This KFC hasn't been together since it opened in Galt tried to order 12 piece chicken meal and 8 wings for a family of five they couldn't accommodate said it was too much chicken to sell me very displeased with this location they suck they're always out of stuff there Long John silver doesn't have nothing it's closed read more

It's amazing the lack of attention to detail. Sat in and ate our meal because of traffic issues. Seemed like every order had issues. Ours was missing an extra item we ordered which was clearly on our receipt. The gal who took the order was like going to get it, but the one who filed the order came out with her chest all puffed up and innocently saying,"did we miss something on your order? " then under her breath talking to the gal who took our order, "the receipt is on the tray!" Never said anything else to me. Got my side item and went back to my table. Customer service is gone and the customer is wrong! read more

A Kentucky Fried Chicken with no chicken? I don't get it! Sorry but I have to give you a thumbs down, I have family that lives down the street and this is the third time we've popped in for a bucket of chicken and they are out! Huh? I look back at the sign... aren't I at KFC? If you go here just know that the chicken is made to order. At least a 25 minute wait. If I wanted to wait 25 minutes I would just go to the store and pick up a ready made chicken and call it done. UPDATE: I ended up there again the other day. I am so not kidding when I tell you they told me they could not fill an order for a 4 piece boneless meal because they had no more chicken! At that point I just laughed. My bad for keep going back expecting chicken at KFC! Ha! read more

They almost always are out of something and the employees there are not friendly at all. Very unusual and disappointing for a restaurant in Galt read more

Every single one star review on here is absolutely correct. The 5 stars are fake and from employees. Do not come here under any circumstances and if you read this SHARE this Information of experiences with everyone. No one needs trash businesses or employees in their neighborhood anyways. I have legit proof of how unprofessional these scammers are because I have a dash cam on my car showing everything that took place and the absurd waiting I had to do. If this place is a franchise and has a store owner, you should fire everyone and start from scratch. They gave my order to a Uber eats driver, never bothered to check names and my order was over $50! So congratulations to staff for being incompetent enough to mess up two huge orders. If this is corporate location, I'll be calling the main office because this establishment is robbing people for their time and money! I mean I genuinely feel bad for fast food workers and managers but this general manager should put in more effort in hiring qualified personnel. Posting on all online sites, what a disgrace! read more

Terrible place, dry overcooked biscuits and potato wedges. The chicken was extremely old and the service was atrocious. Also they put the gravy container upside down (on purpose I presume) and it spilled into the bag then onto my table. This place should be shut down immediately read more

If I can give negative stars I would. I have been trying to call this location since Friday for some 20 piece hot wings, but nobody ever seems to answer. This location is not even that busy to have an excuse to not answer the phone, and if they are have courtesy to answer the phone and put me on hold and then get back to me. The reason I have to call ahead is because of a previous experience were I just showed up without ordering and had to wait 30 minutes for 20 hot wings. (Let me just say I get my food faster than that at a sit down restaurant). This is ridiculous, management needs to pick up their customer service and be alert more of what's going on. This place will go out of business if they keep it up. read more

KFC - Here is my call log of how many times I have called an nobody bothers to answer. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Galt, California

Christina was amazing. Big smile and fast service. And chicken was very good. Dining room was clean. If your looking for fast food this is a good place. read more

My friend went to this location on 2/26/18 to get my chicken, I wanted a Smokey mountain barbecue 3 piece meal, they didn't have any, it would take 26 minuets ! This is the second time eating there with bad results, I ask my friend to get the manager, there was no manager, the manager went to another location ! I don't understand who the owner is but they don't care to much for service, just the money. I will be calling the corporate offices !!! read more

The worst service in the business. I have been here a few times and it hasn't improved. The portions are small, unlike other KFC's, the food is not properly cooked and the service is slow. These owners have no idea how to run a business or how to hire people that keep customers coming back. Dont waste you time, drive the extra 10 miles to Elk Grove if you feel like KFC, otherwise you'll regret stopping here. read more

My family And I went thru drive thru last night and ordered a bucket of chicken. The guy said it was still making and it would be a 15-20 min wait, so we paid and pulled around front, and waited. 45 mins went by and they never came and brought us our food. I got out of the car and walked inside, and they had completely forgot. Not to mention two employees were standing there in plain view of customers texting on their phones. The look they gave me when I got up to the counter.. We will just drive to the new KFC in Lodi from now on. read more

One of our favorite parts of our KFC meals is the slaw. What we got today, was so dry, we both threw ours into the garbage. Pinching on the salad dressing is going to lose you customers. read more

Check your order before you leave. They will give you something else. When you call them about it they are not very apologetic. Then when you ask for them to do something they are ok bring back . There not worried about the mix up just the business and the faster they can push food out. read more

