Earlier today, my sister and I went through the drive thru to KFC and bought coleslaw and 3 biscuits. The representative asked if I would like honey, which I relied, "yes please." When I got home and emptied my bag, I was surprised at the amount of honey packs received. There were 21 total packs. I only used 1 pack per biscuit. I suggest the operations manager talk with staff and provide a ratio for how many honey packs should be distributed. Think about how many customers go to KFC each day and how quickly this restaurant must go through inventory of all products. This review is not to get anyone in trouble, but an opportunity to become more efficient and save the restaurant money. Drive thru customer service is great at this location. She was quick and accurate. According to the guys who ended up eating the meal they said it was delicious. Of all fast food chicken nuggets KFC nuggets are my favorite because it seems like it's chicken pieces and not processed chicken. I could be wrong but either way they're yummy. read more

Out of all of the KFCs I've been to, this one has been by far the worst. The employees were very rude and unprofessional. The floors inside are greasy and I almost slipped and fell. I drove up for a chicken sandwich and fries. They let me know at the window they were out of fries and asked if I'd like another side instead. I chose mashed potatoes and the attendant yelled "mash & gravy" to the crew and everyone started busting out laughing altogether. Could have been an inside joke but then a worker came to the window seemingly just to get a look at my face, started laughing, and then walked off. It made me feel really uncomfortable and I probably shouldn't have eaten the food but I paid damn near $20 for a sandwich and a side. Anyways, woke up after a couple days with a sore throat. Usually I think going to KFC is easy and reliable. Not so. The last time I went, the chicken tasted nothing like KFC. I couldn't taste any of the spices that are well known.I was shocked. Wow ive been to countless KFC's in my life, but by far this was a top 3 KFC!! Ive been to them in japan, amsterdam, africa. So, I was recently just wandering around town and stumbled upon this little fried chicken shop. A lovely spot that goes by "Kentucky Fried Chicken." How very novel, I thought to myself, so I decided to give it a shot. And I must say, the meal I had here was downright life-altering. I really don't think I can ever go back to eating regular fried chicken. This is the Mount Everest of fried chicken spots. I climbed to the top of that mountain and there's no looking back. It is paramount. Every other establishment that would dare serve its lesser fried chicken would honestly be better off simply closing its doors. In all seriousness, this is a KFC. It serves KFC chicken that is basically the same as all other KFC chicken. It's cheap and it's good and I have no problem with that. The place is clean, there's usually parking, and the service has always been good for me. What a rip-off... Pretty dang expensive just for fried chicken. Even Safeway's chicken is decent and cheaper right across the street. Especially on $5 Fridays. Secret is toss those leftover soggy Safeway fried chicken into your air fryer just to recrisp them as good as new. Chinese restaurants pay attention... I grew up eating KFC when I lived within close walking distance as a kid. My absolute favorite was Woolworths fried chicken. Shell gas station sells tastier fried chicken for cheaper. Even after eating their meals often leave me still feeling hungry. Hope they did something about the hazardous drive thru thats likely to damage your car. Our KFC Is always on point with their food it is tasty and delicious and reminds me exactly of the KFC I had growing up in Detroit. The crew is special and work to get your order out accurately and quickly. The stores new remodel is bright and clean and the AC works great now, in front anyway. This place did a whole remodeling & renovations it's beautiful and gorgeous from the outside . You walk in its beautiful and spacious but i doubt anyone would wanna eat in such a heat. Day & night there is so much heat we cant even sit down & eat because were literally sweating eating hot food. The employee's were so sweet & when i brought up how hot it was they said they have been trying to get an AC in to cool off the place. First of all, their drive thru line was really long. Then when we get to the box to order the lady took forever to greet us and on top of that she had a whole attitude.
