We wanted to get mac & cheese and some chicken for dinner, so decided to go to this KFC near our hotel. It was about an hour before closing, the store was empty but there were plenty of customers in drive thru lane and for take out. This KFC shared the location with Taco Bell as well. The inside of the store was so nice, loved the iconic bucket hanging from the ceiling. Lots of tables for dining in. We put in order in a kiosk. Sadly it took them 20 minutes tell us they didn't have the original chicken anymore, so we settled for crispy ones. Took them another 10 minutes to hand us our order. The staff in general were friendly. Despite such disappointing service, the food was incredible. The mac and cheese, coleslaw, chicken all were so tasty. And the biscuits, I can't forget them, those were so nice. After eating these delicious meal, we let go some of our grudge for the slowest service. read more

Honestly really good food from this KFC. Chickens were crispy, warm, good portion. Biscuits and Mac&cheese were buttery. We definitely waited a while for the food to come out. Looked like lots online orders and they seemed to finish those orders first. The dining area was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. This was 21:00 (9pm). This place needs to be visited by the Dept of health and a regional manager. Immediately. 1. The entire floor was awash in filthy water. Wasn't even close to dry after 20 minutes. 2. The kitchen crew performed like the Keystone Kops. Three different people wondered if they should take my order until someone finally did. 3. They got my order wrong. 4. My drink cup was presented to me by someone who stuck three fingers inside the cup. No gloves. 5. Four of the drink options were unavailable 6. When I opened the bag I noticed there were no napkins. There were none by the utensils. I went to the counter and asked for some napkins .... and was handed *one* ....with the explanation that they had run out. The gloveless woman had 3 or 4 more in her hand behind her back which she begrudgingly surrendered to me. I thanked her,.. reminding her that the food is finger licking' good. Her "huhhh??" expression told me she had no clue that I had just quoted her employer's famous strap line. 7. The food was greasy, the portions continuing to shrink...especially the biscuits. 8. The bathroom was suitable only for rats. The toilet was "full." Paper on the floor. Multiple attempts to caulk the bottom of the toilet. (What plumber does that?!?). Wash my hands before returning to work? I hope no one used this dump. 9. We got a kick out of the hand-written notices on the ordering kiosks; they both apologized for any "In con vein ance." Guessing it was written by the portly gentleman whose hair net covered maybe 40% of his bushy beard. I sure hope this is a company-owned store. Ordered ahead of time, online, to pick up Dinner for my son's birthday. Husband got there right on time and they insisted they did not have the order, despite showing them the order and the charge on my credit card. My husband had to argue with the staff to get them to make it, then suddenly they found the order. By the time the order was ready, we were running 30 minutes behind. When my husband got home, the restaurant is 40 minutes away, we realized they hadn't given us half the order. We tried to call for several days and no one will answer the phone. They're 800 number for corporate is also not being answered. This is fast food, so are you all rating it as if you're expecting elegant white tablecloth dining from a celebrity chef? I don't get it. As fast food, it blows the doors off the Big 3 of burgers (McD, BK, W), and provides better value as well. In three visits over the last year, I've had one semi-dry breast, but the rest of the pieces (mostly breast and thigh) have been moist and delicious. The place is clean. Bonus for allowing you to pick the pieces you want in combos and allowing you to mix original recipe and extra crispy. And the Colonel Sanders tribute on the walls is practically a free museum. First off they handed me the whole wrong order. Then my order was missing more than half of what I ordered but thanks to all the reviews before I knew to check my bag. Tried to give this place a chance but the food is soggy cold and the chicken sandwiches look like they have yesterdays boneless chicken cut in half slapped on the bread. About a week ago I went to this KFC Hudson, MA. at about 9:30pm. They close at 10pm. I got a 2 piece chicken and went to sit near the soda machine. On the seat was like mayonnaise so I asked the young man to wipe it off so it wouldn't get on anyone's clothes, I was surprised as to what he said next..... I'll wipe it at 10pm that's when they lock the doors to the dining room. I said what if someone sits in it.... He didn't care. He said again he would do it in about 1/2 an hour. Unbelievable!!!! The next day I called 3 times from 8:30pm no one answered the phone. This KFC is 20mins from my home. When I got there the dinning room was locked at 9:30pm and the doors was supposed to be open till 10pm. I would never say this but the employee who would not wipe the seat and the manager who is responsible for when the doors get locked, both of these KFC employees should be fired. On top of all this I called KFC corporation the next day and the person who I was talking to while I was explaining the situation the phone was hung up on me! Don't know if that was intentional but before that happened I gave my name, cell number and to no surprise I've not received a return call and it's now been 5 days. I've been at this KFC enough to say this.... it's one of the worst run KFC I've been to. KFC upper level management should review this store. I understand that if this happened if I ordered it on DD or GH but not when I'm literally sitting at the window. Today i was at taco bell/KFC at around 9:30 pm at the Hudson location. We looked at the order board of the drive through and found what we all wanted. Me and my cousin decided to share a large popcorn chicken and a big nacho fries supreme from taco bell we asked how big the popcorn chicken was and he said it was large and that there was a bigger one for $10. we ordered the bigger one and the fries. when we get home (20 minutes from the taco bell/kfc) we open it up to see a small little container with about 6 fries and a some little nacho and small tomato pieces, then a small box of popcorn chicken! the box was smaller than an 11 year olds hand. this is really surprising because we were supposed to be sharing this but we had to get a pizza after because it didn't fill us up. read more

My family and I are regular customers at this location. A few months back it got revamped and the atmosphere is much more cozy and inviting. My kids love the popcorn chicken, my husband and I the crispy recipe. Asides from being a bit pricey, it's definitely worth the variety and quality of food you're getting.
