This is for the Pizza Hut pickup/carry-out location in Keaau on the Big Island. They are consistent and good. They do delivery in our fairly big rural area. Only recently has our Hawaiian Paradise Park (the further away streets) been okay for delivery. Note that the phone app seems to approve a larger area for delivery than on-line ordering allows. Also if you order by phone and you know they will for your street (13 off Kaloli) doesn't take according to your operator - ask for a manger - to override and place the order. This is a phone manager, not the store in Keaau's manager. If you know from past experience or neighbors then the Phone Line manager might be able to override and accept your location. read more

Not many food options so came here. Ordered online for 3-topping large pizza, totaling a bit more than $14. Had issues ordering for pickup later, so I waited about 15 minutes before pickup time to order. When I arrived, it was ready and hot. Pretty standard pizza, asked for red pepper and they gave a small container of it which I thought was pretty cool. Togo only, no places to sit inside the store. read more

Order got timed out, re-logged in, and didn't see it erased the free pizza I was using points on and got charged 30.00, they could not help change back to points, ok it happens. Then when my wife goes to pick up the pizza we don't receive our 16-piece wings or three blue cheese, when I call they refused to deliver unless I pay a delivery charge, and I gave a nice tip upon check out, plus the pizza was only mediocre, I am glad to know Dominos is in Pahoa Now! read more

I'm sorry to have to give this bad review, but my husband got major food poisoning from eating here. He was sick all night and the next day. Not only that, but last time we were in Hawaii and ate here, my son and I got sick after and were throwing up. Also, I ate at a Pizza Hut a few years ago in San Diego and got food poisoning. I'm sorry to say that we will never eat at Pizza Hut again. I would like to know what they are doing at Pizza Hut to make us get sick so many times? read more

Seriously Pizza Hut ? $8.00 for this. If I were you I would be embarrassed to be serving that . That is unbelievable : I'm at a loss for words. The cashier that helped me was very nice. Other than that, a very horrible impression to be making . The taste was there for how little it looked . read more

It looks like they were training someone today and were slammed around 7pm. We waited 45min to be told they burned our pizzas so we would have to wait a bit longer. Not only did we get a free pizza to let our kids eat while we wait, they also threw in a free soda and breadsticks. That made our night! I understand accidents happen but that new employee and manager turned my 3 hungry kids night around with the extra goodies. Kudos to some awesome customer service skills. Nicely done Pizza Hut! read more

So stingy you can't afford to put sauce on your pizzas? I'm so mad at this. Look at this pizza with virtually no sauce. Oh but wait for it...I actually ordered EXTRA SAUCE...because I've gotten Pizza Hut with virtually no sauce before...but still. Not only NOT extra sauce, but virtually no sauce. No more Pizza Hut. read more

My pizza had a bloody gauze under it. This place is disgusting. The manager is ghetto. Other than that, service from other employees is nice. Pizza was consistent, until it got gross. Never returning. I hope they go out of business or get new management. read more

Great order online deals! $9.99 large 2 topping pizza! I recommend the Hut topping in crust, buttery, salt, herb flavor. Was so ono got it 2xs in one week ! Recommend pan pizza, $1 more or regular crust. Thin crust had different flavor, didn't like it. Tried the cheese stuffed crust to try it, but won't get it again. Enjoy! read more

Kea'au location never fails! Pizza is always made to PERFECTION! Loaded with toppings, and when I order & pau for extra cheese I know I will definitely get what I paid for! Thank you Pizza Hut Kea'au for always being so OUTSTANDING with your pizza making and your customer service skills! read more

I just need to say this - in my experience, this (in Keaau) is the best Pizza Hut pizza location around. There is no seating, but they make really delicious pizzas for carry out. Just had one last night and it was one of the best pizza experiences that I've had in quite some time - made to perfection. We pick up here with some frequency - it is between work and Home - and it is always good. But yesterday's pizza was something to write about! Always prompt and attentive too! I'm sorry that I didn't take a picture of the pizza ... read more

This location is a no go. Used the app to order, with curbside. Sent my poor husband to pick it up. Did everything we were supposed to do, 3 phone calls later, and 20 minutes after order was ready I send my husband in.... Order in the warmer. Not the first time I have been totally disgusted with this stores customer service, but it IS definitely the last!! read more

Prompt & Professional! Oh yes, the pizza was delicious! Thank you for your delivery service, really made our night! Don't forget your tip!

When you dial the Pizza Hut number you get a direct line to the Mainland this lady took our order over the phone and said that the order was placed and would be ready within 15 minutes while it takes me 10 minutes to drive into Keaau Pizza Hut upon arriving to get my pick up order the cashier informed me that the order wasn't placed and I needed to wait another 10 minutes I was not impressed needless to say I was very irritated this was 8:38pm maybe I should have just gone to lil Caesars and taken that xtra drive on top of that I needed to pay $1.75 for ranch dressing you would think I'd be able to get that free for the Thought I'd give Pizza Hut another try well it got worse I ordered a 12 piece chx Parmesan bone in an order of garlic bread at 7:15 pm on 5-30-20 in Keaau paid for it on the phone order asked for curbside service when I got there I called the 643-1111 number 6 times out of that I got 3 ppl to answer my call told them I was here for curbside service told me they be out shortly which turned into a half an hour wait this is the last time I'd order anything from them I'd rather take the drive into Hilo And go to dominos or lil Caesars response time would have been better I'm done with Pizza Hut!!!!!!!! read more

Yelp 365 Challenge 2015 #70/365 This Pizza Hut location is a really small one. One of those that you just pick up and take home, because there's only one table outside for you to eat it on, if that's what you want to do. The location of this Pizza Hut is pretty prime, in Kea'au Shopping center. If you work in Hilo and live in Pahoa (or vice versa), you can order your pizza when you leave work, and pick it up on the way home. Another perk about their location is that they are right next to Foodland. You can order your pizza, go shopping for groceries, and then come back to get your pizza when you finish shopping. We only interacted with one cashier, and she was nice and polite, knew what she was doing. As far as the pizza goes, we got a few personal pan pizzas, and they were good, typical Pizza Hut pizzas, nothing bad to say about them. This was the first time I'd ever been to this Pizza Hut and I see no problem having to come back here again to order pizza. read more

Cardboard with cheese. The stuffed crust edge was good but everything below that was cardboard, maybe a 1/16 inch thick. I like thin crust but this is so thin and tastes like cardboard. No flavor to the crust. Can't wait for Big Island pizza to reopen, so worth it. read more

I feel like this place is the best kept secret on the Big Island. Pizza is really hit or miss in Hawaii. Can be good or bad and can be ridiculously expensive (paid $32 for a yucky pie in Ocean View). We go to the Hut regularly and order the Big New Yorker for $11.99. It's an extra large thin crust pizza topped with cheese and pepperoni that is pretty darn good and always ready in less than 15 minutes, which is almost unheard of in this state! High ly recommend for decent pizza, fast and cheap! read more
