It's amazing the lack of attention to detail. Sat in and ate our meal because of traffic issues. Seemed like every order had issues. Ours was missing an extra item we ordered which was clearly on our receipt. The gal who took the order was like going to get it, but the one who filed the order came out with her chest all puffed up and innocently saying,"did we miss something on your order? " then under her breath talking to the gal who took our order, "the receipt is on the tray!" Never said anything else to me. Got my side item and went back to my table. If I can give negative stars I would. I have been trying to call this location since Friday for some 20 piece hot wings, but nobody ever seems to answer. This location is not even that busy to have an excuse to not answer the phone, and if they are have courtesy to answer the phone and put me on hold and then get back to me. The reason I have to call ahead is because of a previous experience were I just showed up without ordering and had to wait 30 minutes for 20 hot wings. My family And I went thru drive thru last night and ordered a bucket of chicken. The guy said it was still making and it would be a 15-20 min wait, so we paid and pulled around front, and waited. 45 mins went by and they never came and brought us our food. Never again- this has got to be the worst KFC/Long John's location in California. Deciding to dine in, we waited almost 15 min to order, only 1 person in front of us. It wasn't a demanding customer, it was a new employee - not picking on him, he needed help- and the other employee just kept walking past him. Cod special on the big poster? Sure I'll take that! Response "I think we're still out of cod" new guys tries to confirm and gets no response so turns back to me to say they are out. Fine, I'll take fish & shrimp. Daughter and I finish ordering and pay, then patiently waited 15 more minutes for cold fries and super greasy fish & shrimp. When asking for tarter sauce "We're out of that..." ugh Daughter ordered 3 pc chicken (Long John Chicken) with a side of green beans & fries- no surprise fries were cold (& old) she moved on to the green beans which had about 7 pieces of corn dropped in it. Doesn't seem like a huge deal- but the sloppy, don't care about doing a good job attitude is not something we want to go back to, and this place is filled with it. After paying over $20 & spending about 30 min or more between walking in the door to actually getting crappy food- i'll take my patronage to a locally owed spot that actually wants customers & takes pride in what they do. I wish I took the advice from the other comments to NOT go! I tried to order a Hot wings meal and was told they only had 4 wings available if I wanted to pay full price for them or wait at least a minimum of 10 minutes for a fresh order. It almost seems they make the wait time long so you'll just order something else instead. Of course I'd like fresh on a consistent basis but not wait that long in the Drive-Thru. So I ordered a 6 Chicken Strip meal, once getting home I opened the box to see 4 Full breaded chicken strips and 1 broken in half, REALLY??? Also a side note it's not professional to play flirting games with one another while working, two employees flirtatious grabbing isn't work like conduct. Also joking with each other and dumping multiple handfuls of different sauce packets into my To-Go bag is costly product waste for the company. I mean extra sauces great if I need them but in the end for the company it's costly waste. In addition to the female employees attitudes, yes it seems they have a chip on their shoulder. I always make it a point to be exceptionally nice to all wait staff as I have been in the Food & Beverage Industry for 20 years and I know what Customer Service entails. This place is the worst KFC or any other for service and attitude. Went there tonight and ask for wing meal. They don't have that anymore. How many wings would you like? It will take about 15 minutes. Then ordered a 12 piece meal. The response was "we are out of chicken". How can you be out of chicken for a KFC? The lobby and drive through closed at 10:00 pm and it was about 9:00 pm all the chairs were already on top of the tables. They were ready to go home and didn't want to fix any food. This is not the first but will be the last time I go to any KFC. I don't like their chicken ( I prefer Popeye's) but my grandson came to visit for the summer and he wanted KFC. When she said "we are out of chicken I looked at my grandson and told him " told ya" and said lets go. There was no explanation or apology.
