to repeat myself three times and I did so and then she said oh no and hung up on me that's not the worst part I called back a second time and I get the manager. I try to explain to the manager what just happened and she is very very rude. She would not let me speak. She kept speaking over me yelling no I've been in customer service for most of my life and I know that in the situation , you have to listen and make the customer happy as she did not and continued to keep yelling wouldn't let me know who I spoke with so I can file a complaint against the woman that hung up on me so now I'm going to file a complaint with the Owner, corporate and district manager about the manager and Klamath Falls and the receptionist that answered the phone they have poor very poor customer service, and will definitely not go to Mountain. Mike's and I will let my friends and family know how mountain Mike's in Klamath Falls treats their customers.
