All this is moot because apparently they are shut down! I called and called and called, hoping to do a pickup order but no answer. I thought maybe they don't have call waiting and they're super busy and the phones are ringing off the hook. Found out later from a friend they they're closed. Disappointing and frustrating at the same time. The ambiance is crap. There are pizza boxes stacked to the ceiling in the dining area. It is super hot! It's almost as if they're venting the hot air from the pizza oven to the dining area. Service could also be better. They are other than customer service oriented. Hear from California and my first time in Hawaii. My diamond- friend recommended this pizza place. I love pizza so here I am. First off I love the decor, and the amazing vibe. It is totally chill in there. We ordered to go and ahead of time .When we arrived our pizza was hot and ready. We ordered a large vegetarian pizza and a large salad. I knew the pizza was going to be bomb by how heavy the box was. #Lol The pizza was absolutely amazing. Boogie Woogie Pizza, y'all did that. My big back ate three slices and I also had some salad. Descent pizza, disgusting restaurant. Pizza was massive, toppings fully cooked, and a ton of cheese. But with the massive amount of toppings the crust was very floppy and won't hold up. The crust itself wasn't terrible tasting but the pizza came with some butter garlic to dip the crust in which was great. The restaurant front itself was dirty and one side of the restaurant was just filled up with junk. Also be aware they were doing cash only when we came. Wouldn't really recommend but it won't ruin your day, just very average. read more

This was a local joint recommendation from our hostess, Francesca. We were craving pizza, and landed a nearby parking spot. It's not like it's some five-star resort joint - this is a long time running pizza parlor, and if you have a problem with that, then maybe you should stick to eating at home? We ordered, grabbed our drinks from a cooler, and waited while more people came in and ordered and sat nearby, and others came for their orders. Clearly Alfredo Delight is often ordered - I swear every pickup was for that pizza. The dough is a little thicker, with flavorful toppings, for sure, served with a side of garlic butter, but like, REAL garlic butter, not that artificial Papaya John's crap. Found this place driving and it said "pizza slices" so we stopped. There were some options in the window and of course, we got the Hawaiian slices. WOW! The pizza was so delicious, from the scratch made crust, to the sauce and the delicious pineapple on top- it was the perfect pizza! So good that we went for dinner the next night. Did I mention the slices are huge and only $5?! Pros: Pizza is a solid 4 stars. Ordered the veggie and added pineapple. So good! The Large was plenty for 2 people to enjoy for several days. Toppings were liberal. Liked the ability to sit outside to eat. Cons: I question the cleanliness of whole place. Cash only is a hassle. I would not order to go as the crust could easily get super soggy. When we first moved here, we really loved this place and we looked over all of the clutter in the dining room area. However, it's gotten to a point where I just no longer feel comfortable eating here. During Christmas they had so many decorations everywhere covered in dust. I don't know what's going on at the cash wrap, but they have this fish tank where the fish were dying of little Water and even a customer was complaining like please do something about this! The owners are brother and sister and they do not agree on the decor. The brother merely answered that's my sister's problem. I was really shocked. It was disheartening to watch fish, gasping for their last breath of life while waiting to pay... they do turn out some amazing tasting pizza, but the management really needs to take a hard look at the place. It's just not inviting. Really needs to Declutter and clean! Total kitchen nightmare and for that I'm sorry, but I can't trust the food is clean either. Pizza was good and it was plenty to eat for the money. I hate leaving a bad review, but it just wasn't a clean place. I saw four roaches while waiting for a carry out order. Im a big fan of dives and neighborhood mom and pops. And I do admit they have an open air storefront and the sun had set so things come out at night. Really good pizza. The crust was a little fluffy for our liking but we're from NY so we have really good NY pizza and nothing compares. Heavy hand with the toppings and they include parm cheese and crushed red pepper. Ordered on the phone, spoke to a gentleman, even my son said he was rude, maybe it was the signal and we were caught in a bad connection, but he was yelling and short. We wanted to try the strawberry banana smoothie which he then yelled "machine not working". Maybe we were one of many trying to order smoothies that day? He hung up on us. We called back and ordered the cheese calzone with some added ingredients (check the picture). It was missing mushrooms but we still got charged for it -- didn't notice till we got home and cut it open. We were hungry and wanted to make sure it was ready when we drove by. He mentioned it was going to be 45 minutes. Shucks. Guess we were going to sit in the car, then run a couple errands so we can, hopefully, forget about time. When we got there, we seen a sign that said cash only. I wish he would've told us on the phone so we could've grabbed cash before leaving but luckily had enough in the car to make it work. There were 2 other people ahead of me but none by the register. I asked one gentleman if he was waiting for his order, he said he didn't know if it was ready, he wasn't greeted yet. After waiting about 7 minutes, we were able to pick up our food. It came with Parmesan cheese packets, pepper packets, garlic butter, ranch, and marinara sauce. Left it at 4 stars because even through the service was "eeeehhhh", the food was bomb. It was gooey and cheesy and HUGE. $5 for the cheese calzone and $1-$2 for added ingredients. This calzone was big enough for our family of 3. Junk it was missing the mushrooms but we didn't complain or say anything. We are glad to be supporting local. read more
