The salad was delivered first and the ingredients were fresh and the pizza arrived shortly after. The pizza crust was thin and crisp, the sauce has a zest to it, and although they ran out of basil, it was still a delicious pizza overall. The pizza shop sits under a dedicated tent inside the main brewery area. It's a fun little pizza oven with all pies made to order. The menu is clear to see with an ever-changing selection of special pizzas. On our visit we tried two different and loved both. Portion sizes are great for one super hungry person or get a few different ones and share with a group. We tried a plain cheese but the herbs and spices made it something special. The limited pizza we tried on our visit was an ode to Switzerland with thinly sliced meat, pickles, and three distinct kinds of Swiss cheese. It was a great combination to have with our beer flights.
