The pizza shop sits under a dedicated tent inside the main brewery area. It's a fun little pizza oven with all pies made to order. The menu is clear to see with an ever-changing selection of special pizzas. On our visit we tried two different and loved both. Portion sizes are great for one super hungry person or get a few different ones and share with a group. We tried a plain cheese but the herbs and spices made it something special. The limited pizza we tried on our visit was an ode to Switzerland with thinly sliced meat, pickles, and three distinct kinds of Swiss cheese. It was a great combination to have with our beer flights. They offer food to eat in or to go; seating is shared with the brewery either at the indoor bar or outdoor umbrella tables. This is a recommended place to eat on your next brewery adventure.

You definitely want to make a reservation in advance, especially if there are cruise ships in port. Otherwise, you're going to wait in line. I would say that the very best thing on the menu is the Teriyaki Flank Steak Appetizer ($19)....this thing is SICK. We ordered the appetizer and it is the most unique Teriyaki steak I have ever had. The teriyaki sauce is rich and just amazing. Just order it. I am still craving it. We also ordered the Lilikoi Hoisin wings and SON OF TIKI DAVE ordered the Lemon Macadamia Chicken ($28) which was delicious, too. They have a full bar and the Mai Tais are awesome. We ordered a couple a piece. Ambience and service is great. And with your receipt, you get at 10% discount at Wilson's Shave Ice across the street. So I tapped on the $2 for tip and I gave additional $3 cash tip to the delivery guy from DoorDash . I ordered my pizzas @ 5:40pm kept checking on their app on time of arrival , and hr passed ... their link said sorry still looking for a delivery driver .... Finally got my pizza order at 7:30pm . Wasn't nice & hot and wasn't that tasty either on both ! To me the pizza was bland . And crazy buns was not cheesy as it said it would be . So I gave both about a 4 ... I expected better for spending $29.20 ..... I'm sticking to Pizza Hut for sure ! Atleast they don't need to look for a delivery driver - they don't have all those extra fees and you'll get your pizza within a 45 min timeline nice and hot still ! Sorry Caesars ! Next time I'll order your famous cheesy breadsticks and pick it up in person .
