I don't eat very much of this drive-through chicken but once in a while, it's OK. I had a good experience. The person taking my order was very patient since the overwhelming menu didn't have what I needed. She told me what was the best price for what I was ordering. I ordered the original chicken not the extra crispy so it did come off kind of soggy. The only thing I would recommend is when someone is ordering from a drive-through to always put in utensils and extra napkins. One piece of napkin is not going to help with a four piece chicken drumsticks. The person didn't ask if I wanted some condiments so I had to tell her. I think they can work on some of those customer service skills in the drive-through line. read more

I went to pick up my order and the manger stated I already gave that order to someone else. And I was like and how is that my fault you either give me my order or give me a refund but I'm not leaving here till something is done. The manager to start off doesn't know how to talk to customer she started raising her voice and I was like is not my fault you don't know how to do your job. I had to call corporate to make a complaint and see if I get a refund. Because the manager said she could have done either. read more

No surprise this place has a 1.5 start rating , now I know why. I drive up to the drive through and there is no response from inside and it's not like there is a line of people at the door waiting to get in. So I drive up to the window , the ladies just look at me not caring to come to the window and then when I get my food the chicken is all dried up , no taste what so ever . DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE ... horrible service . read more

I absolutely hate this KFC location! Every time I go inside the floors and tables are dirty. They never get my order right. They are sometimes rude. Mark this one in the 'if I could give 0 stars I would' category. Been to this location a few times with no real issue besides having to pull up front and wait for my order. Hesitated to go again after reading all the bad reviews but my son wanted nuggets from KFC. Drove up and was told they don't have nuggets, I would have to wait, then oh wait we don't have them at all. I ordered a tender meal and 8 piece meal. Cashier told me to pull up front per usual. After about 10 minutes I see a worker come out with two bags of food and asks me what I ordered and I told him exactly what I ordered and he looked at me in shock as if I read a completely different order he walks to the car behind me and I see the lady tell him her order and he walks back to me. To my disbelief, the worker asks if I ordered the tenders and 8 piece meal. I tell him yes and he tells his manager or someone in his earpiece nevermind I found the person. I tell him I gave you my exact order 3 minutes ago and you walked away, his response was 'yeah' and walks back into the store. Food was garbage. The chicken skin was soggy and falling apart. The chicken looked like someone used their hands and rubbed all the batter and skin until it fell off and broke into pieces. They did leave me a nice present of a feather on my chicken wing for extra flavoring and forgot my gravy for my mashed potatoes. SMH. $42 worth of food and 2 napkins and no utensils. Never again. read more

I feel compelled to share by experience from today. You see, I have childhood memories of KFC being great. My father would buy KFC nearly every mother's day so my mom wouldn't have to cook dinner. It wasn't the best, but we all enjoyed it. Today was very different. I want to the KFC on Louetta and 249 (for the first time in about 5 years). I downloaded the app and ordered ahead. We arrived, and they told me that my order had already been picked up - but I am me, and I didn't get it. They said they'd re-make it - no problem. I asked for for our cups. The drink machine looked like a disaster and was in serious need of deep-cleaning. I pushed the ice-dispenser and got 2 ice cubes AND AN ORANGE BALLPOINT PEN FELL INTO MY CUP. I'm not even joking! I walked to the counter, my stomach in knots, now, as I contemplated germs mixing around all of the ice in the dispenser. I really wanted to take a picture, but the lady at the counter took it and threw it in the trash before I could. My daughter had black flecks in her cup after dumping her ice out. Every table and seat in the restaurant had crumbs and/or grease on it. We cleaned our own table to eat at. The floors were dirty, and the parking lot matched the inside of the restaurant with trash everywhere. Besides giving me their "classic" rather than their "spicy" chicken sandwich as I had ordered, and not giving us all the cookies we ordered, the food looked old. My individual mashed potatoes and gravy had old and crusty gravy all around the edges. Word to the wise: pull off the crunchy skin to see what is underneath before you take a bite. The meat was minimal, and somehow I got a bunch of backbone and a good lung nugget to boot! Gross! Oh, and they never apologized for the ballpoint pen in their ice/my cup. They just got me a new cup. How kind. Bottom line: avoid this KFC if you want to live read more

We went to the KFC on 249 & Louetta to get some dinner on the way home 07/28/2024 (Sunday). As many, we are still recovering from Beryl, and our fridge has just the bare minimum since we had to throw away everything. We ordered the 12 piece dinner, $40.04, so we would have some extra for tomorrow. What we ended up with was 12 pieces of old, dried up cold chicken. It's been years since I've visited KFC, and this will be the last time. They served us food that should have been thrown into the trash, but they thought placing it into their bucket and sending it home with us was a better option. We went there at 8 pm, two hours before closing time, so there is absolutely no excuse, except they just don't care. We were able to eat a couple of pieces, but those too were dried out. We were too tired to take it back. We never got a receipt when we paid. We were asked to wait on the other side of the store while the order was being filled. (Drive thru) Once we got home and opened the bucket, I looked for the receipt, but it was not in the bag either. The key in the picture is to show the size of the chicken. Don't waste your time with this place. I emailed the corporate office that night, then again 48 hours later, but they never responded to me either. They have your money, and it does not affect their stock, so they DO NOT CARE! read more

Yup. This place still sucks. I keep giving it try once a year or so to see if they've changed and it disappoints every time. People are waking out because there's nobody at the counter. The person listed on my receipt says Osvaldo. Not sure if this is the correct person, but the cashier was beyond rude! There apparently is an up charge for white meat on their two piece combo, but that was not disclosed until I was at the window. When I asked for ketchup and honey she gave two packets each which I guess was supposed to be sufficient for my order. I asked for more ketchup and she glared at me as barked "What do you want?!" ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! From the service to the food! I do not know how this place is even open I wish I would have read reviews before I went there. The food was absolutely terrible. I used to love their cole slaw but it was sour tasting and just down right horrible! And to top it of the drinks were all gross Dr Pepper. Pepsi, and Mountain Dew.... absolutely sub-par. I asked for a 12 pc dark, this was at 8:25 "we don't have enough for a 12 pc, we only have chicken tenders" I said ok, can you just give me the dark you have mixed WITH the tenders? A gentleman (or lack thereof) grabs the mic from the female who was helping me and exclaims "maam! it's either all chicken or all tenders!". I said ok, so you have white meat then..? no response, completely ignored, I sat behind 3 cars just so I could wait to get out of the line. if you want KFC, drive 1/2. mile further up the road to Louetta and Jones, the customer service is always great, food always hot, THEY DONT RUN OUT OF CHICKEN AT 8:00. read more

When I asked for my money back, a another cashier came and began questioning me about returning the sandwhich (she knew what was going on) in a rude and disrespectful manner as to scare me into forgetting about my request. I politely stood my ground but she was really upset and hastily threw away my sandwich while telling the cashier to make me a New one.