This place is rediculous. It took four minutes for me standing next to the counter for somebody to finally walk up and take my order. The young man was uninformed and clearly did not like his job very much. The floors, the windows, the counters, and tables are all filthy. I asked for a bucket of chicken... extra crispy... their most popular thing on the menu. I'm still waiting, and it's been over 20 minutes. How does a fast food chicken place not have chicken ready on a Friday night at dinner time?! And don't tell me it's because it takes a long time to cook chicken. I worked at KFC as a teenager, and it was never like this. Update: 28 minutes for one family meal out the door. Unbelievable. read more

Exactly if they had negative Stars I would keep pressing them. The chicken is undercooked and the fish was way overcooked. The coleslaw had barely any sort of juice. They run out of sauce, how can you run out of sauce? The only thing that has ever been fresh is the hush puppies. I have given them two chances and now I am done.. read more

I get the original recipe chicken, and cant taste the spices. Tastes just like deep-fried breaded chicken. No seasoning taste

my chicken strips we're very dry and cold as was my mac n cheese. very disappointed in the quality!

The worse kfc I've ever been to, super slow. Waited 30 minutes just for a few pieces of tenders. Employees are so slow and rude.

Food is good just not sure why they never have anything cooked. Almost every time I go to the drive through i have to pull into the parking lot and wait for something. other that that its nice inside ant the food is good. read more

Whoops! I accidentally hit a star. I entered the drive thru to find out that KFC was out of chicken!! And it would take about 20 minutes for the next batch. Did I mention I was in drive -thru!! So I was stuck in the drive thru for about 10 minutes until the cars in front of me reached the window do they can be told to park and wait for their orders!! Unbelievable!! The Galt KFC is the worst . I noticed several cars parked waiting for orders. read more

Have been back twice since my original posting - both times had a pleasant experience - the two young men behind the drive-through order counter were efficious and pleasant - and the food was point on and tasty - try the pot pie - it is not too bad - will return - appear to be getting it right lately - read more

This location routinely serves sandwiches with hard, stale bread; wedges that are either soggy, undercooked, or have been sitting around for hours. I have sometimes waited 10-20 minutes for food, parked in front after going through the drive-through. They are also often out of common menu items. read more

Guess, I'm all done giving 2nd and 3rd chances!! They just get worse each time. Unfriendly staff, if they even acknowledge you...Never have food ready even if you call ahead... I have always loved KFC but guess Im going to have to go to Elk Grove to get it because Galt KFC is the, worst of everything, I have ever had!!!! read more

When i made a then exciting journey to the beloved KFC, I ordered chicken strips and chicken nuggets. Which they price came up to the most expensive chicken I've boughten. So naturally I thought it was going to be delicious... wrong. It was flat out DISGUSTING! The chicken strips. When you would chew them, you would forget it was chicken and think it was gum. The chicken strips were to chewy to even eat. Now the nuggets must of been soaked in a chemical bath. They were horrible, I couldn't even try to eat them all! Don't waste your money or your time! read more

Went through drive thru and was told that they have no pot pies. So I ordered chicken and fries. Chicken was COLD, not warm but actually cold! Also was given maybe 10 fries with my order. Will not go again. read more

Last 3 trips food is missing. Yes they apologize but it's a pain to get back in your car and return. Finally one day got food about 6 pm. Next day myself and two other family members had upset stomachs haven't been back. read more

Seriously, what is up with this KFC? There has not been one time when I have gone to this restaurant that I have not had to wait for my food. The idea is fast food people, not pull around and wait in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes. That's not an exaggeration either. Today my experience was the worst ever. I called corporate on them. They seriously should not be able to operate under this poor management. Our order was all messed up, 15 minute wait, my fish was burned, wedges cold. Items missing, no condiments given, even though they asked. I had to go back in and ask where the heck was my food we waited forever. Also 2 random biscuits thrown in, cold and no biscuit toppings. This location is jacked! read more

If I could give minus stars, I would! Pay attention to the Yelp reviews! They are a "2?star" for a reason!!!

Worst KFC ever. Out of chicken on a Sunday at dinner time, told me after I ordered and waited 15 minutes. Never have the same promos as the website or commercials. 2nd time I've been here with no chicken. read more

KFC - Horrible KFC - Chicken Wings Near Me - Galt, California

I ordered the family pack from long john silvers. Literally the most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth. It's bad when you can even differentiate between the "chicken" or the "fish." Both came in the shape of rectangular bricks and were that cheap bland crap. The hush puppies were soggy oily bread. I'd rather starve than order from here again!! read more

This PLACE SUCKS!!! DON'T eat here. They need only take extremely long, they ALWAYS mess up your order and never have chicken available. I have went a few times and they claim to be out each time. Why I kept going is beyond me but in this town we have limited options. I will never go back again and the workers are all rude. I don't see how they stay in business. read more

