While the presentation was great, the taste didn't quite match expectations. The breakfast tacos listed potatoes, but they ended up being more like tater tots, and the tortillas weren't warm -- my friend wasn't very fond of them. I ordered the #5 sandwich, which was described as being on jalapeño toast, but it came on regular toast instead, along with a pickle on the side. The sandwich itself was okay -- not bad, but something I could easily make at home. For the two drinks and two food items, we paid around $40, which felt a bit high considering the overall food experience. It seems like the consensus for the reviews are to stick with the burgers, steak, and ribs. The potato chips weren't the crispiest but solid regardless. Juicy Lucy is a heavy burger with two beef patties with cheese in the middle. We didn't realize how much food the Juicy Lucy was going to be, we could have shared it and been satisfied. There is only outdoor seating. The seating is under a covered canopy. The food was fantastic. We stopped in for dinner and the burger was exactly what I was looking for as well as the chili and fries. We stayed over in Crescent and saw that this place was starting serve breakfast on Monday mornings, so we popped in again before our next hike. The same folks were working again and remembered us immediately from the night before. The menu is great and has all the main breakfast staples. Pancakes, eggs, and bacon were perfection. You guys are gonna kill it during the breakfast hours. Definitely will be back on one of my many trips from California to Bend.
