I ordered 2 dozen extra chrispy chicken wings at the drive through. I was told that it would take 6-10 minutes because they cook them fresh. I said okay and was told to pull into a front spot and wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked inside to see what was going on. I asked an employee what was going with my order and he said that they got really busy and it would be another 20 minutes. I noticed 3 people sitting inside eating. While I was waiting, 2 other people who were waiting in the outside parking spaces came in to inquire about their orders, they were told the same thing. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was told that the supervisor was busy. 35 minutes after ordering, I received 1 dozen chicken wings. I told the employee that I ordered 2 dozen and he told me that there must have been a mistake and said that I could order another dozen but it would be 6-10 minutes. My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good; my daughter's Chicken Nuggets were even better. The girl who took our order spoke so quietly as to be quite hard to understand. The restaurant had a bucket set up to catch water dripping from the ceiling, and quite a few ceiling tiles were discolored. The men's bathroom had a bunch of wall tiles busted out. Bottom line: the Colonel's Secret Recipe tastes as good as it ever did, but this location could use more energetic management. read more

I placed and paid for my order in the app. I got a confirmation email thanking me for my order. I got another email telling me my order was ready. I got an email receipt as well. Ventured out in sub zero weather to pick up order. Arrived at the designated time for pick up. Was told through the ordering speaker the the restaurant was closed. She also said I would have to call somewhere else to get my money back. WTF. I don't know how the owners can be aware of such a poor performing restaurant without taking some sort of action to correct. There's lots of competition nowadays - Popeye's, Cane's and of course the rascals over at Chick-Fil-A. KFC has the food to stay in the game, but dammit, they have to do something about the south College (Fort Collins) branch. My orders (past tense, because today was the last time we intend to go) have been wrong more than they've been right. The drive-thru is sloooow. Went to the Loveland Co. KFC on Dec. 28 2022 to pick up a 16 piece bucket. The ads in the windows had a special going on of 6 free cookies with the 16 piece bucket. I had written my order down at home before heading over and when ordering I just gave the employee my note which said original recipe, variety pack, and all the sides I wanted. The employee looked dumbfounded but did not ask me any questions. While waiting for our order another customer who was eating there had to go back up to the counter because his order was messed up! I told my wife we need to check our order before leaving because we had 4 adults and 4 grandkids waiting for us at home which is 13 miles one way from KFC. When we got to the car and checked all of the sides were ok but no cookies so I went back in and they said that was a promotion that had ended so i asked why they had not taking the signs in the window down and they said they just hadn't gotten around to it. My mistake not to check the chicken but it was in the sealed box and I didn't think the kid could mess that up! Wrong, it was all chicken tenders extra crispy which we did not want or order and the party only ate about 7 pieces. Instead of calling KFC back and fighting with them I just decided to call corporate. They totally understood and sent me out a voucher to use with my next purchase which was very fair! I guess the purpose of this review is that stuff happens and the quality of the work force out there leaves a lot to be desired. I would hate to have to deal with some but not all of there employees on a daily basis! So next time before you get mad at KFC corporate you should do what I did and call them and see if you can work something out it turned out great for me. I always forget how terrible this KFC is until I unfortunately find myself there again. I think we have been there about 5 times and I believe only once has our order been right. The chicken is leathery, just time the potatoes tasted spoiled, and this time the biscuits were raw. The cole slaw was the best thing we had today.... the freaking cole slaw. Both my husband and I both said that we should have just eaten the same leftovers as we have been eating for 3 days. This was nasty. After approx 5 min, I start asking if anyone is there. Someone responds that the store is super busy and they are extremely understaffed, it will be at least a 5-10 min wait time. Not sure how much time went by, but someone else comes on and says the computer is frozen and I need to come inside to order. It wouldn't be a big deal if this was the only time something like this happened, but now the 3rd. Do yourself a favor and avoid frustration and disappointment. Don't bother.