Second time I've been here. Both times my food took a really long time to get and this time, they completely forgot about my order until the girl from the counter was cleaning the tables and I had to ask where it was. They gave me 2 free pieces of chicken for waiting. Can't eat it here though because it's 63° in the restaurant. I have a wool sweatshirt on and jeans and I can't feel my fingers. Crazy cold. read more

Two stars is accurate I think. They take FOREVER to take your order if you're inside and like 20-30 minutes to actually get you your food. To their credit though, at least all my food was freshly made and ketchup was available and sauces they give you. But would be nice if their soda machine worked also. read more

Last week I stopped for a $5 fill up and the didn't close the lid on the potatoes so when I got home the only thing that wasn't covered in a gravy mess was the potatoes. I complained to the manager, who offered me an extra side with today's $5 fillup. I should have taken it, because today's order came with coleslaw (that I can't eat) instead of mashed potatoes. I tried to complain by phone, but their published phone number has been disconnected! So here I am writing a review, seems like my only recourse, other than staying away from KFC Galt read more

This place needs to do a better job on hiring staff, the girls working are always so rude and seem like they hate their job, put a damn smile on or at least talk nice to paying customers. Also quit being so damn lazy and clean the windows and cob webs this location is fairly new and looks horrible read more

Don't go here ever. I can only remember a couple of times that there weren't problems. They are out of krispy, they are out of original, it will be 5 minutes for regular fries (is also LJ Silver). One time I went in the store for chicken littles for my son and guess what? No chicken littles chicken so no chicken littles. I don't know who is managing this place but the worker bees aren't responsible for this joke. Worst KFC and worst fast food ever. Don't go here unless you want to wait in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes or worse leave without what you want because they are "out". Just don't go. read more

Never again- this has got to be the worst KFC/Long John's location in California. Deciding to dine in, we waited almost 15 min to order, only 1 person in front of us. It wasn't a demanding customer, it was a new employee - not picking on him, he needed help- and the other employee just kept walking past him. Cod special on the big poster? Sure I'll take that! Response "I think we're still out of cod" new guys tries to confirm and gets no response so turns back to me to say they are out. Fine, I'll take fish & shrimp. Daughter and I finish ordering and pay, then patiently waited 15 more minutes for cold fries and super greasy fish & shrimp. When asking for tarter sauce "We're out of that..." ugh Daughter ordered 3 pc chicken (Long John Chicken) with a side of green beans & fries- no surprise fries were cold (& old) she moved on to the green beans which had about 7 pieces of corn dropped in it. Doesn't seem like a huge deal- but the sloppy, don't care about doing a good job attitude is not something we want to go back to, and this place is filled with it. After paying over $20 & spending about 30 min or more between walking in the door to actually getting crappy food- i'll take my patronage to a locally owed spot that actually wants customers & takes pride in what they do. If you're passing through and reading this, trust me- don't waste your time here! read more

I wish I took the advice from the other comments to NOT go! I tried to order a Hot wings meal and was told they only had 4 wings available if I wanted to pay full price for them or wait at least a minimum of 10 minutes for a fresh order. It almost seems they make the wait time long so you'll just order something else instead. Of course I'd like fresh on a consistent basis but not wait that long in the Drive-Thru. So I ordered a 6 Chicken Strip meal, once getting home I opened the box to see 4 Full breaded chicken strips and 1 broken in half, REALLY??? Also a side note it's not professional to play flirting games with one another while working, two employees flirtatious grabbing isn't work like conduct. Also joking with each other and dumping multiple handfuls of different sauce packets into my To-Go bag is costly product waste for the company. I mean extra sauces great if I need them but in the end for the company it's costly waste. In addition to the female employees attitudes, yes it seems they have a chip on their shoulder. I always make it a point to be exceptionally nice to all wait staff as I have been in the Food & Beverage Industry for 20 years and I know what Customer Service entails. Regional & Corporate Management should really consider additional training to their staff and store managers, and maybe emphasize the company's core standards and protocols! read more

This place is the worst KFC or any other for service and attitude. Went there tonight and ask for wing meal. They don't have that anymore. How many wings would you like? It will take about 15 minutes. Then ordered a 12 piece meal. The response was "we are out of chicken". How can you be out of chicken for a KFC? The lobby and drive through closed at 10:00 pm and it was about 9:00 pm all the chairs were already on top of the tables. They were ready to go home and didn't want to fix any food. This is not the first but will be the last time I go to any KFC. I don't like their chicken ( I prefer Popeye's) but my grandson came to visit for the summer and he wanted KFC. When she said "we are out of chicken I looked at my grandson and told him " told ya" and said lets go. There was no explanation or apology. I will not give it any stars because they do not deserve any. But I have to give a rating to post my comments. But it is not my true rating far to high. I think the owners know about it because the attitude from the employee's is the same like it was taught to them. This has happened in the past. read more
